I totally enjoy every opportunity I am afforded access to the lot at CBS Studio Center. One of the most rewarding perks is being able to roam around the lot and see the different studios where classic sitcoms were filmed.

They discriminate by not hiring older workers at this building but nobody will read this any way. I can’t stand these young punk recruiters who no nothing about the job ask a seasoned pro line me touchy feely questions, like how do you get along with co workers oy vey!!!!

Im heartbroken, so understand this is a biased review. I couldnt believe my luck to score 2 tickets to see whose line is it anyway being taped. The instructions say to show up at 4 pm and to show up 15 minutes early rather than 5 minutes late as it is a first come, first serve basis. So, we did just that.Unfortunately, we didnt know that those instructions actually meant show up 1-2 hours early to be guaranteed. We watched person after person be accepted in before us (despite showing up 30 minutes after us). After a full hour of waiting in a very slow moving line, we were told that they had no more available seats in the studio for the remaining 56 of us still in line. However, because they made us wait, the best they could do would be guarantee us tickets to a future taping with VIP tickets (hence all the other mass amounts of people who showed up after us being let in, preventing us from seeing that days taping).Why give out SO many tickets? Some people are only in town for 1 day. I wont lie, this has really soured my views of the show and Im kind of just done. I just dont want to watch it which is so sad because I have such fond memories but genuinely this is such a black cloud over all of that. There has to be a better solution than oh well, see you next time, guaranteed!I drove from Philadelphia for this... to be turned away after following their instructions and waiting for an hour... super messed up.

Saw Anthony Anderson TV SHOW To Tell The Truth. Anthony is great host to his guest stars & audience. Had a fun time their. MUMZ spent time in the audience, we all appreciate her doing that. His mumz is funnzie. 😄🤗

The studios are nice and updated, their staff and engineers are always very professional and knowledgeable. However, the studios are pretty small and our group isnt. Managed to get everyone in their own place, mics set up and comfortable but a little cramped. The big problem is when everyone is up, moving around during break. Theres no extra room. We were tripping on wires and a couple of people bumped a mic accidentally when they reached for something they needed during a take. One of the mics was actually knocked down. We made it through, unscathed, but Im not sure I can say the same thing about all their electronic equipment. Staff was prepared for problems like that and they had things back online quickly.

I arrived early and had to wait in my car next to the curb with all the others. They had a place to lock my phone but I couldnt figure it out and had to go back and put it in my car. Only one elevator was working. Was offered a turkey and swiss sandwich with bottled water before getting in line to go to the studio. Very crowded and being fluffy I had to take up a seat and a half. The lady next to me was fluffy, too. So someone didnt get a seat. The warm up guy, Bill, was a hoot!

As a career camera technician I always enjoyed working at the CBS Radford lot best of all.It was a mixture of facilities and lot management. They took security and production efforts seriously. They have an incredible history.

I attended a taping of The Price is Right back in early February and I was not disappointed at all. What a fun experience! It was an incredibly surreal experience as compared to watching the show on TV. The studio is far smaller than what you would think and its a unique opportunity to see just how a filming is done in person. Drew Carey, George Gray, and all of the stage hands make the whole thing even more fun! I didnt get called up this time, but you can bet I will be coming back!

Very Strict Security Here. Be careful if a youre a guest. Guards arent nice. If need to do a Covid test, drive to the end of the block dont bother asking the guards they will make you feel insulted.

Nowadays I kinda feel like Im entering an institutional corrections facility. So extremely impersonal and insensitive. Just to get radios and post up at the wash. ITS kinda bs if u ask me. Atleast theres still a few decent folks which I up most have appreciation for though.

I enjoyed going to a taping of a popular daytime talk show. The only downside is if you are disabled and were not able to get a handicap ticket at the time of being offered tickets you will be required to either stand for an extended period of time. At this particular taping I had a turn muscle and was required to stand on a cement floor for about 20 minutes. Upon entering the studio I was told I would have to climb about 5 stairs, and a page got within 10 inches from my face and said then I shouldnt have come, and scheduled for another day. A kind lady offered her seat so I would not have to go up the steps. Now normally I enjoy myself but the pages are not nice to those that are disabled, they act like everyone is faking for some sort of perk which believe me was far from the case. Upon discussion with my fellow disabled brigade we all agreed they could be a little more accommodating.

Been here for a couple Roseanne tapings and the security and studio pages are awesome people. Parking is tricky but check with security well before any show time to see when they start allowing parking foe your show or event.

I booked a tv series ticket 2 months ago for my 2 daughters’ first and only time in the US and ended up turned away due to their overbooking practices. People are mostly treated like a cattle for laughters sound purposes in their sitcoms. I guess everything in America is based on lottery (like their green cards...) or money. Too bad. A disappointed father

I heard about this TV studio, they used to film all sorts of your favorite classic TV shows from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. I used to watch all my favorite classic TV shows from way back in the days, when I was a baby. The names of all the shows that Ive seen are The Twilight Zone, Petticoat Junction, The Beverly Hillbillies, Hawaii Five-O, Gunsmoke, Wild Wild West, Gilligans Island, My Three Sons, Family Affair, Have Gun Will Travel, Rawhide, Perry Mason, and finally Gentle Ben. Ive always love classic TV shows, because everything to me is famous. The classic TV channel I like watching is called Me-TV, because it has all your favorite shows. I remembered the company that also worked for CBS is called Viacom International. The TV logos from Viacom International is also known for Pinball and V Of Doom, which was used for all classic CBS shows. I even liked the CBS eye design logo, because this was the best TV studio in town.

I worked at Stage 2 where The Mary Tyler Moore Show and Roseanne were filmed among others. A touching plaque was also found there dedicated to Mabel Normand, a film pioneer.

I like the sound of the Viacom V Of Doom Music, because it plays fast music when its filmed, even the sound of Drum Rolls when the music plays after the closing credits end at every TV show. I even like the jingle of the Viacom Pinball music, because its just like using a pinball machine. And finally, I also like the CBS eye design logo, because this is the best TV studio in town.
