First time here…it was my first time here and it won’t be my last. 😋😋The food and service was amazing!!Cajun fried were very very spicy. Was not expecting it however they were still so good.If I could leave 6 stars I would!I literally have Nothing bad to say about the place.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place. Food deserves 5 stars, it is tasty, you can get a lot of food for affordable price. Service was great, guy working there was really kind. And they were playing Dragon ball on the TV. What more could I expect from this place. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone, and I will visit it again next time I am in LA.

My family and I have been to multiple ramen places and this one is definitely one of our favorites. We tried multiple appetizers and different plates and everything was made to perfection and at an affordable price. Definitely will be coming back.

I had the chicken teriyaki rice bowl. Wow! Hands down the best I have had. The teriyaki was not overly sweet and they drizzled it over the entire dish. The chicken was well seasoned with black pepper. Delish! Will be back for sure!

I do recommend. Great service by a friendly guy. My order was well presented in a Take Out format & ready in 30 minutes. The Bao Buns were fluffy & chewy enough to be fabulous. Very fresh & excellent quality cucumber, lettuce & cilantro. Unfortunately there was something sweet in them that I did not enjoy - I prefer savory - sweet belongs in the dessert course. Im disappointed that there was no mention of sweet in Chicken Karaage description. Reading mention of their Wasabi Sour Cream I had asked for a side thinking Id add it to my Buns. Very disappointed. It was sweet & not the least bit hot - if they used real Wasabi it was only enough to add mild accent color - not flavor. The Bao Buns were so well assembled that I would still recommend them. It was my fault that I didnt Google Curry Katsu: While it bears the curry moniker, katsu is far removed from its Indian and Thai counterparts. Its got a sweeter, fruitier flavour thanks to a base of caramelised onion, garlic and carrot. Then, its spiced with mild curry powder and soy sauce, and sweetened with some sugar or honey. Again - well cooked & presented but way too sweet for me. Now the 2nd entree: Spicy Yaki Ramen w/ chicken was really great. Flavorful, spicy, well cooked & savory! I also liked that it wasnt a soup. Enjoyed enough that I will return & make better educated selections.

This was my first time trying Raman from this spot. The only thing I did not like, was the noddles, they were very mushy, soft, melt in your mouth soft, I didn’t like their Raman compared to others in the AV. The potstickers was cool though. Their customer service was very good.

This place was recommended and we have no regrets! Me and my husband will definitely be coming back. The guy who works there was very friendly, it was amazing service, and affordable. They had a bunch of anime character figurines as display and they were playing dragon ball z on tv which was cool. We ordered the cardell curry fries, chicken karaage, spicy miso ramen, and the tonkatsu ramen. Though it wouldve been perfect if there was AC inside especially during the hot summer days. Maybe it was down today? Hopefully the AC gets fixed soon!

We came in here last night to eat and did have to wait probably a half hour which we were fine with since this isnt fast food Everything was excellent including the waiter. But tonight? We had to wait over an hour and SEVERAL people that came in after us received their food b4 us. We came back because we wanted our son to try it. Im assuming the gentleman that cooks and serves (maybe owner) noticed how pissed we looked because our food came in soon after and he took my sons meal off the bill. Perhaps our ticket was lost for awhile? Not sure. But my hubby and I will return because we appreciate he apologized for our wait and food was great, but my son said no thank you. He didnt want dessert either because he said hed probably have to wait a long time for it. He also didnt care for the beef-rice so we dont recommend that. But the spicy ramen and buns? A+++: (

We love this place; the ramen is great, the bao are fresh, and they seem to be listening and adding to the menu.The food, especially the bao buns, is a little on the pricey side for the serving size (they come out to $3~ a bun).Clean, modern restaurant located on Palmdale Blvd tucked behind a large Chinese restaurant. Definitely a hidden gem. Good for groups and families -they have something for everyone if youre a fan of Japanese flavors (would highly recommend the Mochi Gratin! Super unique appetizer with a punch of umami).

Not the same tasting ramen before covid hit my family always gets the beef ramen and spicy miso but this time it tasted like they used the same water broth that tasted like burnt garlic on our 3 ramen soups. Their teriyaki bowls are very good and the chicken karage.

You will think you have landed in downtown LA! I cannot express how amazing the food AND service is here. The Ramen is unbeatable by any other place in town. Everything we have ordered has been so amazing and they make so many fresh, unique and homemade flavors! We have quite a drive to visit Raizel Ramen, but it so well worth it! Tonight they offered us potstickers, on the house, to enjoy on the ride back. When I asked for an extra order of a particular sauce, they made me a to go bottle, for my family to enjoy at home. You will not find this kind of kindness and service ANYWHERE these days! Go by and give them a try, they are the BEST EVER!!

I always have a good experience with Raizel Ramen, it is a unique experience in the AV. The location has good parking and noticable when you pass by.i recommend for the good customer service, unique appetizers and meals, and the dining is pleasant.

Although the reviews were mixed I wanted to try it out for myself.On a Saturday I ordered ahead by phone. As I expected, when I went to pick it up it was a little crowded. My husband and I ordered a couple of soups. We had tonkotsu and chicken ramen. Overall their food was pretty good. In the future I am anticipating to try other items in the menu.

Wonderful food! I had the Fried Tofu Bao Buns and when it was brought out several patrons wanted to know what they were. And they were as delicious as they looked! I cant wait to go back and try more flavors.My dining companion asked if they could just make some stir fried rice. It came out with corn and was amazingly flavored!Oh, and the service is good, too. Excellent new restaurant! Amazing fusion!

I hate doing this, specially to one of my favorite spots in town if not my favorite. Food is always great. Today I ordered they told me 35-40min. I showed up 45 minutes later knowing they might be busy. Got there and they told me it would be another 20 minutes because they got really busy after I called. That upset me a bit more because I placed my order before they got busy but Im the one that has to wait. Id rather they tell me that theyre short staffed and I wouldve been ok. But now Im sitting outside waiting an additional 20 min (as I type). To top it off Im waiting a several minutes to pay and after I pay he tells me I have to wait another 20 minutes. I think the right thing to do wouldve been to give me the option to pay and wait or just let me walk if I dont want to wait. I will remove this post if they reach out. Oh 22 minutes passed now my food is ready gotta go..sorry Raizel.

This place was awesome. The food was great, the menu is great, the service is great, the ambience is amazing. So reasonable with their pricing. My partner and I went to have dinner there and we had dessert, we only spent $38 dollars, that included an appetizer, his meal, my meal, drinks, and dessert. We are definitely coming back. We used to live in Okinawa and this made us feel like we were back there. The broth was 100% on point. The staff is super friendly and they know their menu. Small cozy place, easy to see from the street, local place for the area, since no other place like that in this part of town. The garlic edamame was delicious as well as a good portion. The ambiance is relaxing, not many people at the time we went. The only missing thing is a bathroom. The ramon was good and was a big portion for the price.

Finally went into this place! We loved it! It was all so tasty and the servers are very polite too. We really needed a place like this on the east side of Palmdale. The place is a little small so hopefully they will be able to expand a little especially with the avc college opening across the street soon. The are going to get much more business...ours for sure!

One of my favorite places in CA! I love the ramen and the staff are very attentive at welcoming. Theres always a fairly long wait, and they dont take reservations, so I recommend coming with smaller groups and on nights where you dont have a strict timeline.

The spicy tonkotsu ramen wasnt spicy,had a smoky, burnt taste. The pork was chewy. I didnt like it at all. Dining area was clean. Waitress didnt put in two orders,so we had to wait a while. Guy with long hair gave us a discount for that reason.

I loved the chicken karaage and their ramen was bomb! I got it spicy and it was at about a 7 of spicyness out of 10. Not too spicy just the right hint. The food was delicious and the staff was awesome. My order did take about 15 mins but they had a full house! I cant complain and I will definitely be back :)

I went here with a friend, she and I had discussed eating ramen all week long. The service here was good and the servers were polite and attentive. We tried the karaage, it tasted like fried chicken you would get at the supermarket deli. The spicy tuna nachos were good, however the bao buns were thin and uneventful. I had the Raizel Ramen and was very disappointed. The broth was very thin and watery, lacking taste that I was looking forward to. The rest of the ingredients seemed more of what can we throw in here to make this a signature soup. My friend got the spicy tonkatsu ramen and was also disappointed in here ramen as well. I have made ramen from a package at home that had more taste. And before you ask, I do have a bit of an understanding on how ramen should taste, I lived in Japan for 12 years. But the service was good!

Probably the best ramen you can get in the area. Nice place, good food. It is sushi restaurant style for prices with compelling fusion entrees. Often a thing on the board will be sold out but very good when you can get it. The edamame is delicious and the ramen is always hearty and full of fresh, wonderful ingredients. Restrooms are on the side of the building so it is a pretty cozy but they have TVs for entertainment and everything you need is right at your table. They will treat you right whether you are their first customer or their last. The wait is reasonable even when it is bustling. Give it a try.

Came here on sunday evening one hour before closing and I was there with just another couple so it was not crowded which was great. Found this place on yelp and decided to try them out. I ordered a spicy tonkotsu ramen which was amazing to say the least. Food came within 15 min of ordering and the waitress was very attentive. I go to a lot of Ramen places in the valley and definitely would recommend others here.

Karage was good, as well as the Karage Bao Buns. Gyoza was ok, I was expecting more pieces in the order. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the Ramen. The broth was bland and the noodles tasted weird. Maybe its just me and Im spoiled with Silver lake Ramen, I was really hoping to like the ramen here but sadly no. We received everything and because of a small mix up, we were given Cardells Curry Fries for free (they were made for a table that didnt order them). They were the first ramen place in the AV. We went their opening week and have returned SO many times (the cook knows our usuals). The bao buns are amazing. We also tend to get the curry fries or albacore on crispy rice. The curry ramen is my favorite, but Ive liked every one Ive tried.

Man how I greatly appreciate this place! Finding a Ramen spot in Palmdale for me was such a gem. Raziel Ramen and all of the wonderful staff members give you such welcoming vibes and are able to execute on all levels. Ive only had the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen (which was a great balance between both broth flavor and spice) but Im almost certain the rest of the menu is up to par. There are several TVs and if theres a game on just ask nicely and theyll be glad to change the channel for you.In all that, please, if you havent been..GO!Special thanks to Cromwell, who gave me the greatest service!

Best ramen in the AV. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with the spicy miso broth. Loved the richness of the broth, al dente noodles, and the egg was cooked right (not hard boiled!)! Wow. The Yuki Udon is amazing. I love Udon and this place has amazing Udon at a great price. For a $1 more you can get extra noodles and for another dollar extra meat. I ended up paying $12 for a large portion that was lunch and dinner. Great place.

This was my first time at Dragon Palace the food was tasty the service was horrible I ordered egg flower soup it came to the table cold and we had to serve ourselves the rest of the food came to the table at the same time all the dishes tasted good but nothing was hot.
