RAMEN MURA in Orange

Ambience was great, relaxing, good place to eat. The chef came out to greet you! Always wonderful when they do that!

This is the Orange outlet of Ramen Mura. Had the habanero miso ramen. Soup was a bit cold but the overall stock and ramen were very good. Some pickled vegetables and Nori added would be better. Karaage chicken was very good and juicy. Dragon ball is okay. It’s battered surimi salad. Parking lot is big enough for most occasions.

Came here to eat after activating my new iPhone 15 Pro Max across the street. We were hungry so I suggested we come here since I’ve been to the Tustin location. I’ve had better ramen and rolls, but for the price and location at the time, it was a good option for the amount of food we got. I asked for a cup of ice with my soda. They also give you water in a water bottle. The cups are aluminum which is nice to keep the drinks nice and cold which is a big plus for me. It’s the little things. They were very attentive throughout the whole time which made the experience nice.

I would 100% turn into a pig for this food!The service was amazing off the back they were polite and would often come by to pick up a little piece of trash on the table to keep up that cool, clean vibe inside. It was very small inside however so dont recommend if your carrying strollers or walking wheel chairs if is full inside bur definitely a good place to bring friends for hang outsI got the Black Ramen, so heres my review on that:I first ate the meat that came on top of the dish, and it wasnt what I expected. It melted, and it was very soft while still having all the flavor. The noodles were a bit harder and chewy, but it went it went very well with the broth. The broth tasted like when you get a stake full of flavor with every sip, the meal was a 10/10. My only regret was becoming full.

I went here at lunch time and it was extremely busy with to go orders. After a little bit of waiting I received my order and it was excellent.It was my first time there but definitely I not my last.I had Tonkotsu ramen. It was very good. The prices are what you would expect and the woman who served my food was very friendly.Im looking forward to going back soon.

Had spicy Ramen and added the sushi rolls. My son loved the avocado rolls. Its a small place so it gets busy after 5 pm. They also have some beers and saki available. Friendly staff and fast service.

We found this place doing a Yelp search and it was incredible! The ramen was authentic and flavorful. I really enjoyed the selection and it reminded me of my grandmothers cooking.The service was excellent. The restaurant was smaller so there werent many tables but it was a pleasant atmosphere.

Had a very short wait to be seated. The food was excellent! We would absolutely go back again!

The food is presented very beautifully arranged, however, for some reason every item I tried tasted like it had some for of sweetness added to the flavor. I had the plum wine here and it tasted really sweet (almost like syrup). The broth for the Miso was sweeter than what I am accustomed to. The tempura had a nice crunch. It is a good amount of food for the price but not my flavor preference.

First time ordering here. I ordered via Uber the Miso Ramen with egg, woodear mushroom, tofu, and the California Roll.Everything was packaged perfectly. That was my main worry by ordering delivery.The broth, the bowl and noddles, the extra ingredients; everything. Also the portions are insane. I couldnt even finish the meal in one setting. The ingredients were whole, fresh, and wonderfully presented. As for the taste it was wonderful. The price was excellent and the noodles were also cooked perfectly; not too hard or soft. And the California roll taste it excellent as well. Everything tasted wonderful. Every ingredient, the noodles, the broth, and the California roll. All for the fair price with unbelievable High portions and whole ingredients. This place deserves five stars. I couldnt even finish the meal in one setting because I was not expecting such high portions.I will be trying this place again. Whatever the cooks, managers, owners are doing they are doing it right and hope they dont change anytime soon.Edit: Tried Tonkotsu Ramen on July 22, 2022. Wasnt as tasty. Either it was a meh batch or thats how its made. Not sure. It wasnt bad, just not as good as Miso Ramen.
