Sorry to give one for atmosphere, but there is no atmosphere. It is just a very simple building outdated and is what it is. The food is great. Eggplant dish is spectacular.

Ordered crispy orange chicken but got soggy, over breaded, no chicken inside, one looks like a baby bird, way spicy not orange chicken. The rice was hard and cold and taste like minute made rice. Sweat and sour chicken was also all onion and breading, carrots and peppers. Was spicy too not sweat and sour. Beef and broccoli was also undercooked, had lots of carrots. $50 worth of nasty food what a waste, ordered online for pickup and it took forever. Sorry but nasty

This is by far the best Chinese food in the east bay. I travelled from Oakland to have lunch with a friend and their crispy orange chicken was calling our names. We dined in the bar area not the restaurant and got to enjoy conversation with locals and the owner chef. We always over-order because it is all so good and reheats well the next day since we had lots of leftovers.

Dont know about the service or atmosphere since we ordered from Uber eat, food was way too oily and greasy, Panda Express is even better than this! OMG …If you want authentic Chinese food, do not come to this place 🥲🥲🥲

Food is generally mediocre at a good price. Rice is heavily saturated in soy sauce. They rarely get an order right. I used to go there because it was the closest and most affordable but that only goes so far.

The Red Dragon is a nice cozy place to eat if you like Chinese food. The food is delicious and priced reasonably. Service is good. Next door is the Red Dragon bar where you can go for a drink and listen to music, play a game of pool or darts or just make new friends. The regular customers are always friendly, as are the bartenders. Great place to dine out and/or have a couple drinks.

Really really good food. The quality was all there and much greater than what you typically get in Asian restaurants these day. Reason why I gave it 4 of 5 stars is because the menu at the restaurant is pricer than the one they display online(Google) so when we got there we were a little bummed. As we were leaving a woman came to get a take-out order and I over heard her acknowledging the menu price discrepancy also. Would go back again. Thats all.

Great tasting food. Prices were higher in the restaurant than advertised online- another guest, the only other customer, commented on the higher than advertised prices as we were finishing eating. We really enjoyed the delicious food.There doing a grand reopening sometime this week BTW.

New ownership = most exceptional cuisine🐬🌏🐧.2 Bars now both the dining room and pool table sides. Dont accept credit cards on bar side#& never had happy hour, however the food and food servce is outstanding.taste is delicious and freshly served.🐝try the rangoon 🦀 crab or if u want something order.E

Go elsewhere! I spent $50 on this restaurant to feed my family and they gave me enough for one adult and MAYBE a toddler. Not worth it at all. I will never in life go to this business or recommend it to other people.

Michelle is by far the best bartender that works there.(since i quit bartending there of course lol)! Shes pretty, funny and on to of her game. She only works Tues & Wed afternoons so go then. Shell take really good cadre of you and you shouldl take care of her right back. That means TIP HER WELL! SHE DOES deserve it. Plus the owner doesnt pay enough!

I called for delivery when they answerd some guy answered please tell me your the cab driver i said so he said so you want to order sone food hold on let me pass you to the kitchen i was on hold for 5 mins yet i could hear alot of noise and sceaming in the backround. When he passed me to the kitchen they were not able to hear my order due to the noise. I simply hung up and told myself i dont want to eat food from a place that treats customers like that. I will let everyone i know to never eat at this place. Worst service ever. Too bad they are the only Chinese restaurant who delivers
