Stopped by the meat department at 3:52 pm today. Butcher is so polite and kind and awesome. Everything was clean and perfect too.I love shopping here. The produce is always fresh and the meat display always looks clean and appetizing.Great job whoever is running this team.

The agency Sandoval Agency for the D.M.V. here was really helpful. There are no long lines and they handle almost anything that the D.M.V. does. They charge a small fee. It is so unstressfull to do business here because they are very courteous, friendly, affordable & most of all very knowledgeable of the business. I definitely recommend this place to all who are busy and in need of D.M.V. assistance. I did a Title transfer here. It took less than five minutes for the whole transaction!! Thank you.

I had the weirdest experience buying a box of clearance sodas here last week...and when I called to discuss it with someone, the experience with her was just as weird!I got carded to buy clearance soda, which was weird in itself (he insisted there was alcohol in it, which there wasnt)...and when I called about it, the woman said Well we dont want to be selling mixers to teens.WHAT?? Do they not know what a mixer is?! It was literally ginger ale mixed with grape juice; not a bit of alcohol in it whatsoever. Why on earth would that not be ok to sell to teens?! Also Im in my mid-40s, soooo not exactly applicable.Just bizarre to have TWO different strange experiences AT THE SAME STORE about buying SODA.

Offers college student discounts 10%, nice and clean. They make very good sandwiches, i usually come here to get a sandwich from their deli department. Their staff for the most part is pretty friendly and nice and make good generous filled sandwiches for a reasonable price.

I went to self-checkout as I dont want anyone touching my food. But when I started to scan and key in codes the person running the front, I believe their name was Michelle decided to start grabbing and handing me things and shouting codes in my ear. I could read the codes just fine. She also got uncomfortably close to me and I could smell her breath. Very unpleasant woman and unpleasant experience. I was very uncomfortable and she reminded me 3 times to pay for bags before it gave me the option. I looked around at the other employees who appeared to be giving her a disdainful side-eye. I am glad I am not the only one who felt how much of a nuisance she was. Now I know to avoid Michelle or just shop elsewhere if I want a peaceful experience.

This store is really great, clean, and nice atmosphere. The staff is helpful and typically there are enough checkers to get through lines quickly. I wish they had belts for placing items on since I typically have multiple orders. During the supply chain issues there are some items that are frequently out of stock, but most of the store is well stocked. This store is much nicer to shop at than Safeway, not nearly as busy/packed, and not as long of lines checking out.

This is a great store. Recently remodeled and clean. The produce department is great. Bakery is great. All the shelves are stocked with fresh food and a great variety to choose from. Theres a pharmacy as well and they have a great pet food aisle along with paper products, health and beauty products etc. I really enjoy shopping here. They have a something extra card you can get and start racking up points per dollar spent and get a cash value coupon to use as well as coupons based on your shopping history. They have Sunday and Monday $5 dollar deals where you can save big. Also great deals through the week. The employees there are friendly and helpful. Always asking about your day, offering assistance and brightening your day with their smiling faces. Ive been going to this store since I was 9 with my mom and am now 41 and have continued shopping here for 32 years. Wow! That should tell you something!

Great place to shop not always the best price. But they do have a great meat and fish selection always have some sort of great deals going on. The people that work there are always happy always willing to help you. And I always know that when I get to the register Im not going to be waiting in line for long they always have short lines and a lot of people working the registers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fully stocked shelves and cleanliness of the store. They seem to take pride in the appearance of displays and overall quality of the items. I like having the options of regular, light and even gluten free products of all types. The prices are a lot cheaper than Olivers or Whole Foods and the lines arent that bad.

Good store. fresh produce. Just layout seems disorganized. As they had display blocking some aisles . Not good for social distancing in many corners. Blind corners and offsetting aisles. Slow checkers as there was not alot of customers but wait was too be had. They needed more help and bag people or runners. Broken eggs we retrieved a better carton ourselves.

Great customer service skills. Being a homeless individual, it was refreshing to be treated with respect and just like any other customer that shops there. Special shout out to the lovely women who work in the bakery in the morning. Love going there for doughnut and coffee (or sometimes just hot water)

My favorite local grocery store, its really hard to beat the comvienance and cleanliness of this store. Great butcher, just had a custom cut of meat done and it was superb. Also great beer selection, and very fresh veggies. Prices are a little higher, but comparable on sale.

Ive been shopping at Raleys since 1980. It was recently opened. Throughout that time, there have been a lot of changes. The employees, of course, have changed. As have the guys who work in the pharmacy. But there is a friendliness that has always been there. Theyre kind of like family to me and I look forward to seeing the people I know. They did a major makeover a few years ago and while shopping there during that time was time consuming and somewhat confusing, they had lots of employees helping us find what we needed in whichever isle it happened to be in. When they were done the store was beautiful. Prices can be a bit high. It works for me because I work the ads, plan my trips, use my coupons and make use of their Something Extra program where you get special prices, coupons, and Raleys Money, among other benefits. I highly recommend Raleys to grocery shoppers. It also has a pharmacy, bank and coffee bar inside. Im sticking with Raleys.

Was having a sad day looking for a lemon blueberry cake slice that Safeway has been out of and though Raleys didnt have one an employee in the bakery department Gerry, was so sweet enough to put blueberries on top of a lemon cake slice they had in the back. I was very elated! Gerry went above and beyond to achieve the happiness and satisfaction of his customers. I hope he gets a raise or promotion. Such little things means alot especially with the rough day I was having!.

They have very good produce for the price. Sure you can get better produce at Olivers or Whole Foods but youll pay a premium. Folks that work they are nice and they have a decent variety of different foods.

Beautiful, clean, well merchandised. Smaller produce section than average but most everything is grown locally. A bit more expensive than the average grocery store, but worth it if you want quality product.

I like the design of the store. Raleys had incorporated environmental ideas into the store and that matters to me.I also find everything I need to get, food or other items. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The bathroom is clean. I am proud of our local store.

Super clean store and awesome customer service. Unlike the other big chains, they actually hire cashiers. Not this 2 cashiers during the heaviest time like Safeway. I just wish they had more people walking around to help you find things. Ive left a few times without items, because I had no idea where to find them. Raleys is still better than 90% of the grocery stores out there.

Better quality of product for a supermarket chain.An above average meat department with onsite meat cuttersLots of fresh produce featuring picks of the season plus some hard to find items such as cotton candy grapes,envy apples as well as some exotic tropical fruit.Well stocked wine and liquor section as well as some local craft beers.Extensive health and beauty department and in-store pharmacy as well as sundries and supplies (I,e. sporting goods as well as some camping supplies)The only area that could use a little help is the service deli. Not to say that you cant get a decent sandwich made to order but not a lot of selection in the way of hot foods to go and depending on what store you go to selection in the cheese department can vary considerablyAll in all it is still my go to neighborhood market.

My mother got scammed she realizes before it is to late. Immediately turns back to the store before even leaving the parking lot tries to return the gift cards with receipt was told they are non-refundable and now has $ 2,500 worth of useless gift cards instead of that valuable money in the Bank thanks a lot for being so heartless raleys

Great atmosphere and clean facility. Guayaki is also cheap at this location so thats a great bonus. The hot bar is my favorite and affordable seeing as I dont cook. Some of their stock frozen foods I find at Walmart grocery for way cheaper which sucks because I hate that place.

I really like this Raleys, it is so much better than the Petaluma location. The shelves are always stocked, and never out of anything that I want to buy. The bakery, deli, and produce have so many more items and they are always in stock. The produce at this location is 10 times as fresh and well stocked as the Petaluma location. All the employees here are friendly and genuinely seem to care if youve had a good experience or not. everything at this Raleys is organized in a way that makes sense and groups like products together.no matter what time of the day there is always an employee at the register to help me when Im ready to check out. There is always someone to help with the self checkout machine. I wish my Raleys in Petaluma was a lot more like this Raleys in Rohnert Park.

As much as i love raleys milk Ive decided that I cant do business with a company that doesnt care about disabled veterans. Im disabled and they couldnt careless. I have to walk clear across the parking lot because they wont activate both doors. Theres two doors for a reason but there too lazy or dont care. Wouldnt even take a message for the manager Cheyenne. What a horrible place.

Customer was rude and the she lied on mikes and the horrible pathole where she lives is hard to get out ant car will be broken and scrash lots of thorns in the slong side drive way into the driveway not a pleasant delivery . Door dash needs to re evaluate miles and how to get in to these peoples addresses with out leaving your car in the way to the customer.

Always have some things and not others. It carries Lilys Chocolate (yay!) but was completely out of bulk pecans? Why is the broccoli always old?The aisles are also somewhat confusing -- nuts in bulk, baking, and snack aisles, for example. I often have to check multiple places for something.

Located in The City Center with lots of Other Businesses All Around. The Main Post Office is Located Right Next To Raleys, Chase Bank And A Few Others Border the North Side Of The Shopping Plaza. You Can Be Anywhere In Town And Be There In 10 minutes.

Have posted this Raleys a year ago rated 4-Star for best meat department which sells fresh small packages (not like a Safeway who sells bulk packages), satisfactory bakery items although prices are little bit expensive, not much selections of produce (fruits and vegetables which are high price compares to other grocers like Safeway and Luckys) and frozen goods.Only good thing about Raleys (both Petaluma and Rohnert Park) are very roomy and spacious and clean atmosphere compare to all other grocers this I would rate 5-Star.All the years Ive been shopping, why Safeway has lot more customers then Raleys (although I preferred Raleys but majority of population in Sonoma County preferred Safeway over Raleys because of comfortable to shop and class and types of people lives in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park and Petaluma areas.Raleys will probably does better in Marin County and San Francisco.

I saw these beautiful braided leis in the Rohnert Park store but they didnt have the color I needed. Courtney went out of her way to call the Napoa Store and ask Nesh if she could make one with purple and white. The staff at Raleys is great, but there are many products I cannot get there. They never have crème fraiche or mascarpone when I shop, and they do not sell good bread, like bread from Costeaux, or La Brea or The Village Bakery or Raymonds. Raleys own french bread is horrible, and they offer nothing else. The tri-tip in the deli was absolutely grey when I was last there.

Whenever I walk into Raleys the people who go there always seem a bit stuck-up and weiry, not sure what it is exactly. If you were to drop a thick phone book with a big bang on the floor, youd probably get tackled by a couple huge guys and everyone else would run and hide.
