Ramen Hiroshi is a cozy little restaurant near the main street in downtown Walnut Creek. I really like how friendly and charming it is. They have around six tables for customers. We decided to try two dishes. The first one was called Hiroshi Tonkotsu Ramen, and the second was Yuru Ramen. You can look at the menu picture for a description of them. The Tonkatsu ramen was just what I expected, and it was really good. The noodles were great, and the broth was tasty and hearty. The Yuru ramen was something different. I was in the mood to try something new. It had a bit of a spicy kick to it and a hint of citrus flavor. If you like that kind of taste, youll enjoy it. I also liked that it came with some bok choy vegetables. Both bowls had a nice egg but they were cold.Overall, I really liked the food, and I would definitely go back to this place.

Nice ramen shop, which is reminiscent of ramen shops in Japan. Maybe thats because the proprietor is Japanese! Quiet outside atmosphere made the experience more pleasant. Service is excellent, and the ramen bowl is one of the best Ive had. Oj, and try the mango cream and melon cream soda! If youre in Walnut Creek, definitely pay Ramen Hiroshi a visit!

Nothing we ordered had much of any flavor. I ordered the Spiciest thing on the menu and it was bland and not spicy. Even my niece who hates spicy things ate it. They only offer a chili paste and spice mix to add, not hot sauces, which would have helped. With so many selections for ramen in the bay area, Id think theyd try harder with the recipes. The drink selection is all bottles you can find at the corner store for cheaper. Just not much effort shown to provide a better product.

Nice ramen place with reasonable price. The ramen, broth, meat and egg are all excellent and authentic! You may also want to add little salt, but it’s perfect for me !

Good stuff ramen wise. Very tasty and delicious.Would recommend Hiroshi Tankotsu Ramen $15 if you like rich chicken broth flavor. Personally chose Miso Ramen and was very pleased with it, except for the salt level.Service wise would suggest adding some resources during weekends. We had to wait for over 30 mins to get our food served.Overall, good spot and will be back for more.

My favorite ramen restaurant in downtown Walnut Creek! I really love their ramen noodle and broth. The pork meat is also really soft and nicely cook. And I do like to order appetizers with Asahi beer. The restaurant is small and always busy at noon and dinner time.

Was not my favorite at all! The ramen and wings had decent taste! Ramen smelled old. No toilet paper, and filthy restroom. I asked for their recommendations and the waitress didn’t answer me! On top of all, they were super slow.

The noodle and soup was really good here. Come early. Otherwise, there is a line. However, the wait isnt too long since everyone eats and then leaves. This is a small place with less than 30 seats. The soup was very tasty. It tasted like they used bones to make the broth. It didnt taste like msg was used. The egg was done perfectly. I loved how fresh the egg was. The yolk was really orange and oozing. The salad was very refreshing too. It wasnt the typical salad. They used arugula, kikurage mushroom (simiar to wood ear) and I think fennel with a plum and citrus sauce. My friend enjoyed the deep fried octopus legs, but would prefer if it was without the batter. Overall, a yummy place to get your ramen fix.

It’s too bad negative stars aren’t possible. This restaurant having a 4 star rating is proof that reviews can be purchased…Paid almost $50 not including delivery fee for two orders of Tonkatsu Ramen with extra lotus root and extra noodles. The broth they sent wouldn’t be enough to rehydrate the dry, hockey-puck like clump of noodles alone, let alone actually qualify as a ramen dish. The broth is disgusting, extremely salty and has the flavor of a 50c cup of instant noodles. The lotus root is a joke, I’ve seen thicker slices of deli meat at Safeway, and it has the consistency of a wet piece of paper…They must be too busy to care, because no business with any self-respect or modicum of quality standards would let this be served to a customer. I would be embarrassed giving something like this to my dog, let alone a paying customer.Save yourself the money, you’ll get a better meal at a holiday food pantry.
