Nice little Shopping Mall. Has everything you need. From Smart and Final, I Hop, Mc Donalds, Starbucks, Dixie LA d, Mexican food, Good Will, Smoothie place, liquor store, Middle Eastern food, CVS, Hair Salon, A 24 hour Gym and so much more than you have to come and see for yourself the stores that I forgot to mention because they are so many. 😀 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The perfect little shopping center! You never need to leave The area only because youve got a hardware store, a gym, many restaurants, Pizza place, pet place, a grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, a couple fast foods and drum roll please a goodwill. That basically rounds out everything that a girl could need and oneed in one small center now the parking is pretty good.. They always have gardeners there with the upkeep of the area which is a very strong and preferred attribute of the area. If you need a one sound shop mall there you go this strip mall is a place to be.

This shopping village has pretty much any kind of store needed and plenty of parking. Have not seen any people under the influence or asking for change or wondering around the parking lot talking to their selves. Feel safe everytime I shop at a store here

Just went in to pickup a few things to make dinner. Great selection! Both small quantity & bulk items. Prices on most things are lower than the average grocery store, lines are shorter, too! The register clerk was friendly & efficient, had no need to talk to any other employees. In & out very quickly, got home, made an excellent dinner & relaxed the rest of the evening. Will not only be back, Ill recommend them to friends & neighbors.

I really like this area it has a lot of great stores. Shopping is easy I feel its a safe neighborhood everywhere around here is pretty pleasant close to the casino. I definitely give this place a five-star this also its a things around 2 Car Washes Target Ralphs amongst many other stores. Is even a movie theater.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. It is convenient if the 94 Freeway and Avocado. There are many small shops, but anchor stores like CVS Drug Store, Dixieline Home Improvement, Smart and FinalnGrocery, International House if Pancakes, etc. One of my daughter and I favorite is the Goodwill Thriftstore and the Beach Hut Deli

Easy in, easy out for a variety of shops and restaurants. Available parking always seems to be sufficient. Only advice is to avoid the Starbucks area during peak times (unless youre going there) since the drive through traffic is ridiculous.

Pretty much has anything you need all in one parking lot. Dixieline, Goodwill, smart n final, salons, pet stores and a bank. Of course it has the Starbucks. Maybe two of them 🙄smh.Also, some very good food. A nice deli sandwich shop and my favorite being Franks Pizza Joint. I recommend a slice of meatball. Oh and ask if they have fried ravioli so they bring them back. 😁

I enjoy this little village.The parking is plenty.If you like to park under a shade tree there’s various trees throughout the parking.It a good combination of small,large businesses including Veterinarian,CVS,Starbucks,24 hour fitness Smart &Final grocery,McDonald’s,Various types of small eateries.Its worth going.I highly suggest you check this out.

This is my local grocery and shopping mall. They have several different types of restaurants - a good local pizza place (Franks), a healthy deli (Natural Delights), a Beach Hut deli and bar, a good Thai restaurant, and more. The Starbucks is a very nice one. Several more restaurants. A nice Goodwill to satisfy your shopping jones. The UPS store is great - friendly and efficient.

A good grocery store with good prices. They get 4 stars vs 5 due to the freshness of their produce sometimes not always the greatest and I wish it was a little brighter.My most recent trip went well as I was greeted and helped by a friendly staff. As a Navy Sailor they are always very military friendly.

I go to 24-Hour Fitness. Its one of the nicest gyms in the area. High traffic parking lot! There is three ways in but really only one way out if you want to get on the freeway. There is no traffic light at the exits so it backs up. Id give this shopping center five stars if it werent for the traffic.

Our lunch at the Thai Food Restaurant (Next to Smart and Final) was delicious! The restaurant is elegantly appointed. The Wait Staff is dressed in authentic Garb. The ambiance is soft and relaxing. The cloth (yes, cloth) napkins are folded like Birds of Paradise and Bamboo stalks. Prices are affordable and the portions are plentiful!

Rancho San Diego has that small suburb, very clean, The Citizens take pride in their neighborhood feeling. Every Business from the small market at Chase and Jamacha, to the Shopping Center at Avocado and 94/Campo rd, are all very warm, cheerful, and welcoming. We celebrate our grandsons birthdays at Hilton Head County Park every year. Low crime, plenty of shopping dining, and entertainment. I live in El Cajon and prefer to obtain our familys essentials in Rancho San Diego. If I could afford to live there I would. I feel safe in this community, and its evident by how well maintained the residents keep it that they take great pride in their welcoming community. If you ever get the chance to take the kids to the park, it will become one of their favorite places to play.

It has everything for shopping, a variety . of Restaurants and a multiplex of Theaters. Target is one my faves and they are always so clean and very organized. It is freeway close. Perfect for your quick trip needs. This place literally has everything you can think of. Grocery store for food and a cvs for everything else. There are multiple places to dine that includes both fast food and sit down restaurants. There is a beauty supply store for your emergency hair appt pick ups and a nutrition store for the health junkies. Did I mention there is also a gym? Because yea, theres a gym. There are massage parlors and nail salons. I mean this place covers a pretty wide variety of things you need in a hurry. Its perfect for a one stop shop when youre in a rush. Has a good combination of restaurants beauty stores such as hair care, nail salons, and beauty products with an addition of grocery and pharmaceuticals such as smart and final and a CVS. Theres a Starbucks, a Mexican restaurant, wings, McDonalds, Thai. Theres a Goodwill that has a good selection of cheap clothing and house decor. If you need something, you can likely find it here. All of these stores are from memory. There is more, but I go here so often I have the layout practically memorized. Really do recommend if you live in the area or are traveling through here.

This local strip mall offers a major grocery store and a large national pharmacy with a nice variety of small retail shops as well as dining options ranging from drive thru fast-food and designer coffee to limited seating at the taco shop and sit down dining at the diner. Theres a gym to work off all of the great food and a travel agent to plan your next get away. You can even get your rings cleaned and watch battery changed at the custom jeweler while taking Fido for his check-up at the neighborhood veterinarians office.

This place is a great shopping center it has food and grocery stores and health stores that you can go to and none of the stores are very very pricey theres a CVS a McDonalds a Smart & Final a Starbucks like the place is wonderful I would much recommend going to the shopping center and I have never had one bad experience at the shopping center everybody is nice theres I havent encountered anyone with a bad attitude yet like its just a good community area that everybody can go to and just get the groceries or get a snack and weve never have a problem

They have so many choices for all of your needs here. A brand new DRIVE THRU Starbucks! McDonalds, ihop. Smart and final and a CVS pharmacy. Massage Envy, dog grooming, beauty supply. Its mind boggling, really. I have not tried the taco shop but it always looks busy. Parking is more than adequate

Looking for a specific item. The only one they had was not adequate. My husband has cancer & he has to have fluid taken from his abdomen- usually 8 liters. Ended up going to Navy Hospital to have a surgical glue applied. The glue stops the fluid from leaking. Really its a good store. Just this product was my problem.

Its a nice goodwill, albeit very small. The pei wei express restaurant has the worst Chinese food I know of, if thats your thing. The McDonalds serves better sized ice cream cones than most others, and the dixieline has most project essentials, but dings you a few extra dollars on everything over other home improvement vendors. Its right by 94 and 54 too.

Dixiline is convenient, but its always desert hot in this basin in summertime, its brutal. They should transplant some trees all over the parking lot, because there is no shade whatsoever except for McDonalds and Starbucks. Dixieline always sells ice for .99 cents so its an oven of an oasis. Good luck
