Love it here. Excellent presentation and value. Highly recommend. It’s restaurants like this that never go out of business but instead thrive and open other locations. Food is exceptional. Susie is a sweetheart. Chris is awesome—he’s very generous and helpful. The other person (need to get his name) is also great. I get the Chicken + Bulgogi with either BBQ Sauce, Spicy Mayo, or Fire Sauce (my new favorite). Come here, you won’t be disappointed!

We ordered curry ramen, tonkutsu ramen and salmon terryaki bento. The prices are very good and the tastes are good. We are satisfied with everything except the wait time for serving. We waited like 15 minutes for our ordered items to come.

The ramen is delicious! So flavorful and rich. This place is becoming our go-to for ramen. Good prices and service. I think the options for drinks are limited but its just personal preference.

This place is so good. I crave it way too much. I’ve been in 4 times so far and they never disappoint. Fresh ingredients and I never feel bogged down by too much sodium or over use of oils. The staff is so kind and helpful explaining things. I wish this little business the best. They’re off to a great start.

Tried this place 5 times so far and experience has always been excellent. Most recently tried the Korean BBQ and black garlic ramen and both were excellent, the ramen was a 10/10 the best around. Previously, came at a quiet time and was given the nicest service. The best part is the fish. By far, the freshest and best quality fish Ive had in Poke. I will be returning often for that reason alone. Tried the salmon and spicy tuna. Was delicious and not a single bad piece.

This place is a perfect cozy ramen restaurant to stop at. The container designs are fantastic for both dining in and taking out. Drinks were delicious. Will be coming back again!

Really enjoyable!I Got the Ramen with the Black Garlic oil and added an egg and really enjoyed it.This place will satisfy any Ramen craving you have and from what I saw they have an amazing selection for Poke bowls aswell even packaging them in these cute spheres.

My family lived in Japan for several years, and this beloved place brings a slice of the outstanding cuisine of Japan to San Diego/Encinitas area. We’ve tried it all and you can’t go wrong. Thank you for opening here, and this place should really not be a secret for long - it’s too good for people to pass up!

The food was great! We had poke with salmon, tuna and shrimp and the chicken + bulgogi bowl. Both were delicious and filling. We had the black milk tea that is made daily! The service was excellent and love the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I was hungry and decided to try a bit of everything with my gf. We got a ramen, poke bowl, and bbq bowl. ALL of it was so good! I was very surprised since it was more of a fast casual place. The quality of everything was great and the food came out quickly. Staff was very friendly as well, a nice bonus. Will eat here again when in the area.

Came here after a nice walk by the coast and found this place for lunch via Yelp. Started with the salt edamame (cant go wrong). The Tonkotsu Ramen was decent (not the best) and the chicken katsu box was cooked perfectly and very filling. It was stuffy and no A/C running inside to dine-in but luckily they had outdoor seating. Food is solid here and worth the try. Will definitely try out the poke bowls next time when Im in the area.

This is the best ramen I have ever had, ever! From the moment it hits your table its aroma is amazing. My favorite is the Spicy Black Garlic Special Ramen. They also have Gimber refreshers (drinks with fresh ginger) made with organic ginger! I overheard the guests loving the poke and sushi too. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Great ramen. Had the spicy veggie miso and veggie curry ramen. Among the top veggie ramens I have had before - has a richness that is harder to achieve with veggie ramen.

Most spectacular experience for our 1st time. Excellent customer service, the food was absolutely amazing!!! I recommend the BBQ bowl with sweet potatoes noodles..... sooo good with galbi and bugogi meat. I will definitely come back for more!!! And they even gave us some ramen broth to tryout as well, one of the best service hands down!!!

Google needs to make a sixth star for this place because I ordered delivery from them and received a total mic drop. Never have I ever received the most beautiful food presentation from a delivery order. My bowl was in a SPHERE. It was fresh, delicious and in a great proportion. I ordered takoyaki and my only response was to dance. It was like a heavenly meaty mochi donut which that chewy rice dough texture is something I did not expect with a takoyaki but was very pleasantly surprised to receive! I also ordered the potatoes and I just don’t understand who is cooking for this place and why they are not cooking for a Michelin restaurant. Thank you for being gracious enough to cook for the masses!

The place itself is pretty cool and has a nice vibe. The gimmick is also neat, but for some reason they dont use sushi rice in their poke or chashu bowl and instead use a long grain rice. This ruined it for me but I understand some people would be fine with it. Their ramen is good but there are other places I would go instead if I wanted ramen.Overall the only reason I would go there again would be because of the gimmick/atmosphere, as the food isnt anything special.

Amazing atmosphere, friendly and wonderful staff, and most importantly delicious food. It’s hard to find good poke around this area and they have brought what I’ve been looking for right to Encinitas. The poke comes with a variety of toppings and sauce to customize with and the fish tastes fresh and even include a tofu option. Highly recommend, incredi-bowl.

Great idea and presentation- terrible execution of the actual food. Long grain rice with red wine vinegar? Pickled beets and coined olives? Honestly, these poke bowls are disrespectful to Asian cultures as a whole. The bubble bowls are mega neato, but that seems to be the only thing this shop has going for it.Beautiful plating wont make up for the shameless butchery of a lunchtime classic.Tl;dr the whites are at it again!

Stopped by on a relaxing Sunday night, not busy and we got great service. Host was friendly and took care of us well. We ended up getting complimentary edamame.Our order,Wife:1x Black milk tea1x Ramen + Roll combo, Ramen = Black Garlic oil Ramen w/ spicy option added and the sushi roll was the Golden Tiger.Me:1x Hot green tea1x Veggie Gyoza1x Spicy Black Garlic RamenNotes:I specifically mention two types of Garlic oil Ramen.One is a Tonkotsu base with fresh veggies then Garlic Oil drizzled on top. You can make this spicy for an extra dollar.The other is Spicy Black Garlic Oil ramen, this one has the veggies and a pork chashu slice stir fried and grilled then placed on top of a spicy garlic oil tonkotsu broth and noodles.They have the same name on the menu so wanted to make that distinction. Both were outstanding. Get the 1st one if you like fresh veggies, get the 2nd one for a savory experience.The ramen the wife ordered did not come with chashu by default.They use thin noodles (my personal favorite).

My husband and I both felt sick (nausea, digestive issues) after eating the ramen after dinner and right through the next day. This is unusual as we eat all kinds of ramen at other restaurants often and never had issues. They use thick Chinese stir-fry style noodles rather than thin Japanese ramen noodles and that really let down the dish.
