This place is awesome my friend and I drive here all the time. The beef noodle soup is delicious and very clean. I’ve eaten here more than 5 times in the last 3 months. I highly recommend!

The food is very tasty and authentic. Its a no thrills restaurant where its simple and fast. I ordered the wanton soup and Liang Pi noodles. Highly recommended if your in the mood for noodles.

Convenient spot within the mall. The Pork Mo was particularly authentic (they dont need to mix in cilantro like some other places!) and juicy. The Hot Dry Noodle had phenomenal taste and balanced texture. Highly recommended!

Very authentic and good Chinese noodles! I met the owner a couple of years ago in one store. He’s originally from Shanxi province, a Northern Chinese region famous for its noodles dishes. He went to college in my hometown Xiamen and then moved further South to Guangxi where Chinese Pho (fen) is the regional specialty. Therefore, it’s up to you to which dishes to get. It’s good anyway. Appetizers are a great add-on. If you enjoy spicy food, this eatery is the very right place. I go with mild tho:)

It was a larger portion, the bowl is the size of an adult hand spread out (at least my hand)! That makes me happy! Hahaha I ordered Zhajiang Noodles. It was a little salty for me but they were SO kind and gave me a little bit more noodle to help even it out! Its a good price at $13.35! I recommend to mix only 60% of the sauce first, test taste, and mix more if not salty enough. ❤️ Flavor is very good, got a small spice too

Lack of flavor. Mild is way too spicy, don’t taste the vinegar at all. Cucumber was extremely oily but flavorless. Ordered the chicken and tons of teeny tiny bones.It was crowded when we were there, customers were fighting for spots to sit. Not a good experience.

One of my favorite restaurant at the mall! So delicious, we usually get either the Liang api or the Dry Mix Noodle. If you like spicy, you can also get the highest heat and it won’t disappoint. We’ve come here to the mall just for this place, you won’t regret.

Lots and lots of noodles. Not a lot of protein in most of the noodle dishes but plenty of noodles. If you need some meat, supplement with some sides. We had the wonton noodles (which did have a lot of meat), hot dry noodles and the liang pi. They were all great and had different flavors. There were four of us and we had to take the food home since the portions were so huge.

Ordered explicitly a “Lamb Paomo” and they gave me a “Lamb rice noodle” and states these two are “the same” and advised me to purchase another “Mo” to make it a “Lamb Paomo”, which is insane. The food was not meeting my expection. Im a super fan of cold skin noodles and luosi rice noodles. They are not as good as the ones from flushing ny or Edison nj. The cold drinks are not worth $5 at all, worse than my home making drinks.

Had the Zha Jiang Mian; was pretty delicious. Loved the fresh sprouts and cucumbers. Noodles have a great texture. The sauce was a little too salty in my opinion and definitely could use more black soy bean flavor thats classic in this dish. This small restaurant has good service, located in Westfield Santa Anita. They use disposable plateware which I actually like because of cleanliness in general. Good place. Will return

A small no frills noodle shop up in the the promenade area. the beef noodle soup is good value for the portion and the amount of beef they give you. however in the menu the pic doesnt look like its spicy and theres no spiciness option so you would think its mild right? but look at the pic I uploaded. its not spicy to me but it could be a challenge for some people. also its a bit greasy.

I got the Liang Pi noodles and the flavor was ok but tasted way too salty. I didnt put all of the sauce and I had to add water but it was still extremely salty, and the noodles were stuck together. Some of the bean sprouts where blue for some reason??? Also the cashier told me that they couldnt take my cash because there was a rip on the money. That little tear was only 1mm max. I dont understand how that makes it unusable. Just expect to pay with card or have bills in perfect condition.

I love this place but as someone from Wuhan I need to tell you this: DO NOT GET THE HOT DRY NOODLES 热干面!!!!! 1) Its way too soupy and nowhere near enough dry. 2) It needs A LOT more sesame paste. Hot dry noodles are supposed to be coated in the sauce. Qins version has a runny and thin sauce that is neither fragrant nor rich. 3) ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE PASTA NOODLES. Hot dry noodles use alkaline noodles the same thickness as spaghetti but it is NOT spaghetti. This is a poor reproduction from someone who has never had real Hot Dry Noodles. As someone who has had this almost every morning for years of my life, I tell you to steer away from this item and get something else. They have really great broth for their noodles and always give large portions which I love.If you want real 热干面, the best Ive had are the instant versions from Chinese supermarkets. Believe me, I wanted this to taste good SO badly.

I would love to give this little noodle joint a higher rating but alas, Im left giving it 2 stars.It could be that we came towards the end of the day, but the soup base was way too salty. We actually went home and added some more base to counteract the saltiness. Otherwise it would have been a constant struggle to enjoy the meal. I can see how this soup could be soooo much better too! They provide an assortment of condiments in each bowl of soup and the noodles are delicious.Will probably give this place another try....
