2023-11-28 02:06:16Love that you can customize your meal. The ingredients were great and abundant, broth was delicious, and noodles were the proper texture. It made for a very satisfying meal on a cold autumn evening. I recommend!

2023-01-03 00:32:01Same quality as the location in clovis! Delicious and order comes quick. I may try the fried egg next time because the boiled is a little too sweet for my tastes. Otherwise from broth, to noodles to meatEverything was great 👍 👌

2023-07-26 22:36:31Yummy!! I ordered online and picked up. I though the broth lacked a bit of flavor but maybe if you dine inside there are more options for condiments. I added lime and spicy sauce when I got home and it was better. the cheesecake was different; it was more like a bread.

2023-05-13 23:34:10Woah!Honestly, I wasnt expecting it to be this good.Lets start with the first thing I think needs work, that would be the location. And it isnt the companies fault by any means. It has to do with the new shopping location and not many people knowing about it.The amotoshpere of the restaurant, it gives off a very calm and Cafe style feel. The seats are well spaced out as well! Huge win in my book for sure. The Waitress (Mai, thank you, by the way! Amazing service!) make the entire experience amazing and work with us since it was me and my wifes first time ordering and eating from here. And now to the good stuff! The food was amazing. The broth tasted amazing and homemade and not from a packet or container. It has almost a savory taste to it that makes you want to eat more! Delicious! We ordered #1 and #2Takayoki and fried crabLoved everything. Btw best Takayoki Ive had by far in fresno County, soft and yet crunchy with Bonita flakes! 🔥 has octopus in it, fyi if you didnt know.Everything was great! My wifes new favorite place to eat now and for sure will be my top 5 places to go out of my way to drive just to eat now! Thank you for the great food and experience! Keep it up!I hope the best for this company!

2023-05-27 14:42:27Really GOOD food!!!! Been to many ramen places outside of town and this one does not disappoint. Yaki noodles, nikuman and soft shell crab (not in pic is tonkatsu ramen) are our favorites here. Clean, relaxed atmosphere with amazing staff who are genuinely nice (not forced how are you doing kind is stuff). Management, I would like to give a shout out to your staff (we were there twice in a week and your staff is consistent).

2023-11-05 04:18:17Food was amazing except for the dessert, we got a slice of the cheesecake and it was not fluffy or smooth. I was kind of excited to try it after reading all the reviews on it. It was a bit of a let down honestly! I am more than willing to try again because you never know today could have been an off day! The customer service didnt match the atmosphere it seemed like everyone was hiding or off doing other things when I went up to ask for a to go box. One person was extremely nice I dont remember his name but he had kind of long hair and a little curly. Awesome guy!

2023-05-17 05:28:11My sister and I always love asian food and culture. We always try to visit every asian restaurant in Fresno. One day my sister and her friends were busy shopping and my sister got hungry. She told her friends that she was carving same ramen. They shopping at target in Herndon so her friends checks google maps to see whats to closest ramen restaurant. Ramon Hayashi Fresno was the had the best rating and was the closest from there location. They decided to go eat there, she said that it was one of the best ramen she ever had. So the next day she told about this ramen restaurant she told me oh my god you have to try this restaurant we decided to go next week. When we visit this restaurant it was busy but worth the wait. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and she got shoyu ramen. I can honestly say its top five best ramen I ever had. The restaurant was clean, the picture on Google maps looks so good and the decor was nice. When you get your ramen it looks so delicious that you have to take a picture. Make sure to add this place to your bucket list.

2023-04-24 22:08:58The atmosphere and service was good but its better that I review it in this way since I dont want my experience to be viewed as harshly negative.Spicy Miso soup: 14$ if I remember correctly-Spice level that doesnt hit you hard. So be sure to ask for more if you are getting this soup.-Chashu charred and easy to pull apart and flavorful-Egg was actually really nice and this place gives you both halfs-Menma good nice and soft mouth feel-Seaweed added to the broth and made it interesting otherwise it was missing spices or a little ramen pepper.-Corn I liked it but some hard pieces of cob were still in the soup but at least its fresh and had a good sweetness-Green onions were present-Noodles were possibly the weakest part of the soup and didnt have no bounce nor wavy to pick up the broth or much of the onions. The thickness was more on the thin side of things.-Final recommendation is to pick and choose the good parts of the soup while you eat otherwise it will be a flat experience.Yaki Ramen:Overall a good meal and has a good amount of ingredients throughout the dish. Most bites had a good sized shrimp in it larger than a quarter. The noodles stood up better as a pan fry and I dont know if they reuses this same noodle for the ramen but the cabbage and furikaki flakes were nice and refreshing. The sauce didnt distract from anything and added to the experience.Servers were nice and provided some extras and were very nice. They provided a good amount of extras to make the soup worthwhile. I think 🤔 the only negative I could give is that they did check to see if we did get water from the self service machine twice.Bathrooms are spotless and nice 👍Note: I only review dishes compared to other ramen places
