What a perfect little hidden gem of a restaurant. Hubs and I had an impromptu date night here. Service was great, the one server working was running around making sure all the tables were being seen to and the phone orders were being answered. Food was TASTY and timely. We ordered the shrimp tempura to start, which was crispy and delicious. I got a ramen that was so hearty and filling. Hubs got a Japanese fried pork curry rice that was so yummy. Absolutely would come back for the fantastic food and excellent service. 👌

Stopped in for lunch today at the Romona Noodle House and have a very nice lunch. We started with shrimp tempura and the ordered entrees. My wife had the vegetable, rice and chicken bowl and I had the glass noodles with veggies and chicken which is very similar to Pad Thai. Great little place and excellent service. The restaurant is very clean and the food tasty.Recommended

The Service was great, the food was amazing. The udon shrimp tempura was so good the taste was great. The Milk tea with Boba was also amazing. This is a great place to relax and enjoy some ramen🍜. Will be going back.

Wow! Finally! Ramona has needed a place like this for a long time. The best bowl of Thai noodle soup in California. I have been looking for authentic Thai noodle soup for 30+ years.... Finally found this place. It was absolutely everything I needed. The soup has such a bold, rich, amazing flavor!! Everything was outstanding. Thank you Ramona noodle house!

We usually get the pork belly ramen but this time I tried the shrimp amd noodles and my husband had the yellow Japanese curry. The ramen is very good but I think the curry is now my new favorite. Super flavorful and delicious. My daughter loves the boba teas. We enjoy stopping in for a meal when we pass through Ramona.

Ok Ive been here 3 times and the food is amazing! We ordered yellow curry pasta with shrimp, soba noodles with shrimp and ramen with shrimp, all dishes were incredible. Also excellent was the edamame with garlic. Would leave 6 stars if I could. Server is so wonderful also.

I have been going to lunch there regularly with a good friend. All the food is excellent but my favorite is the beef soup with udon noodles. You have to try the Thai-lime tea!! Its just a nice place with a casual atmosphere. The prices are reasonable too.

I always do the ramen here I think it is a solid spot and I love eating here. The last time, I also ordered the garlic chicken fried rice and wontons all the food was fantastic, and the service was great. The restaurant is always clean and the employees have been always kind and friendly. Thanks ramona noodle house we will be back!

I asked for a miso soup to take away, I changed my mind at the last minute and the waitress very kindly informed me that it was already ready in a disposable container, she did not offer me to change it to a bowl, and small details like this make some customers angry ... but wait, wait, its not my case, I decided to eat at the place and ignore that little detail and the taste is very good, the temperature of the soup was very high and I liked that a lot, in conclusion, the food is good the service that I observe towards all the clients is good and the costs are in the average

Update: my first time back since the shut down. The food used to be pretty good, now it is excellent. Chicken karaage was moist and flavorful, garlic edamame cooked in garlic oil-very tasty and different than most others. The spicy ramen is really spicy.The new decor inside is very well done.Overall, this place compares very well with the ramen shops in San Diego.

I dine here often, either alone or with my family, & we also order takeout. This restaurant is one of my favorite spots in our small town of Ramona. The food is always freshly made, never lacks flavor or portion size and the staff are always so friendly. They give you a good size meal for the price and the restaurant is always clean.

Ive been here multiple times over the last few weeks and it is always delicious! The food is incredibly fresh, they clearly use high-quality ingredients, and the dishes are made-to-order every time. I highly recommend this little gem for anyone craving some noodles or rice.My personal favorites are the Stir Fry Ramen with chicken, the Yellow Curry, and the Milk Tea!

I went there for lunch I had the beef noodles with fried egg on top and oh my god what a treat! It gives you a lot of food for a good price and the food was good quality it tasted amazing! If if you like Ramen this is the place to go in Ramona! I’m going to go there again tomorrow for lunch it was so good! Good service very friendly and quick! Thumbs up in five stars!

Just happened to find this place driving through town, what an excellent surprise. The spicy curry, the Miso soup special and the Thai beef noodles were all great. Both my friends and I were really happy with the flavor, portion size and price. And all the people working there were really nice too.

I know the Noodle House has been around for a couple of years, but I just recently tried it for the first time and wow!! It’s so good! I got the crispy teriyaki pork bowl and the pork literally melted in my mouth. My friend got the shrimp tempura udon and it was delicious as well, with a rich and flavorful broth. We both also got boba and not only was the milk tea perfectly sweet, but the tapioca balls had an amazing texture. Also, the staff here are very accommodating and friendly! On my first visit, I spilt my drink all over the floor and the staff kindly helped me clean up! This restaurant is well worth a trip! You won’t regret it 😼

I ordered a pho beef, the broth didnt have ANY salt in it at all. The pho did not come with any side RAW meat on the side at all. Usually comes in a bag, right, Not here tho. I wasnt aware that this was a thing here. The side veggies were crunchy fresh. you get 3 ketchup sized packets for the Siracha, Hoisen Sauce, something else. the 1 of 1 /4 lime slice was fresh. The cooked meat on the pho noodles was also completely salt less.

Pretty authentic Asian food. More like Asian fusion with a slant more towards Thai (owners are Thai). Think they need to ask what the spice level you would like with your order. Our green curry was way too spicy... also, portion size is pretty good. We also ordered crispy noodle dish and they customized everything for vegan/ vegetarians which was nice. Only thing is that there was an extra 18 percent since our party was about 10 people.

I had never heard of this place before tonight.I happened in here with my daughter and took everything to go.For simplicity I ordered everyone the chashu ramen.Drove home 45 mins up the hill and the entire family devoured it.My daughter can be picky and raved about the food.She ate her entire bowl.My wife hates eggs and love the eggs how they cooked them.All in all we had 4 meals for 4 people and everyone loved every bite.Our two families will be regulars here.Prices were reasonable.Food was great.Place was cleanStaff was friendly.Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our first purchase here! We ordered the Green Curry Noodles, Beef Bowl, Chicken Bowl and Crispy Pork Curry. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Its absolutely delicious and the price is great. We will be placing another order soon and likely trying to see how things are inside the restaraunt once the shelter in place has been lifted. They really only make rice bowls and soups, so the menu is a little sparce, but I much prefer quantity over quality any time! Definitely give them a shot!

This review may be a little biased. First time weve eaten here. Our order included pork curry, phó, garlic and chili beef bowl, garlic edamame and shrimp tempura. We also used Orange Crate for delivery service. Excellent service.Why am I biased, well we have eaten food in a lot of Asian countries. The pork curry (or Tonkatsu) had a good curry flavor. However, the pork was tough and not very good overall. Garlic edamame was just excellent. Love the flavor and who doesnt like some garlic in California? The Tempura shrimp was just a type of thick battered fried shrimp. Tempura should be light and flakey for the batter. Still, the shrimp wasnt bad.One I liked the most was stir-fry garlic and chili beef. By far the best item on our order. We would definitely order that again. The Phó was also a good surprise. We ordered it for a family member that has been feeling ill. Said was just what they needed and they could finally eat something for a change. There were some fresh herbs for the Phó too.My recommendation to the restaurant is to find a different supplier for their pork. If this was done right, I could give a much higher rating. Would we go here again? Probably, but not anytime soon. What I always look for in a restaurant is quality over quantity. Then price compared to the quality. For these reasons, we give Ramona Noodle House a fair rating with 3 stars.We hope that everyone has a chance to explore Ramona and the variety of cultures our small community has great pleasure of giving everyone.

Excellent soup! We came here and got the Tom Yum, Green Curry, Tempura, and the Wonton soup. All of them were delicious. The milk tea was also very good, but as a heads up the jasmine comes in a pot with a bag. The restaurant is a bit small and if its busy you may have a wait. I will definitely be coming back.

I love phở and was excited to have it in Ramona. I kept my expectations low and was still disappointed. The service was great... friendly, attentive and efficient. A bowl arrived which neither looked or tasted like any phở I’ve ever had. Broth lacked any discernible flavor, could likely be improved with table salt. Noodles were over-cooked, thick and chewy. No tripe or tendon options. Fresh mung bean sprouts, jalapeño, and basil leaves, in addition to a tray with hoisin packets, sriracha, and hot chili oil was provided, giving some image of authenticity. The tasteless broth and poor noodle texture made the meal feel like a chore despite being hangover-grade hungry. I could not finish the bowl. The Thai coffee was good. If they could make the phở even tolerable, I would return weekly and not risk the drive to Claremont.

It was our first time in today. The space is bright and clean and inviting. The menu is focused, with a nice selection. It smelled amazing. We both had the pho. It was a nice take on beef pho, with a light and flavorful broth and good portions of beef, noodles, sprouts, and basil. The service was quick and attentive. We will absolutely be back to work our way through the whole menu.

What a delightful find! A (primarily) Japanese noodle house with a great variety. We started with the garlic & pepper edamame appetizer. Delicious! I had the Spicy Miso Ramen with pork and egg. My friend had the Shrimp Tempura, tofu and fishcake Udon. Both were excellent. Definitely going back to try other dishes.....maybe tomorrow!!!

This place has potential but they need some service pointers. With 15 years of restaurant management, here are my recommendations:- dine-in VS takeout is confusing when busy. During peak times, I would have someone at the door to take names and direct take-outs to counter.- Some of your staff is super nice but a couple didnt even crack a smile if you asked for something.- setup of basil, sprouts, lime and jalapeños should be given before food comes out. I never received it and no one came to table after the food was dropped so I went without. It made the experience just not as good.- Hoisin sauce should be on the tables. I had to ask for some and they gave me such a small amount, it wasnt enough to flavor my soup to my liking.The taste of the broth was flavorful. I eat pho often and I feel like my noodles were gone super fast and thats the best part. The squid / calamari was good if you lIke all legs. It was 6 full skewers and tasted fresh, not overcooked.Overall it was not terrIble but for $40 for two people, I would not return as there are better restaurants. Hope they can improve as it would be nice to not go down the hill for Pho.

What Ramona needs is a Noodle house! Shrimp tempura & squid karaage were way over done the squid so tough it was actually uneatable. The beef egg bowl tasteless, the stir-fry some vegetables under cooked same over cooked and over all bland.
