Super NICE check out people!! Giant grocery store with tons of stuff to shop around in. It was recently remodeled, its clean, very well stocked and overall a great grocery store for Windsor area.

Impressive market store! Excellent variety of produce. Theres also a pharmacy, clean public restrooms and real Christmas trees fir sale out front. Love the grapevines lining the parking lot fence.

The store exceeded expectations. They had a fantastic selection of body armor zero sugar beverages. Bright clean store. Staff could have been friendlier. Very convenient walking distance to the Holiday inn Windsor hotel.

I had recently visited the Raley’s in Windsor for my regular shopping routine, and as I was looking for something on my list I couldn’t find it. I asked the closest employee near me his name was Cliff, as I could see on his name tag. The experience with this employee was the worst I had, had in a long time with costumer service. He was very rude and short with his words he told me that there are multiple signs that point to where everything in the store is. Like he didn’t have to help me or tell me anything because there are signs everywhere in the store. I don’t understand why he works in a place where he doesn’t want to help customers even though it is his job. Other than that my experience was good.

I used to work for a related company, and normally Id rate them higher. And in general Ive had very good service from them at all locations.This rating is because of ONE Employee.The store layout is a little off too. Not bad, just a bit odd. Its like they have too much space for what they can use. For me that is a negative with a potential positive for people with claustrophobic issues.The detractor experienced was when checking out the total I told her that I had the change then handed her the bills. She ignored that had it mean to change back in bills and a lot of coin. I looked at her and said I told you I had to change and she insisted do not exchange the change for bills when I made up be different. And as I counted the change she gave me, it was wrong anyhow. She gave me every excuse you can think of or not correcting her mistake. She claimed that she could not go back into the register because the transaction was done. She lied. She flat-out lied and would not take responsibility for her mistake, she had a bad attitude, and she was just not friendly, no smile, no greeting, no personality.This one person is solely responsible for the rating here. Go to a different Raleys and the reading is going to go right back up where should be.

Its more than once since store makeover (I go once a week) that I notice a white person at the self check with no service rep to watch over them and again as soon as I (brown skinned male) show up to the register section a service rep pops into the area. Why cant the Employees just view the cameras and not make it a point to let you know they are personally monitoring you? This is the only store in Sonoma County where I have this issue.

Zero customer service! Bye Raley’s Windsor thanks for completely ignoring your customers tonight. Good to know your conversations with your work friends is far more important then helping customers.The only way we got any attention ringing ourselves up was because the self checkout registers are overly sensitive and you employees had to to stop talking to push a button instead of opening an employee ran register. Never again Oliver’s wins!

I was very impressed with Rayleys. Had not been there in awhile and they are doing so much more than other stores to keep their store clean and sanitary. One person was cleaning the cart as I walked up and I usually clean my own cart in other stores. So definitely will be shopping there again.

Super convenient way of shopping and fast delivery. Customer service is great. The Only negative is that even though you mark YES to substitute items, they don’t. I am always short on my orders and it is always something that is important. It is super frustrating.

This place is always slow. It is the unpopular store here in Windsor for some reason. I think it has nice produce, i am always able to find what I need and at a better price than the other grocery shopping in town. Plus, I like that it isnt busy.

Ŵent with the main goal of switching propane tanks but became obsessed with their bakery. They made homemade pretzels which are delicious & little pear caramel cakes for under 5bucks! Great store. I will return for some more of their lil gormet cakes.

I order online and do their curbside pickup. The entire process is pretty smooth. Prices are reasonable and selections are good. Best of all, there is no service fee for orders over $100!So if youre looking to do your part to social distance in a COVID 19 environment, the Raleys online ordering and curbside pickup is a pretty good choice.

Nice improvement after remodel. They are trying to compete with both Safeway and Olivers. While they have expanded their bar and prepared foods (which we tried), the remainder of the isles of inventory is small. I plan to still shop here on regular basis opposed to Safeway due to being able to get in/out quickly, but when I want the gourmet, I will lean back to Olivers.

I grew up with Raleys and even though Safeway seems to be an average-shopper staple, Raleys has a home-town feel to it. The customer service is always above par and the cashiers know what theyre doing. The bakery/deli seems a bit under developed and will probably always have that old-school feel but as long as they remember my name and keep providing me with exceptional service Ill remain a valued customer.Keep doing what youre doing Raleys.

Love this supermarket, but this review is about the Deli. Several years ago it was late and I went out looking for a sub sandwich. Visited a nearby supermarket and found their deli closed. Stopped in at Raleys, their deli was open, and I ordered a Dagwood specialty sandwich. It met all qualifications that Dagwood put between bread for his sandwich in the comic strip Blondie. Visit after visit meant a stop at the Raleys Deli specifically to get a Dagwood Sandwich. Raleys recently renovated and is better than ever. I am a sub sandwich fanatic and their Dagwood is in the top 10. Just finished my latest (Sep 2019) and highly recommend Raleys for your deli, as well as grocery needs.

Its like they cant decide if they are an upscale grocery store or normal one. Their produce department is lacking for me in the variety and choice of organic items. They also feel like they are chronically unstaffed which makes the meat department seem deserted.

Raleys is a pretty good quality grocery, Id place it right above Safeway. Prices are reasonable and they have a large selection. It has always been clean when I go in, and the staff has been very helpful the few times Ive needed assistance. Its on the 2nd tier for me, right behind trader Joes and whole foods

Always friendly staff going out of their way to help me find a product. Raleys carries all the products i routinely need. The only thing i have to go to Safeway for is large curd cottage cheese! Would you consider carrying it?

Not the best example of a Raleys.If youve been to the one(s) in Santa Rosa, especially the newer ones, like the Fulton Rd. store, you might be tempted to think that Raleys are always nice on the inside ... this store is a glaring exception.The floors are dirty and much of the tile is coming up. Not exactly the type of atmosphere you want to shop for fresh groceries in. The folks were friendly enough, but we wont be returning unless we have to.If money isnt a huge issue, youd be doing yourself a favor by just dipping down the street to the Olivers that just opened.

A Peets Coffee Cafe is inside this Raleys store. They will make you a Latte or you can purchase a regular coffee. They also have an area inside (as well as outside) where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee with a friend or friends.
