Overall happy with selection. More later.The store is run down, needs a good cleaning, especially the floors and ceilings. There is an incredible amount of filth on both.The employees are friendly, and helpfully.The location is off the beaten path for non-Visalia residents. The parking lot is congested, and no loading dock for deliveries.The shopping carts are battered but functional.Selection:No longer need to search Amazon for exotic/international products. Specifically the oriental offering. For months I searched for Soy Paste and black vinegar. RN had both.Their assortment of fresh mushrooms is better than Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Sprouts.Prices are incredibly high for some products. A bottle if mayo shouldnt cost $9.00.For those on EBT, your monthly allowance wont go far here. One reason why walmart has dominated the grocery store wars.Overall, very happy. Will return.

This is a great grocery store for all types of ethnic foods. They have tons of fresh fruit/veg, a hot food counter, and tons of frozen foods. There are lots of vegetarian things too. I definitely recommend this place for all of your ethnic food shopping needs. Inexpensive, too!

Fast Food, Yes! Chinese combination plates is one of the many hot and ready foods. For lunch and dinner. Always plenty of food for the price! Good prices. And next to their deli with different kinds of salads, like fruit salads, and cold salads and deli meats. Not to mention the meat department and their fresh fruits and vegetables. And they also have a Mexican bakery inside of the store. And everything you need for all of your shopping needs.

The market was great and had a HUGE selection. Stocked up on snacks and drinks for our road trip. But the REAL star was the hot and cold deli full of fried chicken and Chinese takeout staples. Pork fried rice and chow mein have bits of BBQ pork in them so definitely dont sleep on this hidden gem 💎

R-N Market is a place thats been around for pretty much all of my life, its got a great selection of groceries, fresh produce and even a whole area for Asian and Mexicanfoods. R-N market also sometimes carries food that you wont find anywhere else like say Walmart or target. One thing Ive always liked about this store is how little it has changed since I was a kid, when I walk in it feels like I stepped back into the early 2000s. I personally think it adds to the charm of this grocery store, Whenever I need some specific food or foreign goodies, this is the place to go!

I heard this market had a great meat selection, deli and fantastic teas to choose from? I drove from Kerman. To my delight the word IS true PLUS its HUGE. The employees were friendly, respectful and funny even when it got busy this Easter morning. The store is clean!! I mean even the glass on displays! But if I could make a suggestion!!? Huge, delicious cheddar jalapeño bread is on FIRE (not spicy but dense and delicious) for about 4 or 5 bucks.They have bomb Chinese food in the back.A wide range of international foods. My kids love getting something cute or weird and trying it.Get the ad in the paper or mail! Thats where the deals are. You wont find them in store.

All kinds of Asian ethnic foods, with a healthy chunk of Mexican products. Since Im from L. A., its going to be a little bit sparse compared to the variety available in the San Gabriel Valley, but Ive been shopping here for over a decade, and its only very occasionally that Im unable to find a specific ingredient that I need. Its usually that they dont stock a particular I prefer -- or grew up with.Grocery prices are generally quite reasonable, and I have never had an unfriendly checker. On the other hand, the ladies running the deli can be a bit gruff at times. I talk with a smile and it might loosen them up once in a while. A challenge. The hot lunch and dinners are passable to good. I have yet to find any deli item that I wouldnt order again. Deli prices are decent.

I unfortunatley wont be coming here anymore. Past few times ive purchased vegetables here it molds withing a couple days (and they aint cheaply priced, i know that they pull produce to the back rooms and resell what looks ok) the past few time I got Chinese food from the deli it has made me sick. Most recently I got sweet and sour pork with chunks of fried eggshells in it. Long time back one of my first jobs was working at the tulare rn market. Place is really running downhill. Only thing goung for them these days is that they have a more wide selection of Asian foods. Thats it. I mean 5 bucks for 3 pieces of broccoli? Almost another 5 for a leek? Ridiculous

A medium sized grocery store that has most everything you might need. I have been shopping there for more than 30 years. Store has recently changed brands of items they carry. Unfortunately, some that I really liked are gone. So I try new things. They have expanded and offer bigger selection of ethnic foods which are fun to try. The checkers and other staff are friendly and very helpful in finding things that have moved recently. Plenty of parking and employees do a good job of corralling shipping carts that shoppers fail to return to a corral area.

The hot and ready Chinese food is really good. Cheapest place to get fresh veggies, fruits etc. They also have a small Asian staple section in the back. Not a huge fan of buying meat or deli items such as fresh lunch meat but their veggies, hit food (not fried chicken) and most packaged items are definitely worth the trip. Also, the cashiers that I have dealt with have always been extremely friendly and helpful.

Never. And I repeat never buy milk from this place. Over all wouldn’t grocery shop at this place either. Just bought my milk two days ago with the expiration date being Christmas and both gallons are already bad. Spent almost $200 on less than a half of cart of food. We’re as to winco a good $200 would get me a full cart. Never shopping here again.

Friendly and courteous employees. However, when I asked where the cases of bottled water were located, a male employee did not know. He stated that they had recently been moved and suggested aisle #9 or #10. As I was checking out, I noticed them in the very front by the east window. I asked the cashier and she stated that this is where they are all located for now. Interesting. RN Market is still one of my favorite stores. Great sale prices!!!

Ive never had a bad experience here until now and its always the older Mexican girls that cause problems by being rude and unprofessional. Every other worker Ive had an encounter with has been nice professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully management will retrain the individuals that cause problems and fire them if they cant do the job properly.

This place has a great variety of ethnic foods. They just added a huge freezer area for a wide variety of asian frozen foods, and a variety of seafood. I really like they aways have a great variety of meats and there is a butcher there if you ever need something special. They also have a wonderful variety of fruits and vegetables as well as some exotic varieties. Hot chinese food is also available at the back of the store. My favorite is the sweet and sour pork. Its super yummy!This place has been one of my staple markets for years. Its not new and shiny but the friendly people and variety make it a great place.

Pretty cool and stuff. They have a fantastic selection of various asian foods and ingredients, as well as candy and stuff, but they do have basically everything else. Its really close to where I live, so for me its my go-to place for food and groceries.Wearing a mask is required, and hand sanitizer is usually provided at the entrance.They also offer premade Chinese(?) food, such as chao mein and stuff. Its pretty good, but not gonna lie, it can be a bit greasy, but hey, this is America! Greasy is our culture.

Some items are overpriced especially the fruits and vegetables if I am going to pay a higher price I would like quality. Staff very polite and a clean environment. Been shopping here since I was a little girl. The staff are usually very friendly. They have delicious chinese food, however I noticed that some of the newer staff like to skimp when serving. They also have mexican bread, but I have noticed a fly in the cabinet a few times. Overall its a good store, but they could use a strong air curtain for their entrance and exits to keep the flys out.

I hadnt been back to this store in 1 month. This is the only store I can find a specific brand of Chowmein, the last time I bought some they were $0.59. Today I went to get another box and they went up to $0.99, thats a big difference when you purchase them by the box😏. I also get some of the meats there when they have a special, because otherwise it can be up there in price. Eitherway I do like shopping at this store, most of their specials are worth the trip for me.

This is one of the only places in town where one can get Asian goodies at decent prices. My family has shopped here since before I was born and we refuse to shop elsewhere for produce as they always have a fresh selection. A tip of mine is to go near closing if you want cheap bananas. They take loose bananas and put them in bags for a dollar and the ripeness varies, so you can easily get a weeks worth. The ramen selection is great and reasonably priced.

Great grocery store that have exotic produce, that cant be found anywhere else. Aisles could be spaced out a bit more to help make grocery shopping go by quicker. Very clean from the inside and always clean out the aisle shelves which shows that they care about keeping a clean image. This location also sells Chinese food and other hot foods which is great if you dont want to cook after grocery shopping. Also, make cakes for special occasions but the cakes are a bit sweet for my taste. They sell pan dulce at a decent price but sometimes the bread could be sitting there for hours and be a bit hard. Overall, if Im in the neighborhood this is my stop whenever I need groceries.

I come here specifically for the hot deli. The Chinese food is amazing! They load the plate with food, so it makes it extremely worth the price. On top of that th taste is to die for! Food had always been fresh when I go. The store itself also has a great selection of oriental food and commen groceries. Their bakery is also very good. Always go there for aunthetic food, even though wherever you live it may be far away. But worth it. Food is sometimes cheap if your lucky. Have a sick girl working the register with a box of tissue right next to her blowing her nose. I had to ask her to clean her hands before she touched my food. She politely did then puts her facemask back on then rubs her hands all over her clothes then begins to touch all the food. I disinfected everything when I got home but I should have just switched lines now I see why no one was in that line. If your sick dont go to work. She has a nose ring if that helps

We were 3 6 9 years old me and my brothers and we ate broccoli it was that good. It was good up until we were getting ready to leave and three employees ran after a girl who was stealing chips. Seriously? Dont they get trained not to run after them? They could get hurt too and all over some chips. The girl stealing then took off on a car with some other girl and almost ran over the employees too. This place is well lets just say not the best. I left after I found their cheapest bacon is 50% more than wincos and their kale was 50% more. They have these silly shopping carts too that are awkward. Very busy and I dont know why. I come here for a quick item but why would anyone shop here if theyre expensive like savemart when save Mart is nice with high quality produce and meat ? The thing that I didnt like today are the new small doors right after you enter, they hit me right on my kiwis 🥺🥺💀 I was using a shopping car . The doors are not electric like Walmart . Better be careful if are pushing a shopping car you may hit your kiwis too. They are low below the waist Im 5,6 ft, they have to raise them a few inches

My family has been shopping at RN forever. I think RN has the best, largest selection of Asian groceries in town. They have alot of different types of seafoods- fresh, dried, fermented..you name it. So much healthy food and the prices are lower than Ive ever seen in town. Rare Asian ingredients and also Mexican products can be found here, as well as a great selection of fresh produce, fresh bakery breads and sweets, a GENEROUS hot deli, a big selection of meats (including organ meats and parts rarely seen in most markets) and a fantastic wall of beverages- ALL at great low prices.The ONLY thing I dont like about this exceptional store is the (womens) bathroom. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels, and a friend to guard the (only 1 stall!) bathroom door, if youre headed into the ladies room.For all things OTHER than the restroom, I give RN Market a shining 5 stars.Drop by. But its busy so Id go before 9 a.m. and after 7:30 p.m..

Im handicapped & they helped me fill my 5 gallon water container in the outside machine (not the one the own!!) And stayed while it filled... Then put it in the car...& Then the bagger then went back in and brought the 7lb ice bag I had bought before I filled the bottle, that they kept in the ice freezer for me while the bagger filled my water bottle for me 😳😱WOW!
