Where do I start a complete nightmare this place needs to be condemned bulldozed to the ground…. First the man with makeup at the front desk takes forever never looks at you you ask questions he doesn’t respond we were given room 103 the first room OMG all I can is disgusting the smell was horrible like the carpet had been wet for days and it finally dried it made your feet feel gross my husband suffers from weak lungs literally the smell gave him a flare up had to call the ambulance at 3am for him I asked to be moved they gave me this excuse of we have no rooms finally after I told her she need to send me to another motel she gave me another room which was half decent but overall the company should be ashamed renting this place out. There was no manager to speak with and wasn’t going to be in for days I was told. The beds had brown spots all over there was candy nerds all over the floor gum in the corner of the room the fridge sounded like a ticking timer all night dead flies in the bathroom the furniture looked like it was at a mechanic shop black stuff all over them just stay away completely!!!!!
I recently stayed in this hotel and it was terrible, place is under construction and they keep working overnight so theres a lot of noise, some rooms a remodel. But it looks disgusting .
Hotel is a little old but not to shabby. Elevators worked as they should. The inside carpet on the stairs should be replaced and the vending machines are a little pricey. Good location if you like gambling since the card casino is right across the street. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every worked as it should tv, alarm, a/c, fridge, and microwave. Towels were great and they werent shy if you asked for more. Staff was great and my stay was pleasant. Overall I think 7.5 stars out of 10. Yes I would stay there again.
A disgusting mess that should be avoided at all costs. You are better off sleeping in your car in a busy garage. No safe, broken fridge, locks, ac, etc… you’re paying money to stay in a dump. Get an Airbnb, anything but this.

It smelled disgusting in the room like mold, the floor of the room was very dirty, me and my kids kept getting bit by bed bugs!!! Do not stay here!!! I reserved 2 nights and only stayed 1 because it was that horrible, I asked for a refund and bell boy said he couldn’t
The hallways and stairs carpet is very dirty, the whole place is outdated, my pillow covers smelled like sweat, the bathroom tile had a broken piece a tile and the whole thing had mold every where.I guess thats what you get when you go for the cheapest hotel. I would stick up with a better name hotel Branch so you dont have this bad experience.

Positive: I only stayed 3 hours then I left. lost my money. I guess when using online booking they put you in the worst room. I have had this experience before when using online booking. Negative: the staff rude, the place was fifthly my room looked like a homeless shelter, the maid came in unexpectedly using her key ? felt unsafe, could not call desk phone had no cord, ask for other room. got it, decided to leave after 3 hours. would like refund.
Positive: The hotel lobby, hallways and steps are very very dirty. I have pics if you want them, bath room is damaged, Wallis are not painted. Negative: The room size is good, but it is like a pigpen. Let me know how can I share the pics with you. I want my money refunded.
This place is the definition of awful, if you like to stay in a nice clean environment don’t even step foot. Guy with makeup receptionist was very rude, I didn’t even stay 5 minutes I left right away, I got to the office and the guy with makeup said my refund was processed. I wanted to make sure the refund was processed “3-5 business day” I called the office the next day and a different receptionist said there was nothing on file of a refund, that’s theft!!! Don’t take your kids here at all! Sadly, I didn’t book this location myself and had no idea this was a bad area but wow. Greentree @ Alhambra was a great stay!

From the parking lot to the inside, I was upset. Due to the hotel sharing the lot with a restaurant, the parking is very limited to hotel guests. I had to park behind one of the buildings and once on the far back lot. Thats scary for women. Once inside the hotel I quickly noticed the nasty filthy carpets and walls. It looked as though the carpets had been there for years without being replaced. It was torn and very ripped up. The elevator floors were gross and had not been swept or mopped in some time. I entered the room and it was a tad bit better but not quite. I refused to put my luggage on the floor so I put it on top of the table. The tub in the bathroom was dirty. It had dirt stains that hadnt been touched. I had to take a shower in my shoes. Which I always made sure I had on my feet at all times. I couldnt get new towels because the man did not speak English and could not understand what I was asking for.
The Hotel was filthy. The carpet in the hallways were stained and gross. It had an unpleasant oder.

We informed the hotel that we want to check in early and they said its free. After arriving, they demanded a fee of 30 dollars because it was early. This is literally theft. If you were going to demand an early check-in fee, why are you giving wrong information on the phone? The breakfast is already very bad. employees are all unhappy and negative. I will not stay with the cut again. İt doesnt deserve this money.
Will not stay at this hotel even if it was gifted. This location blew my mind w the quality. Never have i ever visited a Quality Inn and seen such filth. Im just glad their beds are clean and comfy. I wouldnt walk on their floors barefoot, for sure.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE. This hotel is the worst .. and its not cheap either. The security doors are all broken -- so expect non-guests to be wandering around. The hallway carpet is stained EVERYWHERE and so are the walls. The furniture in the room is all chipped and gouged and could not be sold at the worst second hand store. The curtains were broken. The tub was chipped and needing repair. STAFF wanted a cash deposit of $100 -- tried to discourage us from using our credit card for it (why??) ... and then after a night in this mess, they refused to allow us to shorten our reservation. Should have read the reviews first!! (Maybe this one will help save you the same.). BTW --- the 5-star reviews are all bogus.

This is such a disgusting hotel. Walking into the hallways you can tell that they have never been clean. There are rips everywhere and filled in with duct tape. The walls in our bathroom were breaking apart because of water damage. The floors were stained. No work whatsoever. The cleaning ladies were incredible for sure but I was completely dissatisfied
A minute ago on GoogleNot worth over $100 per night. The rooms needs update. Ripped bedsheet, flaking wall paint, flaking bath tub paint, no bath tub stopper, broken drawers... bad lighting.... broken fan in bathroom. Faucet dripping even if closed... pretty much leaking.... dirty carpet floor... just nasty overall... we stayed here with the kids and the kids do not want to use the bath tub because it is that bad... i dont know but definitely one of the worst quality inn weve been through. Smell.

I had to attend a concert and left my kids at the hotel(26,21 and 14 years old) they went to buy dinner at 8pm, they returned and the key didn’t work, they went to front desk and ask for a new one and the Rude lady didn’t want to give them a new key, because she said it had to be me the one to ask, she left my kids outside in a strange city!!! They had to spend 3 hours at the car and thank God I left my car!! They need a new employee who has empathy and customer service skills, beside the awful carpet, stain all over, very disappointed! Never coming back to this hotel
The room was actually nice bed was comfortable clean sheets and soft pillows. Just the carpet and noise from traffic behind nest to a major busy street across from the casino is the only reason why not 5 stars

Receptionist is very rude. I rate this Inn ZERO STARS. I mean come on, if you don’t want to work, DON’T COME TO WORK. Don’t be rude to the people who are giving you money to do your job. I can’t believe that the receptionist was rude to a KID. A 13 YEAR OLD KID. If you don’t feel like doing your job that’s fine but don’t blame your customers for it. Quality Inn, where the only good quality they have is being rude to kids.

Hotel is in great location staff was friendly. The lobby was closed when I checked out there was no signage only 2 chairs blocking the way. The lobby person was upset and said it was closed and I had to use the window? Signage would help guide guest to where they need to go
Overall, the lobby/breakfast was nice, there was a decent pool/hot tub, and our room was clean/comfortable. They really seem like theyre trying to clean up an older hotel. There was a crew painting when we were there. The carpet in the hallways and the tiles on the exterior walkways are really in need of replacing, and give a bad first impression. My stay at this hotel was decent. I liked the appearance of the front desk and office. When I requested a room on the bottom floor, that was accommodated by the hotel which I appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel was ok except, there was not much selection for fruit? The wi fi did not work the second day I was there which, affected me because I had work that needed to be done and needed the internet to do so. The appearance and cleanliness of the room was solid. TV and cable worked and had a decent amount of channels. Bathroom and shower worked just fine as well. I did not have a hard time parking either I liked.
The Beds were comfortable. Lobby was clean. Front desk hospitality was great. Breakfast was okay. This hotel needs a deep cleaning and a lot of work though. The carpet in the room was very dirty. We walked around in flip-flops. I would have never worn just socks or bare feet on this floor. The bath tub and shower were pealing, cracking, and filthy. We took showers with a towel laid in the bottom of the tub. The hallway carpets and walls were filthy. The elevator was scary... old and dirty. I could have paid less at a Motel 6 or another hotel near by and it would have been cleaner and I would have felt it was worth my money. I also would have been able to relax and enjoy myself, instead of being on edge worrying about the filth. I am not a hotel snob, but this was bad.
The hotel looks like it has never had any updates. The hallway carpeting was horribly stained, wallpaper was stained and torn, the bathtub, curtains and bedspread were stained, the chair was damaged and stained, the table was damaged and the ceiling above the bathtub was falling apart. In addition, the door to the hotel itself did not shut securely without quite a bit of effort. I called a few times prior to my arrival and there was no answer. Once I checked in, I called the front desk and there was no answer. The staff was friendly in person but the overall guest experience was definitely a thumbs down and I would not stay here again unless it was the only place available. Hopefully things will improve for future guests.
Beds are comfortable, its centrally located near restaurants and freeway for easy access. Its a little loud but its good. Theres plenty of parking except weekends due to the restaurant next door which its the same owner of this hotel.
This is a great hotel. Always very clean, workers are so respectful and honest. They give you privacy but are always immediately there if you need them. Peaceful place with great location. Casino and freeways next door....
The staff here were super sweet and considerate. Our bed was amazingly comfortable and had lots of pillow options. The room was clean and sanitized. Unfortunately, the halls, stairs and other common areas were worn down and appeared unclean. I know covid has taken a toll on businesses and I’m guessing they haven’t had the money to upkeep and upgrade. They had several amenities available and they provided options for breakfast. They had ample parking. Within walking distance of shopping and dining. Lots to do in the area.
Out of date. My room wasnt ready by 3. Breakfast is okay, the eggs are kind of gross but the rest is decent. The bathroom was dirty and the paint was peeling in the bath tub. The mini fridge slides right out of place. the desk chair was broken. The Ac had no buttons. People who were not guests at the hotel use the pool. I often picked Quality Inn because they had nice rooms and services for a good deal. I never had an issue spending a little more if it meant I could stay at a Quality Inn. This time I regret my money spent.

Nasty hotel. Bathroom door wont latch. Tub all chipped up and grab bar rusted. Black mold on ceiling. Shower head set for short people. None of the outlets will hold anything that you try and plug into them. The only good features this has going for it is the pool and landscape. Hot tub or kiddie pool was tarped over. There are places within walking distance. Definitely overpriced for what we got.
If we could give this hotel 0 stars we could, we advise people to not stay here. We payed almost $100 and it was extremely unpleasant staying here. The rooms were dirty, with stains on the carpet and furniture and the bathrooms were leaking from the faucets. They advertised a hot breakfast but it ended up being grab and go because of covid. One of the bags we got had a rotten muffin. Overall we couldnt wait to get out and would not want to stay in another Quality Inn because of this one.
My family & I used to stay at this hotel everytime we visited family nearby, before it was called Comfort Inn & Suites. We figured not much has changed since then besides management, definitely not the case. This place was nasty and my family agreed we wouldn’t be staying here again. There was old stains on the bed, bath tub had stains which were painted over and it was falling apart. Walls were stained with black markings and the cabinet drawers were in horrible condition.
Dirtiest, oldest hotel Ive have ever stayed in. The hotel needs a major carpet, flooring remodeling, the carpet stair way looked like something out of a horror movie scene! The walls were dirty with hand prints. The whole place needs a major remodeling, major! The carpet in our room look like a crime scene. Even the fire sprinklers look old and dont look like they still work. When we walked in our room the fridge was not connected and the drawers were broken. The front office are ok. The bed and pillows were not that bad with comfort. We stayed in the 3rd floor were reeked cigarettes mix with weed and was loud at 1am. Check out was hassle free but be aware with the $150 deposit charge.
The hotel had nice furniture, however, nothing in the rooms was clean. When we walked into our room there was a nasty smell. That wasnt the worst part. When we went to the bed we noticed that there were spots all over the comforter. Thankfully we brought our own pillows and blankets to sleep with. When I went to shower the next morning I noticed that there were hairs on the towel. When I looked for another towel I noticed that there was still makeup left on them from previous guests. After braving the disgusting shower faucet, I didnt use a towel. I ended up using a clean tshirt of mine to dry myself. After noticing that all of the towels in my room were dirty I did not trust that any of the ones the staff could replace mine with would be any cleaner. The floors were sticky. That was a pleasant surpise after getting out of my shower. The staff seemed to be very nice and the breakfast wasnt bad, but the cleanliness, or lack thereof, of this hotel made it a horrible hotel experience.
My check in experience was slow and a little frustrating. I was tired and wanted to get inside my room as soon as possible, but the receptionist, Filipino Male, kept talking too much. Usually I dont mind the talking, but I do not like it when he stops what he is supposed to be doing in order to talk. He needs to multi task or keep talking to a minimum. He should also stop talking about the things this hotel does not have, such as slippers, Q-tips, bath robes. He made it seem like this is not a great hotel compared to others.Our Room, I believe was 313, had black stains on the floor. This made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. One of the most important qualities of a hotel should be cleanliness. Who wants to stay in a dirty hotel?My checkout experience was satisfactory. The morning shift receptionist quickly checked us out with a smile and we were on our way.
Arrived to an absolutely beautiful lobby! Then the rest was down hill. The entire hotel should be condemned. The floors are all discolored and damp in the hallways. In my room the light switch looked as if someone had punched it in, our sink was cracked and there were hairs in the bed. The carpet in my room was buckling and had many tears and stains in it. When offered another room we were met with a similar sight. Ended up canceling the reservation. The employee said that they get these comments often. Did not even want to take my shoes off here. Do not recommend unless the hotel gets a remodel. The lobby is just a facade.

Best part of my stay was the staff they were all really great. Hi speed internet sucks. Prepared to hotspot off your phone to be able to even access internet. Rooms were dirty. Housekeeping needs to get on top of their people. From poorly cleaned surfaces to dirty rugs. Housekeeping sub par. Even with my discounted rate online I did not feel it was worth the money at all. Will be pushing for a refund.
We stayed two nights here in a king room with a sofa bed. The plus for our weekend was the staff who tried to help despite everything. First, the entire hotel smelled poorly and was old in the common areas. When we came to breakfast the first morning, about three-quarters of the available foods were gone already. The staff went into the back to find us yoghurts and toast, which we appreciated. In our room, the sofa bed had no springs on the sides below waist level and could only be considered a sofa-hammock, which wasnt useful for two. The air conditioner smelled terrible of dampness. Also, we had trouble getting bedding and such when we arrived as the hotel was really busy. The pool was clean, as was the hot tub, so good pluses there. Laundry and ice were fine and the gym seemed fully functional. However the hall outside our room smelled strongly of urine and our door was difficult to close entirely. It had direct access from outside like a motel so that didnt add to our sense of security. The staff were obviously doing their best, but the hotel definitely needs some TLC.
Great value, even though it could use some updating visually. Super quiet room where I felt very safe staying alone. Room was overall very clean, bed was so comfortable after long days of sight seeing and the water was super hot. Located near major bus stops to get you anywhere you need to go and plenty of places to shop and eat close by.
The room and hallways smelled rank and the carpet was ridiculously worm and disgustingly stained. the shower had hair in it that did not belong to my family. The sheets were clean, but stained. Had to ask for toilet paper in my room because there was only a little left on the roll. Parking was horrific due to parking lot being used for valet parking for some other entertainment business nearby. The exterior doors were propped open all night, never being secure. observed homeless folk lingering outside. I stayed 3 nights and had to ask twice for the breakfast coffee to be made. Breakfast advertised as 6 am to 9 am, I went down for coffee at 6:20 and none was made. Had to continue to unplug and plug back in the waffle maker because of a faulty timer, and the juices (apple and orange) which my children usually love at quality inns tasted watered down.When checking out waiting for my bill to print, to staff members were talking terrible about the owner of the place (based on the quality, it seemed justified) however inappropriate non the less.
Good location, but property has seen better days. hallways need refreshing (carpet and wallpaper) and so do the rooms (furniture with dings made me think thrift store). continental breakfast was plentiful, with a surprising number of choices (some of them even healthy!). nice to find a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the toiletries were appreciated, but the towels are on the skimpy side. the room is a good size, with plenty of space to stretch out. didnt use the outdoor pool. the front desk staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional.
The cleaners in this hotel are very rude. After I had put up the Do not Disturb sign, she woke me up by knocking on my door for 5 minutes and asking me when I was checking out. But actually, my check-out time is tomorrow, which is unreasonable and stupid.
Absolutely disgusting and ran down. If you are looking for cleanliness or updated you came to the wrong place. Don’t ask for fresh bath towels either because you will get them with globs of hair in it. Broken AC units in the rooms, stains all over the carpets, bathrooms look like they haven’t been sanitized since the early 2000s, and the doors to go into the building from the parking lot are all broken and donot lock or shut so anyone can come in off of the street. Look elsewhere!!!!
Overall good. Showing some age. Toilet did not flush properly. Carpet are showing wear. Furniture is old. No sofas in the second room just open space. Staff was friendly.
I really loved the breakfast. Surprised with a good selection of food, Ive had worse trust me. The employee kept the area clean and restocking the empty trays. I believe that was the best thing about staying in this hotel. It was quiet for being the time we stayed which was New Years week. I also liked that it was easy to locate the hotel right of the freeway 710. Plenty of shopping around the area and may I add a casino right across the street.Now the cons, I tried to turn on the heater and no such luck it was a chilly night. Unplugged it plugged it back in, pushed the reset button and nada. My dad made a complaint with the front desk no one ever came up to check up on it nor offered portable heaters.Another con is the sheets of our beds had dried lipstick stains on them and on the other bed it had them on the pillowcases. Good thing that I always bring extra bedding with me everytime I go on long trips so that was a life saver. I did leave a note for housekeeping before we went on with our day but right when we would get back first thing I checked was the sheet and to my findings they never did change them the 3 nights we stayed. Very disappointed and discussed and for that reason I did not tip the housekeeper. She did make our beds, with the stained sheet, replaced our towels and took the trash out. But I did not get much quality for the price I payed for.
The hotel was dirty especially the floor and bed. The floor had greece and it smelled like it was hummed and the decorations had mold. I dint feel safe because there was no lock to be able to close my door. As well the paint od the bathroom was peeling. Over all this was a bad experience.
Hotel is in convenient location and looks beautiful in the photos. These photos are probably of when they remodeled. The room was exactly as the photos but old now walls are stained furniture is just old. The maids are not thorough with cleaning everything is dirty hair in tub, on flooring, and walls. I had to wipe everything down to know it was sanitized. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub but it looked a weird color and had bubbles? Too pricy for what you get but at least we had a bed to sleep.
Dirty, no breakfast, far location for tourists and additional charges.This hotel is far from what is advertised in the website. The corridors carpet is dirty and some areas area smelly. In my room there was a nest of cockroaches inside the telephone right beside the bed and they were going out during the night. The breakfast is a paper bag with a muffin and a frozen taco, no more than $3 breakfast. You can stay in much better hotels without breakfast (which is the same) for the same price. I thought it would be a central location for tourist attractions but you face traffic jams everyday in both sides, so better would be to stay close to attractions definitely. And for my last surprise my reservation was duplicated by mistake and the hotel charged an additional $150 for a no show for the second reservation which was not refunded. Terrible experience for my family, first time we slept in such disgusting place. Not recommend at all.
It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel the rooms were extremely clean very comfortable the staff was very friendly my only problem is with the deposit and it going back to my account

Dont waste your time. Bad hotel, bad room, no dresser, no coat hangers, no soap dish in the shower. Extremely poor management. Rude, disrespectful, no idea how to treat a guest.
This hotel is old, outdated, dirty, nasty and in terrible conditions. Floors are dirty, carpet is ripped. Walls are chipped, shower is old, dirty and ceiling has mold. The hotel rooms stink and TVs don’t work. This place is very ugly and unpleasant. I would love to have a refund.
The booking and reservation specifically said that this was a nonsmoking facility and the room i had smell like complete cigarettes and smoke; it made the room feel dirty. I myself do not smoke and did not appreciate the outcome of booking the room what so ever. I sprayed air freshener, opened the window and doors and even had the air conditioning running and the stench was so strong nothing helped. I tried calling the front desk when I first got there but no one answered. I only booked the room for overnight and was gone majority of the time but the smell was very strong, it was undeniable. When my sister and I got back home our luggage and every in it still had the sent lingering. I highly recommend either having a designated site for those who prefer smoking versus nonsmoking or finding a way to take the strong stench out. I for a fact would not book a room at this location ever again and as it being my first time booking at a Quality Inn, I am now strongly hesitant to ever book at any other Quality Inn in the future for that matter.
Rooms are dirty and even have mold, theirs rude guests that will Start fights very dangerous place to stay specially if you have family. Hotel needs alot of remodeling done way out of date

I had a very comfortable experience. I was concerned a little bit after reading all the reviews but wanted to give a shot. It was pretty good. Its not the best of the hotels but for the price, its pretty comfortable. I asked for extra towels and change of the remote during my stay. It was done very professional and prompt. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom looked worn out but the shower worked great. We didnt tired the breakfast so I cant comment on it. I will definitely stay here.
Our overall stay was good. In the evening, its a very busy place with the mariachi bar next door. However, it didnt bother me any. Thankfully, my family didnt use the spa, but as we passed it going up to our room, we noticed the water was green. The pool appeared to be ok. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and most importantly CLEAN. The only complaint we had was the complimentary breakfast. I dont know what the problem was but items were empty both days and times we went down to check. Filling up empty items took a long time..time we didnt have. I was very disappointed with that.I will probably use this facility again, since its near my sons home and it is a clean hotel, but I suppose we will have to enjoy breakfast elsewhere.
If I could rate this place with 0 stars, I would. I originally booked two nights here, but I wanted to leave within 5 minutes of entering this room. The room was absolutely disgusting with stains on the carpet and bathtub, ripped curtains and lamps, unclean towels, and broken floor tiles. In addition, the WiFi did not work, the shower faucet was weak, and the AC did not run. This place is located right next to a casino and a bar, so it was sketchy and I felt unsafe. To top things off, the service at the front desk is horrible. The receptionist was not willing to work with me whatsoever and her attitude was ridiculous. Even if you let stay here for free, I would never step a foot inside this building again.
I rarely write reviews on hotels unless they are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. Unfortunately, this one was the latter at least in regards to the room I was assigned. Given that other rooms may be in much better shape, I wouldnt rule out this hotel as a place to stay, since others could be different. Just check your room before settling in.My colleague and I arrived about 10pm and there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait for about 5 minutes for anyone to appear. Once she came out, she was pleasant enough. Our rooms were assigned promptly.I observed that the hotel had at some point attempted to make updates to it, some more successful than others. It seems a decent enough place, but they need to address a few items. I was in room 330. Dont get this room until they replace the tub. I would love to post a picture of it along with this review. Im pretty accepting of things such as a little mold in caulk or stray hairs on the floor. The bathroom looked clean and the counter had been updated to granite, but I didnt open the shower curtain, which was closed on my arrival. I settled in and later opened the shower curtain. The tub was one of those fiberglass models that was so worn (down to the blue underneath) and peeling around the drain overflow, and yellow on the bottom of the tub where you stand, that it would have been labeled as gross to anyone accept someone coming from a third world country. I seriously doubt that the hotel owner or manager would have showered here. Since it was so late and night, I didnt feel like complaining to the desk clerk or packing up and moving to another room, so I just made the best of it and stood on a washcloth to shower.Also in my room, the sheers on the window had about a 6 horizontal rip in them and most if not all the lampshades showed signs of the fabric disintegrating. The carpet was also in need of a good shampoo. The carpets in the halls are in the same condition and also need to be stretched to avoid trip and falls.My colleague had some similar issues in her room, but not nearly as bad as mine. I strongly suggest that the owner/manager review/inspect each room in this hotel, and not assign my room and any others like it, until something can be done about them. If not, they will continue to get unfavorable reviews. I stay at a lot of hotels, including Quality Inns and most are pretty decent.
The lobby was gorgeous but when you walk through the doors to the rooms it goes straight downhill. The carpet was the dirtiest grossest thing I’ve ever seen. The walls were covered in dirt and the wall paper is peeling. When we got to our room the carpet had odd colored stains all over the place. The furniture was very banged up and looked gross. The window was open and the only way to close it was by slamming it. The lamp shades were cracked and a few lights in the room were missing lightbulbs. The shower head was below my neck. The closet door was broken and off the hinges. We chose to check out instead of staying and the hotel employee said “it’s not that bad” I’ve never seen anything so gross in my life. I’ve got several pictures to show how gross this hotel is.
The front desk was very friendly and helpful they made checking in a breeze. My only issue was, the hotel was somewhat dated, the hallway carpets and walls were visibly dirty. Other than that the bathroom was clean and the bes was comfortable. Still not sure if I will come back to this location.
I have no complaints about my stay at the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, easy access to parking and wi-fi. The only thing was the shower head water pressure felt too strong. Overall my whole experience staying at Comfort Inn was a positive one. I will definitely return when I am planning my next trip back to southern California.
The only reason I stayed here was because it was considerably cheaper than staying across the street (where I was attending an event). While I had low expectations due to the price point, I was surprised how they still managed to under deliver. The only positive experience was that they let me check in several hours early. Thats where the good stopped. During check-in, they couldnt give me a straight answer on their charging policy, and I ended up paying for the full trip up front seconds after they told me I only needed to place a deposit.Internet didnt work. Room was smelly and old. Shower was terrible (shower head is at like 4.5 feet). Halls and pool are non-stop loud; no staff will ask people to be quiet. Staff doesnt care at all; will actually be annoyed if they have to talk to you. Food is like eating at a gas station.

I can’t decide what’s worse, if the service by the front desk agent who takes a whole hour to do a check in and will yell at you for literally asking the bare minimum. Or the fact that they didn’t even bothered to clean PEE out of the toilet bowl. There were hairs on the sink, the dresser was like the pictures show. It stinks like cigarettes.This place looks like something out of a horror movie. I don’t even know how it’s still part of Choice.
Great vibe! Receptionist was super nice and helpful and answered all my questions I did notice handicap accessibility . And almost every store is surrounding and of course the casino is a perk right across the street . The studio offers microwave and small fridge and two queen beds . The restroom looks clean and I take care. Walking to and from my parking lot I am greeted with smiles from the workers feels good . Im happy with my choice of stay tonight 😁

The location of the hotel was unique, but it didnt bother me. Although it was entertaining to open your window to a large, flashing Casino sign.This is a hotel where your room door is accessible from the parking lot, and it is a hidden parking lot from the street.I got into the room and there was a made, fold-away bed sitting folded up in my living room. Then the bathroom was disgusting--although it did seem to be clean. The tub had parts of the porcelain chipping off, there were stains, and more. I have stayed in A LOT of choice hotels (Qualities, Comfort Inns, Comfort Suites, Ascend, Cambria, etc), and never had I felt so disgusted having to take a shower in a room.I am young, and travel alone a lot. Had I been given that room with my girlfriend guaranteed I would of pulled the status card and gone elsewhere.
Upon making our hotel reservations several months ago at a Comfort Suites, we arrived to find the hotel had been converted to a Quality Inn. Our experiences with Quality Inns have not been the best and this had continued.We arrived to find the hotel changed names (was never notified), it states it is within minutes of the Staples Center (about 20 minutes away), for the size hotel the breakfast (waffle maker - only 1) was not enough....there was a long wait to use and the pool was unusable along with the hot tub. We have been using your hotels throughout the country for the past 3 years and really never had a problem as we always stayed at Comfort Suites (these suit my family best). Usually the quality of your hotels has been great. My hope is to just bring this to your attention and maybe the next experience wont be so bad.
Do not stay here. It’s not at all as they make it seem in any booking website. We booked on line directly through choice hotels. When we arrived at our check in time (3pm pacific) they checked us in, gave us our keys and then it was a seen out of a Movie. The rooms were disgusting, dirty un prepared. Dirty unmade beds. Alcohol bottles every where. It smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. They switched us 2 more times, rooms where all the same. House keeping was purchasing a purse from a door to door sales man while on the clock. Front desk clerk was in Wallis talkie with them and they assured him rooms were ready. Manager was on maternity leave so no other manager was available. Clerk at front desk had no idea what was going on or how to do handle the situation. We had driven 5 hours, we’re exhausted, had are kids and had a family event to prepare for. It was horrible. I repeat do not stay here.
When we arrived no one was the front, waited over 15 mins for someone to come up and the cleaning ladies were just having a gossip party up front in the lobby. When we headed to the room the carpet is filthy dirty and the curtains had blood stains. The bathroom was gross and they failed to say that they allow the neighbor to do valet parking so when we arrived back from dinner there was absolutely no parking due to a club they had. When we went in to complain we were asked to park in the back. Very unsafe and we can hear through the walls couples fighting all night till 2 in the morning. Save your money and don’t stay here!
It was decent for the price. The whole hotel needs carpets replaced. Carpets gave it a rundown dirty feel but the rooms were clean. Nice location. Easy access to the highway.
The customer service suck. Rooms were very out dated. It was drug deals going down. Carpet was very nasty and disgusting throughout the hotel. It was bugs in the bed. I shouldve cost the price. Being a choice member I thought the quality of stay would be good but I was very disappointed
I read reviews after I booked 2 non refundable rooms, but I stayed optimistic.First of all, I saw lots of bad reviews about the staff and breakfast. I did not experience anything bad with the staff and during breakfast there was constantly someone there to replace things. I had to ask for waffles once and the woman was nice and filled it right away.The room was clean and neat.Now for the not so great, the Internet was the absolute worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room smelled of mildew from the ac unit and there was even some mildew on the sheer curtain. The walls could use a new coat of paint, they are pretty dingy looking.Overall, I would stay here again if my options were limited and it didnt have the mildew smell and would recommend with warning.
The price seemed reasonable, no smells, room was clean. But easy access to inside of hotel with all outer door open or no need of a room key to enter, parking sucked.

This is a great hotel for my work location. After viewing other reviews, I would say that this hotel should have got more/positive ranking. They have a great large lobby. Rooms seems to be newly renovated. Bed are have new comforters and modern style designs. Bathrooms are very clean and bath tub was very clean.I cant believe I did not try this hotel previously. This is really good hotel with perfect location for my work.Casino across, lot of restaurants close by. I believe next door they have Marshall and Ross with Applebees Restaurant. Really great for quick shopping and bit to eat.See ya soon
Absolutely disgusting. Walls were dirty and chipped. Every carpeted area was so gross. Wreaked of cigarettes. Bathtub was yellow and faucet had public hairs on it. Booked for two nights but couldn’t bare to stay the second night. Non refundable but it looked like they needed the money more than we did. NEVER AGAIN
Most disgusting hotel Ive stayed at!! Everything was dirty from the chairs, carpet, shower,etc. The drawers were broken and there were no towels in my room. Location was good and its thr only reason they deserve 1 star.
The hotel was nice for the price I paid! It included a breakfast with limited options but hey it’ll get the job done! The room was clean and neat when I arrived! Only thing is that they were out of face towels but had them ready by morning! The maids are trustworthy and cleans well!
The room was missing a couch and it looked like someone had ripped off an essential part of the top lock. The sheets were a bit dirty, but I appreciated the days when the employees cleaned and tidied up our room. The employees were very friendly!
I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel. The first room we got was full of fleas. My father managed to get all the fleas off that were all over my 5 year old son. The room smelt and was dirty. They gave us a new room and although it was better than the previous one, it was still dirty and old and had a smell to it.The office staff was very nice and accommodating but I do not recommend this hotel.
Should be a little more organized with staff in the lobby on the morning shift, and as far as the rooms carpet should not be a choice of anything at all
Our Hotel was dirty and unaccommodating. The check in process was poor the receptionist had a line and still was taking to a coworker making the wait longer, the wifi did not work at all. The whole hotel was dirty and stained all over from the first walk in, the room deadbolt lock looked like it was torn off. Curtains and carpets were dirty stained.
We stayed for 2 nights, our room was not cleaned between nights. Mold was growing in the bathroom. The shower head is set extremely low. The breakfast bar was inadequately stocked, there were a ton of people there, and the staff person didnt seem to care to keep it stocked enough to meet demand. Room was fairly clean, and bed was comfortable. But I dont recommend paying full price for the stay.
Seemed to be in located in a decent part of town. Staff was freindly, the room was very nice. The pool and hot tub needed work, and I was a little disappointed that I had to get my own rollaway bed. The breakfast was really good, seemed more then just continental. Overall we were satisfied and would stay again, and also recommend this place.
This place dont deserve no star. This place is dirty. The management here is terrible. They all need to be re - train. Worker here just get paid for nothing. Not coming back this the first and last time. I wouldnt waste my money and business time here. They really need a new staff in this location.
The hotel was conveniently located for the event that I was attending, and the room was quiet, with a comfortable bed. It was a fair value for the price, but the room furnishings were shabby and worn. The finish on the shower enclosure was worn through to the fiberglass underneath and the shower head was caked with lime deposits. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. The hot breakfast was never ready at 6:00 AM, the staff didnt start setting it up until 6:00 AM. I had to leave for meetings everyday by 6:20, so had a cold boiled egg and yogurt breakfast.
The hotel is old and needs a few updates such as new carpet. The outlets made it difficult to charge our devices because they were all loose and needed to be replaced. The WiFi worked periodically on some of our devices. Some days they didnt have enough face towels do we had to use hand towels to shower. We appreciated the continental breakfast that was provided every morning and the location of the hotel made it convenient for shopping and dining. Parking was terrible on the weekend because there is a club right next to the hotel.
The room smells so old I couldn’t fall asleep. Dirty and the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
My husband and I simply needed a place to sleep and shower for a night while passing through so I did not bring up any of the issues we experienced to the staff to give them the opportunity to fix it. That being said: The fridge in our room did not get cold. The bathroom sink was dirty. The folded towels in the bathroom were dirty, like they had been used to quickly dust something off. The shower head was caked in lime and needs replacing. There were stains on the ceiling that I can only imagine are from leaks. The bedside table drawer would not stay closed. The bed was comfortable but we were so exhausted from our day that I dont even know if thats a accurate description.
As we entered into the hotel it seemed to be what you would call an average hotel. Until we made our way into the hallway that leads to all the rooms. The carpet and walls are herendeous! The breakfast was very disappointing. The lady that was refilling the food items would take her long sweet time carrying one item at a time to restock the breakfast. There were plenty of families waiting for food. No one seemed to care for I went to complain at the front desk. The breakfast was out of coffee, fruit, eggs, sausage, bread. To me it was very disappointing and I felt that the hotel was very unsanitary. Thumbs down on this facility..
Great stay. Rooms were nice but the outside carpet areas were dirty. Lobby looked newly renovated. Breakfast was nice but definitely need more then one person working at the free breakfast area! They allowed me an early check in and late check out which was nice!

You get what you pay for. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is what youd expect. Area can be a bit congested, but no big deal. The hallways and elevators could definitely use good cleaning and overhaul. The facility in general just struck me as old. Overall, was worth the money and I enjoyed my stay.
Visited my cousin while she was staying there while repairs where done to her apt. The desk clerk female was very protective of her as I went and got some change for her for the vending machines. After my visit I felt relieved that there was a guardian Angel watching over my cousin during her temporary stay . Kudos to the staff at Quality Inn. Setting the bar once again.
Good everything. we will be back. helpful staff specially when they all speak Spanish too, they made us feel home. rooms were clean and comfortable. good rooms for that price in LA area. parking can be tough but we never had any issues. looks like they have lot of Chinese guest and tours. Breakfast is really busy but lot of choices were available. we will be back again when in area
Easy checkin. A nice room with two kingsize beds. Nice cleaned every day with clean towels. A great small pool and spa.No problems with parking just aside the motel.We had some problems ajusting the refriguator cause the button was broken.There where many people at breakfast so it was a fight to get food sometimes especially fruit. At the breakfast it would be nice with some cheese and some meat for the bread instead of just jam.But all in all we had a great 6 days stay there and if we come back to LA im sure we will stay there again.
Right across the street from Bicycle Casino. Really spacious room. Decent water pressure. Fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer (although mine didnt work), small table for eating/working. Comfy bed (I had a king bed room). Continental breakfast included. Amenities include pool, gym, ice machine, and washer/dryer. Staff was awesome. No loud neighbors during my stay. Id definitely stay again and highly recommend. Lots of eateries and some stores within walking distance.

Terrible experience. The place looks like a dump. Not only that the ice machine doesnt work but instead of fixing it they say due to covid. Only hotel in CA that used that excuse. To put a cherry on top of it all I was 10 minutes for Breakfast and lady wouldnt let me just grab one of the bags on the table that were within a couple feet from her, nor could she be nice enough and offer to get for us. ONLY good thing was it is across from casino.
Extremely terrible experience!!! Staff was rude on check in, room was horrible! Lights were burned out. The bathroom was falling apart, the ceiling had mold and was coming down, the toilet was broken, shower not working properly, ventilation in bathroom was nonexistent. Floor was absolutely filthy!! Walked barefoot from the bathroom to the bed and left my feet black. Refrigerator was not working and let my food go bad. Air conditioner took way too long to cool down the room. The bed was extremly uncomfortable and the pillows had no pillow to them. They were flat as a pancake. The room was right next to the supply room for the cleaning ladies and they were very loud at 8am blasting music and talking out loud like they were in a park. The staff did absolutely nothing to resolve these issues when I brought it to their attention. They said they were fully booked and I would have to wait until the manager came in the next day. One of the worst hotel stays ever and I want a refund
The room not clean, the sheets have a lot of spots like oily spots, the pillows and the towels stinks, they need to disinfect them, the sofa bed has the worst mattress and it has lot of cuts, no extra sheet and extra pillows for the sofa bed. The food is bad they have no varieties and there are not enough tables for all guests and no one helps, doesnt deserve even one star, so bad
Great place to stay considering I just needed a place to crash. Dont get me wrong, it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I loved that they served breakfast. But I really just needed a place to crash. This is not a bash on them, its just all I really cared about honestly. But they hosted me just like any great hotel Ive been to. So thank you!
Its hard to argue with the convenience of being across the street from the Bicycle Casino if thats something youd like to do to relax. If not, the location is still super-easy to reach, just a few blocks off the 710, near a number of fast food restaurants. A really good location overall.The rooms themselves are slightly more spacious than most hotels in this price range. The flat panel TV is large and easy to see from everywhere in the room. The internet service was really excellent - great reception for the wireless, and high speed that never faltered or hiccuped during the 3 hours I was using it, even though I was using it heavily.Bed was comfortable, temperature was easily maintained by the A/C, the staff was friendly and helpful, and in general this was a very good low-priced hotel in the central LA area. Ill definitely be back.
My husband and I arrived a little bit early but were able to check in to our room before 3 which nice. Then the receptionist was a little confused when I asked her which way I went to get to the room. We stayed in 330. And I asked if it was easiest to get there from the outside and she kind of stared at me and just told me the room was inside. Which I wasnt sure how hard the question was. Then the room was nicely decorated. The bed was amazingly soft and wrapped like a hug. The only really disappointing thing about the room was the yellow water. Which Im sure you dont have control of but really freaked me out. The breakfast was all right. Overall we had a nice stay. We enjoy staying at Comfort Inn hotels.
My husband, kids & I enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean & housekeeping staff is on point making sure rooms are tidy. Very affordable Hotel. Their customer service is excellent! Family friendly place & bonus pool & jacuzzi were awesome!
The front desk staff was great, very friendly and courteous. Check in was smooth and without problem. The room was clean, but the hallway carpets and rooms carpets were in need of replacement. They were very dirty and worn. Do not plan on staying here again.
Very disappointed whith are room. The restroom was very nasty, holes that were covered, bad job. Everything looked old and dirty. The rug was dirty, are sheets had cigarette burned holes and it was a no smoking room.
DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY, DISREPAIR DIRTY DISGUSTING PLACE.On top of being a pig stye, They REMOVED all interior SAFETY LATCHES.. Obviously theyve had issues with past guests, but to remove the interior safety latches in this POS place.. Wow...I canceled my stay and went elsewhere.Oh, and They are charging $100 a night, mid week 😳😬DISGUSTING. Anyone saying this is a great place either lives in squalor or is an employee trying to counter act the negatives.Pictures speak for themselves
Dirty. Forced to stand outside when the lobby is blocked off for no reason. They have taped up cardboard and left us to stand outside for 20 minutes in the freezing cold to check in. Hand sanitizer fell on the floor and broke when we tried to use it. Hallways are disgusting, sheets feel dirty.
We are regular guest at this hotel. love it everytime. great comfortable stay, no issues, love the new bedding colors and paint colors. Looks like they are going through some remodeling. WiFi is really good, never drop connection even after 4 hours online game playing. Breakfast is great, lot of seating. however during tour groups it does little slow. However, breakfast lady is great and speedy to bring more items right away. We will be back again. great to have some shopping stores next door. there is casino just across a street, however we never been there. We highly recommend it.
The air conditioner did not cool. The room was humid. The breakfast was awful! Dont come for the waffles, the machine doesnt work properly. The counter staff is very lazy, but the cleaning staff is amazing. The hotel is in a good location, but you have to share parking with a club. Dont let them tell you you dont have a reservation, and if they insist you dont, make them accommodate you! I guarantee theyll find it.
As mentioned before though there was issues that were found during my initial room search I was happy on how the housekeeping staff handled the situation. The manager I would recommend needs to learn to listen when someone has an issue his job is to make people come back and i can truthfully say He casts doubt on my need to wanna stay with them again if it wasnt for their wonderful caring staff.
The hotel was in Bell Gardens,ca. Which is not the nicest area in LA area. But its across the street from The Bicycle club Casino so relatively safe area. Parking lot is well lit at night and PD comes thru often. The room was comfortable but had recently had repairs done but not very well. Other than that my stay was satisfactory.
I stayed at the hotel, the rooms floor and halls floors were super dirty. Parking was hard, there were huge roaches in our belongings when we came back to room. I have video, & pictures. I asked to speak to Manager never availble and voicemail box full. Still havent recieved call back from message at front desk. I would like my refund or credit for my days I stayed at a cleaner location. Thank you kindly
The place seems ok, when you buy the deals online ... But oh surprise. We bought 3 nights for this end of the year, a suite, a king size bed and a sofa bed. At check-in.The manager at that time told us that the sofa bed was not going to be available and without further explanation or apology, he limited himself to charging the full price ..., We go up to the room, 3 floors up. And when we entered the room, in effect, the bed was not there, and everything looked old and neglected. Even though we chose a non-founding room, everything around the room smelled like it was Smoker ... That disappointed me even more. I leave some photos as evidence of the conditions in which this hotel delivers the rooms. NO CLEANING SERVICE TO THE ROOMS WHILE YOU ARE THERE They allege that it is due to the COVID19 pandemic ... But, then, how do they disinfect the rooms? Basically you have to do everything. This definitely wont be anywhere near the next To take a hotel
The carpet in the front hallway is the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life! Most of the drawers in my room did not close. They just stayed open. I had to unplug the refrigerator to sleep because it made too much noise (this happens sometimes for me). The shower was corroded and very low. I had to bend over to wash my hair. Mold on the caulking in the shower. I like the location but it is not a high standard hotel.
The lobby was beautiful. But the second you walk through the door to the hallway it goes downhill. Honestly it looks like a murder scene. The hotel carpets were filthy! Grossest thing I’ve ever seen. The wallpaper was peeling and covered in dirt. When we entered the room there were odd colored stains on the carpet. The furniture is very worn down and super banged up. The lamp shades and cracked and there were light bulbs missing. The window was open and we had to slam it to get it shut. The shower head was below my neck. The closet door was off the tracks and broken. For a quality inn hotel I am absolutely disgusted by this hotel. We ended up checking out instead of staying the night and the hotel employee said “it’s not that bad” I have several pictures of how dirty this hotel is and will be posting them online.
The hotel is located right next to a casino. There is a security guard in the parking lot and you see people hanging out in the parking lot which conveys a sense of insecurity.Also the facility is very old, the carpet in the lobby as well as in hallway and inside the room were very filthy which made our stay very uncomfortable.The only upside was when I requested to change my stay from 4 nights down to one night, the front desk staff honored my request. I guess he sensed how uncomfortable my wife and I were as soon as we walked into the hotel. We were really glad we didnt have to stay there all 4 nights.
We stay at Choice Hotels often...this was the worst so far. First room was missing the couch in front room and we had to change to a different room. 2nd room was not clean, had several prior guest remnants, carpets filthy, furniture with damage. Refrig was loud and AC barely cooled room, TV terribly not user-friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Property under construction which has apparently been going on for quite some time. While dispensing ice from common machine, a room card was also dispensed into my cup 🤢. Not likely to return to this property.
Great hotel with awesome staff. Breakfast area is busy but enough seating available. Rooms are remodeled and looked great. Saw the pool and Jacuzzi but did not use during my stay. I will be back again for next trip in this area. By the way, Great high speed on free WiFi.. Its hard to get to at other hotels.
Pretty average hotel. Room was pretty clean and good sized. However, bathroom was not the best. It appeared clean at first, but shower was very old with paint peeling and there was so dark colored stains behind the toilet creeping out. The food at breakfast was such a joke, horrible selection. The worst part was the hot tub, the waters color was brown. Did not really like the location either, seemed very random in a not so friendly neighborhood.
Trick or treat! You definitely get tricked in this horrifying place, is nothing like they show in the pics. Dirty carpet, smelly room, bathroom in bad condition, mold around the window, a COCKROACH!! very old furniture and not very helpful stuff members so unprofessional but I guess that goes with the whole scary experience but if you dont think it could be that bad I dare you to go and check it out for yourself youll never forget it. Way to expensive for what they offer. One good thing is that is located within walking distance of restaurants, stores and casino.
Good place to stay. Parking can be a bit of an issue at night due to the night club next door but the rooms have been upgraded and are great. Theres a refrigerator and microwave, which is helpful. The hallways need upgrading but the rooms themselves are in good condition. Staff was really great to us. They can get busy but if youre patient they are really great.
Would like to give this place a lower rating. Had to stay here for work cause it was close to where I needed to be. Anyways was not thinking it could be so nasty. The carpet should have been replaced 20 years ago. The rooms are nasty bathroom I am pretty sure have mold. Ac does not work. At the time of check-in, we waited more than an hour to be attended and when we were attended, the receptionist was very rude. The receptionist maintained an attitude throughout the entire encounter. When we went into our we noticed the door did not lock and the receptionist did not help with our situation. When we left the room during the morning and came back a few hours later, we noticed our room had not been cleaned. The towels had not been changed and we did not have extra toilet for our stay.
7 out of 10.There is no shade in the checkout window. (A tarp would go a long way during hot, sunny days). The price is good.Some of the suites need a sofa or love seat in the living room. But overall, the rooms are comfortable, even though their appearence is a bit outdated.
The worst stay which I ever had. I am here for one night(05/27/2018-05/28/2018).The rooms smell really odd and the carpet is stinky. There is no hot water in the room. Phone in the room is not working. When I complaint about phone and hot water to the lady in the front desk, she is not even responding or not even concerned about it. She just said ‘OK’. I strongly don’t recommend to any one who want to stay in this motel.
While I am usually not inclined to write reviews, the shock and horror in this room was enough to Urge me to write one. I am not a snooty person and neither are my friends. I only require cleanliness and for things to work properly. This place was not that. The bathtub was disgusting. It wouldn’t drain and no matter what, appeared dirty. The sprayer came to my chest which was very uncomfortable to wash and rinse my hair. There were broken tiles on the floor. The outlets either did not work or were so loose they wouldn’t hold the cord in. The lamps were most distracting to me as the shades were cracked and broken inside and out. They couldn’t be straightened and were constantly lopsided. The floor was just ick! Outside the room, it was hot in the hallways. Wallpaper was peeling and dirty. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told no.Good news....pretty decent breakfast and the beds were clean and comfortable.Really, for the price, you might as well stay somewhere else!
Was not happy with service. Hotel itself was in bad condition. Carpet stains, walls dirty, sketchy elevator and there was also a car roaming around. Biggest issue was the sofa couch was broken, had major stains and had someone’s underwear, where the house keeping did not bother checking or cleaning before checking us in. I have pictures. I’m not happy at all. Need refund. Hotel needs a major make over.
For breakfast, the Chinese also eat a meaning, deceive the stomach, but Bao Zao can no longer be picky. There are many restaurants nearby, there is an Apple bee rib worth trying, and there are also Chinese restaurants. There are also bars and ******s, and there is a car rental place a kilometer away, which is very convenient to travel.
Choice hotels needs to have maintained oversight in their hotels in areas such as this. I am a hotel manager and maintenance super. There is no way that i would put a customer in a room this bad. If i did not have a mountain of things on my plate already i would have changed hotels. I am not merely over reacting, i am disgusted
I wouldnt stay at the hotel again. Its over priced for the quality of the hotel. The wifi is not a secured and use at your own risk. Best part was the bed. It was very comfortable. The shower was for someone that was very short. Myself and my husband are 6 foot, washing my hair was almost impossible in the shower.
As we entered into the hotel it seemed to be what you would call an average hotel. Until we made our way into the hallway that leads to all the rooms. The carpet and walls are herendeous! The breakfast was very disappointing. The lady that was refilling the food items would take her long sweet time carrying one item at a time to restock the breakfast. There were plenty of families waiting for food. No one seemed to care for I went to complain at the front desk. The breakfast was out of coffee, fruit, eggs, sausage, bread. To me it was very disappointing and I felt that the hotel was very unsanitary. Thumbs down on this facility.
Room stinks like gasoline or paint or some kind of chemical.. furniture is run down but they tried.. The paint may be fresh which is why it smells the way it does.. rough area.. lots of places to eat or shop around it though. You get what you pay for.. Enjoy..
This hotel has made my husband and I feel like family. They go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast room and adjoining patio is kept spotless and I personally enjoy the fresh fruits each morning. There are several restaurants within walking distance, yet, the hotel also offers shuttles to local businesses, stores and restaurants in the area.
The room was super clean, ac works great, flat screen, very comfortable bed, bathroom was really clean, fridge, microwave, multiple pillows & towels, free breakfast, friendly front desk. Easy check in and check out. . A lot of fast food places and places to shop, Walmart and Food4less. All with a few blocks. Very satisfied with my 2 week stay! Very good bang for the buck. :
I had just returned from South East Asia. I just wanted a seamless checking-in process. Usually, getting a room is a non-event. Payment was made through Choice Hotels app and confirmed. There were other prospective guests inquiring about availability & rates. I understand that it was late in the evening and respective hospitality clerk may have been tired. Regardless, there is no need for lectures and indifferent treatment at any time of any given day. Said representative was rude and very impatient. I did not like how he treated other customers. I did not raise an issue at the time. Do not want to raise issue now. Your 50 character minimum in this survey encouraged me.
Carpets in common area are filthy. The hallway carpets on ground and 2nd floor are worn down to the pad and filthy. The tub in the bathroom was stained, missing caulking, and the caulking that was there was dirty and mildewed. There was excessive mold in the corners and edges of where the wall meets the ceiling in the bathroom. Two of the lamps in the room were missing light bulbs. The screen on the window was ripped and the aluminum frame was bent. The air conditioner in the room next door sounded like a jack hammer. When we notified the front desk, we were told, “...yeah, that’s how some of them sound.” Luckily the people next door shut it off because, we found out speaking to them as we were checking out, that after getting the same response from the front desk as we did, there was no way they could sleep with it running. This hotel does not deserve the Quality name they are not living up to the standards I’ve seen at other Quality Inns. Very disappointing.
We were looking for a motel that was centrally located but not in the heart of LA. The Bell Gardens Comfort Inn and a couple of others fit that bill. However, when I reviewed others comments on TravelAdvisor, the Bell Gardens Comfort Inn stood out from the others because of helpfulness and other qualities of the staff. That was exactly our experience: staff was uniformly pleasant, helpful, courteous - things we have not always experienced. I would recommend this facility. Breakfast is very nice; there is a exercise room with about 10 pieces of equipment which we didnt use. There is a computer/printer in the lobby. This is a good place to stay, convenient to a major expressway (I-710).
The front desk doesnt know the first meaning of customer service, literally answering the phone then putting down with ZERO response. Had the room set up for a weekly reservation but honestly Ill just go somewhere else and spend my money.This hotel is not worth the level of disrespect and bs for a simple room.VERY IMPORTANT: After setting up the room for a weekly rate I was told I did not have a reservation unless I wanted to pay $40 more a night.Fun fact: Committing Bait and switch is a crime and I will be contacting corporate about the refusal to speak to a manager.

This hotel is exactly what you think it is. Its a chain. Its got a 95% lovely staff, clean beds and bathrooms, free parking, wifi, and cable tv all for a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay here a lot. Plus If your going to L.A. what are the chances that you want more than a clean bed in your hotel? Did you come for the city or the hotel?Perfect place to stay.
Ive been to this hotel before and generally enjoy my stay. This last time though, I walked in on the lady at the front desk arguing with a customer over the phone. After she hung up, she argued with me. She was angry that I had my wife leave me a key at the front desk. Instead of checking the system for my name and room number, she calls the room at 2am waking up my wife and baby to ask my wife if Im her husband. I told her that she could have just asked for my ID and checked if I indeed was staying there. She didnt like that very much and she retaliated by canceling both my wifes as well as my key cards. We didnt notice until the next night when my wife couldnt enter the room. She had to leave all the bags, which she initially had help carry up to the room, outside the door so that she and my baby can go all the way back down to the front desk and get a new key. She was very unprofessional and inconvenienced us. Shes lucky our bags were not stolen while they sat outside the room. Id be doing more than leaving a negative review.
Do NOT stay here! There was black mold growing on the curtains as well as on the bathroom walls. Carpet is filthy and in need of repairs. People smoke in the hallways even though it is a non smoking facility! The other guests are loud and rude with no respect for others. On the plus side, the beds are comfortable, if you like sleeping with a musty smell and mold growth. Good luck with getting any rest with the noise volume. If you want a variety of their free breakfast, you better get there right when it starts at 6 am because if you wait til 8 am there are slim pickens and they do not refill or replenish their stock. I will never stay here again and would have to think long and hard before staying at another Comfort Inn.
Quality of the hotel and room were not anything like the pictures shown on the website. Our room smelled musty, stains on the carpet, and sheets. Our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and walls. Paint was peeling and the staff was very rude. Except for the younger gentleman and the older gentleman. Would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone!
This hotel needs its own parking spaces without having to share with next door business that takes all the spaces. More attention to bathrooms. They have alot of mildew and they smell disgusting. More attention to how housekeepers clean. It seems like no one checks the housekeepers work. They are good at taking tips but rooms are disgusting!!!
Pleasant stay, room was beautifully furnished with plenty of comfortable pillows and nice bed. Room was clean and had microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Remote control for TV did not work however, but was too tired to speak with staff about it. Overall, a good stay.
We had a nice time, hotel was in a good location, staff was great, Breakfast was continental with Eggs and Sausage and making waffles... disappointed that syrup was in a ketchup like pouch that is hard to open and when you do gets all over you. Bed was on the softer side so not good if you have back problems. Pillows were great. Shower was at least in our room like having pins and needles pointed at you. and also being only 510 it was lower than I would have expected.
I really enjoyed this hotel. Staff as well as the workers were very hospitable and very friendly. Service is excellent didnt have any problem checking in or out. Complementary breakfast and drinks makes it even better. Having that warm coffee or milk makes it 100%. Good job staff & Management.
It was a bad experience we changed rooms soon as we got there pubic hairs in bath blood on sheets and curtain. dirty carpets. changed to 3rd floor nicer room but had roaches. Hotel was good for one night stay! Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are big and clean but there was a lot of paint falling off the walls which made it look not so nice to shower in! And I couldnt connect to the WiFi :-(!
The room we got was very very bad,everything was in bad condition and dirty, luckily they gave us a different room. Customer service is normal. Breakfast time ends at 9, I feel like its a little too early, they should probably extend the time to 10:00 instead of 9:00.

The overall stay wasnt too bad in the hotel, but the lack of privacy in the swimming/parking lot area kept me out for sure. Additionally, the parking left much to be desired when I needed to spend time every eveningupon return looking for a semi-ideal parking spot because there were so few left after the club had taken many of the other spots. It would also be a good idea to have the cleaning crew clean all the dust bunnies from under the bed and around the edges as many guests may have a dust allergy.
You get what you pay for. Run down and in serious need of upgrades. I booked the room weeks in advance so I received a low rate considering it was the weekend and I was in need of staying as close as possible to my destination. Obvious that cleaning crew only empties out the trash and makes the beds. All furniture is outdated, scratched and needs some serious dusting. Bed spreads and window treatments smelled dirty and many stains were clearly visible. Dirty carpet, torn and filthy dirty sofa bed. Mattress sofa very old and uncomfortable. Will never ever book again!!!
I paid for two night’s and couldn’t sleep I was covered in bites not sure what bit me thankfully I had creams to ease the itching, it was already late to even check out and my daughter was already asleep. So we just slept on the floor with my own covers, I was charged double even when the employee told me I was refunded. So now she told my husband come back if it doesn’t refund him um no I can’t return I live out of town. I really don’t recommend at all! And corporate are useless!!!
This hotel was dirty. The front desk lacked customer service. The room was extremely dirty. Sheet were stained and floors, furniture, and outlets did not work. We stayed one night and we will never return again. We even had bugs in the room. I cant believe how over priced our room was for the quality of experience we received.

2023-09-11 23:59:59Everything about this place is disgusting. The housekeepers and the ladies bringing out breakfast were very sweet. The waffles had no flavor but the rest was fine. Just the cheapest stuff they could give you. The stairs, elevator, doors, walls, carpet were sickening. Like I was gagging walking in! The hot tub was covered with plywood but I wouldn’t get in that thing anyways based on the rest of the hotel. You’re better off sleeping in your car and showering at a truck stop. Never ever again

2023-09-25 19:27:30For the location and surrounding establishments its functional. Way too noisy on the weekends with the venue right next door blasting music all night long. Property wise the cleanliness seems non-existent to abysmal, hallways feel abandoned with plastic covering carpet, and parking becomes impossible even with a parking pass. The rooms have a few redeeming features.. bathroom & bedroom look recently refurbished, otherwise the rest of the stuff looks old & falling apart. I moved rooms once because my window wouldnt even lock, the second time a drywall screw was holding the window closed and by the third we figured out it was the best they could provide as it at least latched closed..

2023-06-25 23:59:59The website stated that we can check in at 3 pm. We were there ahead of time and waited until 4 pm. Extremely slow. When we entered the room, the room 240 was not cleaned at all. So they switched us to room 242. The door guard was broken, and the cleaning lady did not even knock on the door and walked in when my son and I were having underwear. I was very stunned and unhappy with their service. The Hispanic old cleaning lady then took my room cards and said that she would change for us. I guessed that the front desk did not even know how her rude behaviors impact our mood to stay there.We expected to take a good rest because we were at LA for a sports tournament for the whole day. When it went to 2:35 am, a group of Hispanic family with three little girls (who did not speak English) kept on banging on our door for 3 minutes. I told them to leave or would call police. They seemed not u detests d English. Finally they left and went somewhere. The next day I asked front desk and they said this family was not told that they were switched to another room.In summary, this hotel was in a mess with ineffective management. My bed sheet even had blood spit on it. Very gross.I would not spend a three star hotel price to stay at this place. Not even a night. The headquarter should be aware of their loose management and poor quality of hospitality service.

2023-06-11 18:53:24We were looking for a place close to family we were there to visit, and this is where we ended up. Hard to rate, in a way, because we stayed just one night, and it looked like the hotel was in the middle of some pretty major renovating. Our room was comfortable, certainly adequate, but looked like it was being remodeled as well: big, virtually empty room as we entered, just two small tables in it. Looked like at some point, possibly another bed--or more likely a pull-out sleeper couch--would be added, since there was a TV in that room as well as one in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable, shower was great (except that because of the way the door slid, you couldnt turn the water on before you got in the shower without getting water all over the floor). Lots of traffic noise, sirens in the area, some pops that couldve been firecrackers or something else outside the building during the night. The elevator we used had non-responsive buttons: the door would close, but then when we pushed a button to go up or down, the elevator didnt move. One time we got it to go finally; the other time we ended up getting out and going to a different elevator. Some hallway carpets were dirty (as were the stairwells), some were covered in plastic, some were missing entirely. Despite all that, our stay was uneventful, comfortable and affordable.

Negative: Stay away from this place!!!!! They turn off the water so we couldnt use bathroom at all! Horrible place, dirty with cacroach, we only stayed there few hours and go to different hotel. They refuse to give us different room or to refund the money!

2023-08-07 23:59:59Hotel is very old, outdated, under construction. Jacuzzi broken, pool looks disgusting, no couch in king room. Hotel needs to close down until fully reconstructed and updated. Hotel looks devastating and contaminated . I do not suggest going there. There is nothing to enjoy at the hotel to pay $400 for 2 days.
