Customer service is trash. Lets start off with how youre not even greeted. We got there about 7:15. Food was out at 7:40. They packaged it to go. My husband asked for some plates and they said we couldnt dine in because they close at 8. Weve never been there before and we arrived at 7:15 and that was never stated to us when we were ordering. If she would have told us they closed at 8 and by the time the food was out wed be cutting it close to their closing time we wouldnt have even ordered food there. However it was still 20 min till closing so we proceeded to eat there because we had 2 toddlers who were very hungry. The whole time the person at the cashier is just staring at us. There was a point where we even thought she was recoding us. Also if youve never been there before you get no help what so ever when youre ordering. The cashier just gives the death stare the whole time. Their menus suck. There isnt even pictures of the food. Theres also finding Nemo music blasting loudly which is why the employees are probably sooo moody. Food was good though but not good enough to deal with bad customer service.

Great place. Atmosphere is 100% Hawaiian Vibes all the time!! Glad to have been there. The food was reminiscent of a Korean BBQ without overbearing amounts of sodium.

Ordered the Chicken Katsu with Curry. The meal was well prepared and cooked. The chicken tasted great. The curry left a lot to be desired. It lacked flavor and was not spicy enough. So, if curry is your thing, do not expect it to be amazing. I would come back and try other menu items in the future.

Good Warning: the food portions here are huge! if you are hungry and looking to eat some bomb Hawaiian food, come here! all the staff here is so friendly and the food here tastes delicious. the mini sized was like a full on meal for a tiny asian girl like me. The chicken katsu is on point - very crispy and tender meat. Also, love how there are photos of Hawaii around the restaurants and brighten up the space

Soo very disappointing…I love Hawaiian food and after not having it for a while it was sad we ordered last night from there and there was no chicken katsu which is my favorite or mahi mahi which is my boyfriend’s favorite. They also didn’t have kimchi which was another disappointment and food was on the salty side. I honestly got my hopes up we spent $76 dollars. When I asked about the chicken katsu I was told by a worker they don’t make more because they close at 8pm which is even more disappointing on a weekend. I honestly don’t think we’ll be back at this location after this bad experience. We definitely got our hopes up too much for ordering party platters for my birthday…😒😞

Awesome place.I was visiting the area from out of state. In fact, I traveled from North Carolina for 2 days in Palmdale and 2 days in OC.Short staffed as I only saw 1 cook and 1 cashier.Food tasted so good I went back next day for some more.I will definitely will visit again if I am in the area.

My FAV Aloha Hawaiian BBQ spot in SoCal !Some of my favorite menu items are their chicken katsu, Mac salad and chili fried rice.The chicken katsu was super crispy and juicy (some places katsu are dry and not as crunchy).The meat here is fresh and tender, katsu and BBQ sauces also prefect ratio of sweet, sour and salty.I love that this place has fried rice.Normally, other Hawaiian BBQ place dont have itCompared to the other Hawaiian food chains,Id have to say Q and Q Hawaiian BBQ is one of the better ones!If you get hit with a random craving for Hawaiian food,Q and Q Hawaiian BBQ can definitely help you out with that!

Maybe it’s under a new owner because the food was not what it use to be. The BBQ ribs were burnt and the chicken were thin slices. And the B rating from Health Department is still there. I wonder why because when you walk in the floor was sticky! Not planning to go back.

They give you so much food! I was able to make two meals out of one meal. The katsu chicken could be a bit more flavorful but it was fine. I would try it and then provide a review if the flavor has improved. I like the location as its conveniently located.

I love love the teriyaki sauce here, its not overly sweet and has hints of ginger and lemon grass. Large portions, a very well kept and clean space with friendly staff. I have been here 4 or 5 times in the last 2 months and i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Hawaiian BBQ. Perfect sticky rice every time, the macaroni salad is also quite delicious.FYI: im not a big fan of macaroni salad but i always eat theirs.

My favorite Hawaiian BBQ place in town. They have the best food. Been eating at this place for over 10+ years. They have great service. Everything is made to order, hot and fresh - and takes very little time. The restaurant is medium sized, not too many places to sit. Its always nice and clean.

Something different for a change. Fast food thats really tasty and delicious. Sauces are great. Get em all, mix and dip for ultimate flavor. The BBQ mix is a great choice if you dont know what you want. They load up the plate and its big enough for 2 servings. I shared and I was full. Love this type of food.

Stopped at this restaurant because a friend highly recommended it. I was not disappointed. The plate lunches were excellent just like I had in Hawaii. I had the teriyaki chicken which came with rice and a macaroni salad just like in the islands. My friend had the BBQ short rib plate lunch which came with the same sides. Its a small take out/eat in restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It was eating back home. I was really missing my Hawaiian BBQ and I found this place and thought I had died and went to Heaven. Their BBQ tastes just like what I was eating in Hawaii and their portions are out of this world big. You cant go wrong with whatever you decide to order from the menu. Its all good. The staff is really friendly and super helpful in case you are new to the Hawaiian style foods I usually eat.

Well, I have been here a couple of times. I went back because I remember the food being very decent and great portions. This last time, I was disappointed went I got my food. Large portions remain the same but the quality of the food was just sad. It was super greasy and I know greasy because I will close to anything greasy. But this time it was beyond greasy. I threw away most of my food. Im really hoping this was just a bad batch of food because if not food quality has definitely diminished.

My family really seems to like it but a few things thing wrong with this place. First off they have a B from the health department to start, when they messed up my order when I called it took a while for me to get off hold and even after they really insisted that I come back tomorrow or another day for the rest of my order, after I told them I want the rest they (Reluctantly) agreed and got a minimal apology for the order mess up.

These guys truly capture the spirit of Aloha. Love their food which is extremely flavorful and like someone commented, the portions are large enough to feed two people. Staff is consistently friendly, quality of ingredients is excellent, and dining area and bathroom are very clean. Everything here reminds me of a paradise called Hawaii :)

Great flavor! Lots of meat! A little too salty; a little heavy. Healthy option desired.I got the BBQ Beef and Short Ribs Combo for $10.99. Was quite delicious (though a touch too salty) and for you meat lovers youll be happy to hear it had a *lot* of meat in it! The Hawaiian BBQ Beef is a lot like Korean bolgogi BBQ.The meat was fairly fatty, and though I do love meat, I have been trying to eat adequate vegetables and cut out on fat where able. The meat came on top of cabbage strips were were great to eat with it. I recommend paying an extra $0.75 for a side of additional cabbage strips. Youll find theres so much meat youll want more cabbage to make you feel less like a fatty. :)I recommend they start selling a healthy option for all of their dishes. If they cut the meat in half, doubled the rice, quadrupled the cabbage, and cut out the super heavy/fatty mayonnaise-coated (but tasty) macaroni, and charged 75% as much for it (half the meat means itll cost them much less), I think itd be a huge hit!In Summary; Desired Healthy Option:-meat x 1/2-rice x 2-cabbage x 4-macaroni x 0-price x 75%

My husband and I went here last night. We enjoyed the scrumptious Hawaiian BBQ Chicken and the Teriyaki chicken w/c were both good! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Next time we come back well try the BBQ Beef and the Seafood Noodles.

One of my favorites. Their macaroni salad is the best I have ever tasted. My usual has been the teriyaki chicken meal, which is so delicious. Cooked to perfection and includes white rice.They have expanded their menu to include a true Hawaiian dish of Loco Moco. First time I experienced it was in Maui and fell in love. Hamburger patty/ies over rice topped with egg and gravy. OMGosh, you need to try it at least once. Q&Q stepped up their game!!! The Katsu chicken is really good too!

The best hawaiian bbq place of this type so far in the area. Very clean, surprisingly good fries and crab rangoon. Katsu can be dry sometimes or the bbq could use a little more seasoning, but thats just personal taste.
