Ordered a box combo and what I got is a dry chicken with no breading just literal dry chicken. The one who took my order made a mistake of my name too which they keep calling the name (I think it’s because my voice is too low, so I don’t blame her) but no one’s picking it up until the lady said its me. They also serve it on a plate when I said it’s for to go and thats when I think they gave me these on purpose when they change it for a to go box. It’s also the time of the month that’s why I’m not in the mood and I’m really craving for canes. I didn’t came back because I’m too tired, but please don’t serve people like this.

Decent. Adequate service. For the most part, it was sufficiently clean. The prices are around $10 per person. The portions are decent. The menu was simple and clear. It didnt take a long time going through everything. The prices are clearly marked. The chicken is just chicken. There is nothing special with the taste, and nothing sticks out as special or unique. I think Canes is missing out on a great opportunity to innovate and do something special to set them aside from the rest. Realistically, its just frozen chicken strips with a basic breading dredged coating. Best of luck, Rasing Canes. Maybe your good management will take you far because your frozen shake n bake chicken strips wont do it alone.

Food was what I expect from Canes, but the dining room, restrooms, and exterior were all very dirty. Floors and tables were sticky. Not sure if short staffed or bad timing but it was the dirtiest Canes Ive been to. Service was fine, food was good.

This place is a great spot to get some good eats and be able to have a good time to catch up with friends. I like that their menu is simple like InNOut and that they have extended hours unlike other fast food restaurants, so I was able to spend a lot more time catching up with my friends and not feel like I had to be rushed to get out of there to make space for other customers. There is plenty of space and even though it got busy, it did not seem overcrowded or claustrophobic. The staff here was awesome and very nice to me and my group. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich combo and at the register I forgot to take my drink cup with me and the staff were quick to find me and give it to me while they were dealing with the dinner rush. It looks to me like this place is kept fully staffed which adds to my customer satisfaction because Ive worked short or understaffed shifts during rush hour and I was able to relax and enjoy my meal with my friends that much more because of it. This location is kept super clean and the trash is regularly checked and taken out to prevent overflowing. Definitely coming back.

I ordered the 3 Finger Combo, which came with 3 chicken fingers, fries, one slice of Texas toast, one Cane’s Sauce and a fountain drink. Good flavor on the chicken and crispy fries. On the salty side but flavorful. The sauce is amazing as always. The bread was fluffy on the inside but crunchy and buttery on the outside. Everything was really good.Clean and spacious. Polite and prompt staff. Menu is easy to follow and order from. Open until very late 🫶

The food is always good but I received terrible customer service from the manager yesterday 10/22 around 3pm. I ordered online, was given a pick up time, credit card charged and the manager said they never received my order so that she couldnt help me. I showed her the confirmation along with the credit card charge and the manager tried to blame me rather than offering a solution. She even suggested I probably ordered from the Beaumont, Texas location (which was not true). Ill be back unfortunately since the food options around here are terrible, but hope the manager gets some training on how to resolve customer service issues.

The meal is way too expensive now for what you get. When you first opened the meal was $8 without tax and that was only a few years ago. Now it is $12 w/o tax. You raised it another 50 cents in one week! The fries were all flat with no actual potato and hardly any in the meal now. Chicken is small and no meat just breading. Wont be coming here anymore. Maybe lower the price instead of buying billboard space.

My wife and I were on our way to a concert at the Acrisure Arena in Desert Palms. We were running late as always. We knew there was a Raising Cane along the way.The to go service was fast and the food too hot to eat right away. We had a 6 piece chicken finger dinner. Lots of fries. The chicken was tender and moist. It filled our bellies without draining our limited funds. Anybody who loves chicken will love Canes.

This place only gives me one sauce. Doesnt matter if I I buy a two - or four piece meal. One sauce! Dont you dare ask for another sauce after youve left the register because youll be expected to get back in line and pay for another sauce! This bugs me to the point I try talking my family into eating somewhere else if they mention going to Canes.If youre thinking about going to this Canes, I recommend you just go eat at the hamburger restaurant next door. Bruh, talk about quality when it comes to chicken. Forget KFC, forget Popeyes, Canes is where is at in my humble opinion. Every time I go and order I get nothing but quality. I have yet to get a mediocre or undercooked chicken strip from them unlike other famous chicken restaurants. The menu is simple (kinda like In-n-Out but think chicken.) Their in house iced tea is the best and you can substitute sides for other sides (ex. Sub coleslaw for an extra Texas toast.) The awesome part is the price, cheap for the portions they give you. One suggestion is to sign up for the their rewards program, you get free meals every so often and its hassle free sign up. I highly recommend going here if your mad craving chicken, trust me.

Ive written in length about Raising Canes before, both in California and Arizona, and this place is a first class chain in terms of quality and consistency. Every restaurant Ive been to has been bright, spacious, and clean. The team members here are always friendly and busy . This place reminds me of a busy beehive. But of course, the star of this place are the chicken fingers. How do they make white chicken meat taste so moist and flavorful? I really have no idea, but it is really good. Check this place out.

The chicken was good, sauces were decent, but nothing over the top. Beware of their drink menu. If you want a lemonade it will cost a dollar for each refill on it. No warning that they charge for refills and there is nothing on their board. I usually do not care if there is at least a warning, but nothing on the menu and nothing saud by their staff. The lemonade is not even that great either. The food i received was warm l, but not hot. Disappointing. I will go seek better food elsewhere.

First time trying. Ordered a 3 piece, fries, and Texas toast. First the chicken- it had the perfect amount of batter and crispness. The flavor of creole/Cajun was light but great. The fries were crispy and had some of the same creole salt on them. Again, light, just enough to give it flavor, but not enough heat to keep my kids feom eating them. The Texas toast was also crispy and flavorful. Overall, I highly recommend. Chicken is their thing, and they do it well.

Its just ok. Portions are small, food tastes like its been sitting, fries need salt, coleslaw tastes watered down. The chicken pieces while being crispy were very small. In general, everything was cold. This has been my consistent experience here. I gave it many chances. Ive been to other locations and this one here needs help.

Fried chicken is not normally on my go to menu but we got a Caniac combo and the chicken was very moist, yet the crust was crunchy. Id get the fries cooked a bit more next time. A lot of food, it was perfect for 2 of us. I think I will be back!
