Raw Fresno is delicious!! Chef Naomi has created a delightful menu that tastes great and helps you eat healthy. I’m not a vegan but I’m in love with the Green Smoothie here. Came yesterday and I’m here again!!! My palette can taste the difference eating fresh and greens then taking a bite of vegan beyond sausage I couldn’t eat it. Once you taste the cleanliness of the food you get hooked!

Incredibly delicious plant based food! The flavors were diverse and rich - the lunch deal is a steal for what you’re getting. I had the farmers market wrap, will be back again to work my way through the menu!

Dont let the name of the restaurant turn you away. Chef Naomi has a wonderful talent of making nutritious food taste like absolute gourmet! Chef Naomi is kind and courteous and has a passion for making healthy food taste good. With Raw Fresno, you dont have to compromise taste for nutrition. The beans and greens salad is by far my favorite. Chef Naomi makes vegan desserts that taste just as good as the traditional ones. Definitely worth checking out!

Cute restaurant and very friendly staff. I stopped here for breakfast and enjoyed the avocado toast and their unique coffee blend with tahini creamer. It was unusual but delicious nevertheless.

Not from Fresno but happy to have found this place. Its inside the Galleria, with other eat spots to choose from. Everything at Raw Fresno is gluten free, dairy free, nut free, and vegan, including the desserts. The owner offers use of their rower while waiting and there are stacks of informational health books in a shelf. Theres also a small play stand for kids in a corner.It was Taco Tuesday so they had tacos and menudo available. We didnt try the menudo but the taco order came with two, well stuffed, soft tacos.We also tried the avocado toast and the pizza, and these orders also came with two large, triangle crackers each, as their base.Every single thing was delicious. Sometimes, with fresh, raw veggies, the flavor can be bland but not these. I could taste quality and fresh, flavors of each, individual ingredient, with each bite.Service was quick and prices are decent, especially considering I got pretty full. Next time Im in town Im going back to try something new.A plus is there is free parking for the Galleria.

Loved this place so much, I came two days in a row. First for lunch then breakfast--both days i had the 2 entree combo with green smoothie, dessert bite and a scoop of hummus. Food is fresh, delicious and it made me feel so good. Chef Naomi answered my questions and guided me to superyummy opions. Loved the collard green wrap with cashew milk potato soup. I also had the cbd chaga coffee. For breakfast, i had the farro and berries bowl and then the peruvian beans. Love that they have indoor and outdoor seating. They also offer a lunch subscription service which if i lived here, i would do. On Tuesdays, they have sushi. I will have to try the tiramisu. My honey had the chia seed pudding, green smoothie and farro dish. They even have an exercise bike if you want a boost of energy. Returned to try the sprouted salad and desserts -- lemon bar, raspberry & blood orange cheesecake, chai cheesecake añd carrot cupcake as well as kefir water.

The food was superb! Everything was hand crafted & plant based. Had the Avocado toast (recommended), Farmers Market wrap, tiramisu & Lemon lavender cheesecake ( highly recommend!). Sooo good! Well definitely be coming back.

A delightful meal to end our stay here in Fresno after camping in Yosemite! 5 stars doesn’t cut it for this tantalizing experience of raw living food!! Thank you raw Fresno!
