This place is truly a Michelin rated. The tsukemen are excellent flavors with 3 types of noodles to choose from. The broth is not heavy at all and tasty. The regular size bowl looks small, but it fills me up. The pork is a big portion and very tender. Excellent customer service.

How do I start off this review? I saw it was a Michelin guide restaurant (not star) but thought it was interesting to try. So I went on a 85°c day, but it was boiling hot inside like the air conditioner was out. I dont know if this is a regular issue but even the workers werent happy with the heat. Not exactly the most pleasant of atmosphere but thats fine if the food is good. I started off with a karaage which was great. It was crispy, cooked to perfection and had a great sauce to go with it(Kewpie). Then we get started with the spicy red ramen. While the noodles and accompanying ingredients are great and plentiful, the broth thats used for it is definitely a disappointment. Simply put, its way too salty even if we say its authentic, because authentic ramen is nowhere near this salty. While its definitely flavorful, the saltiness just overpowers everything. Id love to say its only my ramen that was affected but other people with me who got the white ramen also had the same complaints about saltiness. I wouldnt be coming here again even if the reviews from others are great or the prices of salt skyrocket.

Well, I found my new favorite Ramen place. Square’ish Hira-uchi noodle, Yu-giri is perfect (how noodle is boiled and raised out, water cut. Beautiful.) Chashu, also perfect! Soup, yes!!! A spot every ramen lover should have a bowl.

I really dont get why people are raving about this place. I wouldnt trust trends and fads regarding food. This restaurant was a recommended restaurant on michelins site as bib gourmand in 2022, not a michelin star which people keep stating. I dont know how it tasted in 2022, but its 2023 and tastes very lacking, salty, too thick, noodles have too much starch(added with a thick soup, turned into a porridge).

You have to go! Life changing stuff here. Great service and amazing food. The appetizers are yummy too. Hits the spot every single time, it’s honestly an out-of-body experience. I recommend the white miso.

First time trying this place out and fell in love with the broth. I normally just eat noodle and the toppings but finished entire bowl this time. Yes, I was very full but could not help myself slurping soup until it was gone. They have kids menu which was a plus and it was quite larger than I thought itd be.

It truly earned the Michelin Star. The tsukemen was excellent. Nice thick noodles and a perfect broth with excellent depth to dip into. Plan for a potential wait. Staff was friendly. Food was perfect. Stomach and heart were satiated. Highly recommended even for repeat visits. A ramen expert can tell the high quality care and attention that is given to each ingredient. A great spot I drove hours just to try and it was worth it.

TL;DR Small but mighty shop selling Michelin star Miso Ramen.Went on a Tuesday night and this place was hopping. Very busy and popular and for good reason! Shop is small, about 15-20 person occupancy with some outside seating. They specialize in miso style ramen and tsukemen (you dip the noodles in a thicker broth). A small, focused menu helps you know youre getting quality. We got some chicken kaarage (fried chicken) and it was delicious and crispy dark meat. I ordered the red miso base chashuu ramen (comes with several pork slices, veggies, and a marinated soft-boiled egg). The broth was hearty and deep in flavor. Unlike other places, I didnt immediately feel the need to add garlic or pepper to enjoy the soup.Really excellent place and would recommend to any friends who come into the area. Just be prepared to wait a while and be kind to the small staff, the wait is worth it.
