I like Raleys they have a very good variety of products. Service is wonderful. They food vendors throughout the store.
My experience was the same all three times i visited their store. one employee from the bakery deli. went out of his way to be kind and helpful. but the front end manager, who was diff. all three visits was rude, cruel, went out of there way to embarrass me.I was using my ebt card, something went wrong and i needed help. what a mistake. let the ridiculing begin. i ran out of the store humiliated, in tears very very upset. After calling ebt. hotline i found it was the employees fault for the whole mess. I was charged over and over putting my card over limit. The employee helping me, ha ha, was speaking so loud every time it didnt work making the remark why dont you just use another card?, you dont have money or another card?, OMG really Maam? The customers behind me were starting to chime in also. Shame on all of you for being so cruel. that was just al little of my experience at Raileys Rohnert Park . So sad.
Great service and feels a little bit friendlier than bigger supermarkets. Good options in pre prepared grab and go food and some really good breads and baked goods
The self checkout machines here still have that slot for inserting coupons, which means you can look up a guide on how to make your own counterfeit manufacturers coupons and get away with it way easier here. Manufacturers coupons are standardized because the bar codes need to be readable by any stores PLU system so theres a very basic system for making them with a printer and a free bar code font.Just dont go overboard and blow it for everyone. Some of these machines require human approval, and theyll be able to tell buy one xbox get twenty free is fake but wont even question something like thank you for participating in our online survey, heres your coupon for two (2) free DiGiorno® Frozen Pizzas!I do not admit to or endorse doing any of this, even though theres technically no law against passing on bad coupons and its entirely the stores responsibility to validate that anyway.
2nd time here, I usually prefer safeway near by here, but a few items on sale then I would shop..most of their prices are a bit higher than safeway. But the customer service esl. The managers have been very accommodating for any issues etc..as we all know. Hard to find staff ..it us either a hit or miss with staff encounter whether here or safeway..I go to the same staff that is helpful or nice I n their checkout line if convenient. I shop all over but ones with sale stuff I go for along my route or destination. Nice clean store,

Love Raleys...the shelves could be fuller and the deli needs work. Josh and Keith are our favorites. Good personalities.
I was amazed at is size and selection. Every item was straight, there were no gaps of missing items, and the staff was courteous and friendly. Prices were excellent. Whats more, they are eco-friendly; shelf lights come on as you approach. Pretty cool!

My family frequented the Rohnert Park Round table for thirty years, but we are now officially done! A week ago we got a burned large pizza. We called that same evening and asked if we would PLEASE order non-burned pizza next time. We asked if a pizza could simply be pulled out just a minute or so before and the young lady said absolutely . . . she said just ask at the time of order. Well today we ordered online and specifically wrote in the other instruction section to PLEASE not burn the pizza. We received yet another over-cooked pizza. WERE DONE!Kevin (store manager) at Mountain Mike assured us that would never happen with them and they are our new pizza shop for good. Several others we know already moved on from Round Table for the same reason. We were told this would happen and they were all correct. We had many years of good service from you, but I guess all things change. You are not the friendly shop you once were. The guy cooking these pizzas thinks this is all a joke. Good luck.
Clean store with friendly employees and really good food. Only giving it 4 stars though because it can be rather expensive.

Great Raleys store with massive selection. Good prices on decent meats, an actual fish selection, good produce. As conventional grocers go, this is a pretty good one.
Weird parking lot set up for people who isnt familiar with the place. Compact plaza. Many stop signs which some I thought were unnecessary. Bunch of speed bump as well. Bit confusing to find shops. Got lost just finding chase bank which turned out was hidden at the back. Friendly employees to the two shops/stores I went so 4 stars.

Raleys has so much better service than Safeway it makes their exorbitantly high prices almost worth the extra drive time. At least Raleys is better priced than Whole Foods (aka whole paycheck).
Has lot more Asian food than Safeway and other grocery stores is a plus. Cashiering is the best (no waiting at all most of the time). Safeway and Smart & Final are the worst cashiering (average 5 to 10 minutes wait). Both stores does not have Asian food. But they do have Mexican food.
Raleys is good. However theyre hot food bar is behind in comparison to Olivers Market. If you just want unhealthy carbs then ok
Great place and no crazy lines. You will pay more here than you would at places like Safeway, Target and Walmart for groceries, but the clientele is less trashy. The produce will also be fresher.
This is my favorite store for a quick shopping trip. The prices arent as good as Safeway, Walmart or Target. But you can get in and out quickly. The workers are very friendly and helpful, too.
Yuck! I got a $25 gift card here and what a waste; the dairy case/deli (where cheese/hummus are kept) and the bread section had a the majority of their products past expiration. The meat department was full of poor quality meat that I wouldnt even feed my dog; so much intermuscular fat and at a high price at that. Their bakery was full of old goods that were drier that expected; Im appalled at the conditions of the food theyre trying to sell. So glad I checked all the expiration dates before purchasing, I will NEVER return to Raleys eww.

This is my favorite Raleys in Sonoma County. Spacious aisles, great selection, friendly staff, and an awesome clearance section that actually prices items low enough to make them a fantastic deal!
Raleys has consistently great food, produce and meats, their prices are a little high, but I would rather pay the higher price for good quality food that I can trust. This location has plenty of parking and alot of other places to show for clothes, pizza, other restaurants and electronics...hell, there is even a post office there! 😁👍
Went into Raleys to grocery shop for the first time. Nice experience, nice store friendly staff. I dont live in town, had other business but would recommend.

Store was ok but pharmacy once again was a joke. Monday the pharmacist didnt even bother to come in. Tuesday I got there 5 minutes after opening and was still closed. Pharmacist standing there texting. Asked if open and said he had no keys. 20 minutes later he made it back from the front of the store with the keys and still texting. By this time was a line of 10 people waiting. Took him another 10-15 minutes to figure out how to open it up. Still texting of coarse. Obviously this guy never has been in the store before. After 45minutes got my prescription and I was first in line. Ever since the regular pharmacist, after 20 years,retired a few weeks ago the pharmacy has been a mess.
There deli is so slow. 7 people working and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to get to me. No one else in line

Raleys has more non food items than the average grocery stores. I like the lay out, and the way its set up, its got an at home feeling.
To Wells Fargo Bank inside Raleys customer services are the friendly and efficient. I would rate best Wells Fargo branch in Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa area. Worst one is Santa Rosa Main, Cleveland Avenue and East Petaluma Main branches. Management needs to train their employees for efficiency in customer services.

The plaza here has an auto parts store has a clothing store really shopping center Supercuts and many more other small stores it also has a post office.. and also has a restaurant there too cant remember the name.
I couldnt find lemon juice and Joshua went out of his way and took me directly to the spot. Hes so nice and helpful
Prices arent the best but so much easier than going to Safeway! Its rarely crowded and the recent remodel is quite nice. I always choose Raleys for a quick shopping trip.

This is where I get my auto parts for my van or car when I need replacement bulbs, wax, or wiper fluid. Also do my banking here at Chase. Then I may go into Ross for a shirt or shoes at a huge discount. I regularly buy picture frames from Ross. And then there is the Post Office for stamps and mailing needs. I always save my food shopping for my last thing to do. Wouldnt want my milk or other perishables to start getting warm. Raleys Towne Center works for me.

I used to love to come here but I havent been as intrigued because the food is over priced and really the past few times most of the associates that work at raleys arent very nice. I would rather go to Safeway or grocery outlet not far from raleys.
Its fine if you like to get harrased by the cios being there late and they say you look like someone that has ran from the cops...sorry I didbt know people who commit crime ride 2grand bikes and dress super nice other then that the atorw ia always clean stocked full of good stuff to eat very helpful with free WiFi and eating tables
The parking lot is huge so there is no trouble finding a spot. There is a post office. Even a store to buy clothes for all ages.

Raleys Towne Centre has almost everything youd need -- restaurants for all meals of the day, clothes shopping at Ross, the Raleys grocery store, an OReilly auto parts store, post office and more. Its a convenient location with lots of options.

Went to the Kentucky fried chicken and got a raw piece of chicken and paid $6:58 for an individual coleslaw.Never going back
Raleys Town Center is great cuz theres a Ross or Raleys or Safeway Mountain Mikes Pizza the post office a smoke shop on auto store bagel shop theres everything in more and I really like this particular place
I miss Sonoma County I miss being able to go to Raleys I love the area I was born and raised there but unfortunately because people keep paying so much and allowing the prices to be soaring I had to move out of Sonoma County but I wish I could go back to Raleys and live in Sonoma County
Nice to walk around or go to to the dog park, but only if smaller dogs or no dogs there since our poodle is a little shy.

I had to go to Raleys town center for an emergency. It was around 9:30 pm. The people around, at that time are creepy. I would suggest security and park close to the front of a store. Daytime is busy, but still a lot of drugs and creepy people.
If I need help I can easily find someone and that person is willing to help and go an extra mile to show me the product vs just telling me at what aisle to find the product I m looking for

The construction on the outside of the building is an issue. Whenever I go to Raleys no one is working on the construction site. At this rate the parking lot will be a mess for years.

2023-07-17 05:50:03I have just about had it with the attitude at this whatever. Overpriced salty bacon, to go with Overpriced everything else. Even worse than Safeway, if possible, and raleys proves it is indeed possible. And it hurts me to say it, but they dont even want folks like us in the place...At all. Lighting from Zales on the wonderful produce being offered to you, our most valued visitor. Gag me with that deli Mac n cheese. No stars, but plenty stink eye for You, Boy.

2022-11-30 00:44:07Raleys always had a wide variety of groceries, meats, produce and sundry items. The product quality is excellent. You might find these things at lower prices elsewhere but not in the same variety and quality. I especially rely on their produce.
