2023-11-17 01:47:19Don’t get me wrong the food is good, but the staff is very rude and it always feels like they are in a rush to get you out. Everytime you ask for a new plate of meat they make you feel like it’s such a big chore for them!Last night we went there around 9:45PM, hoping to grab a quick bite and didn’t think much of it since they close at 11PM, but once we got there the manager refused to sit us down because they “close soon” and then when we asked for an explanation on why they’re closing early they said that they ran out of meat. When she realized that her explanation did not make sense she proceeds to say that they are closing early because of the rain? As much as I like the food, I will not be going back here solely because of their poor service. Hopefully there is improvement soon.

2023-04-22 21:27:09An overall good first experience. The servers are very attentive and made sure we had plenty to drink/eat. The protein portions are larger than your typical KBBQ restaurant. There is a 90 minute limit and mandatory 18% gratuity on your bill.

2023-03-07 05:12:36Really Great KBBQ place! $20 per person, no single seating. If you’re a fan of Gen KBBQ you’ll like this spot. It feels like you have more room to sit but less grill space. Overall 8.5/10. I was a bit uncomfortable being watched as I ate but I later realized that the servers do this to ensure that you’re always taken care of, they bring 3 items out at a time and do charge you ($10) per pound left over. They offer beer and Sake for alcohol as well as soda/tea. We didn’t wait long to be seated. Very big, 2 separate dining areas. Overall really liked it, will come back in the future!

2023-11-27 02:45:29The server didnt even introduce herself. She just said what you want and then just took our order, and every time we called her back, she was annoyed for some reason. The place wasnt packed. We said please and thank you after every request, not one one, youre welcome or any acknowledgment. Until it came time for paying the bill, then suddenly she was nearby and didnt need to waved down from her post across the room..... do what you want with the Info. I used to Korea town kbbq. So for us, its wbelow standard but still flavorful for the most part. Just dont expect whoever that skinny lady with the long hair n mask to be nice .

2023-03-31 05:24:18This place is okay, if youre looking for a cheap K-BBQ place. Its 19.99 a person for AYCE at the time of writing this. Food gets 2 stars because of the lower meat quality and questionable sauces. DO NOT get any of the marinated or bulgogi meats. Theyre way too sweet and tastes like if the meat was candied. Service gets 3 stars because its really hard to get the attention of your waiter, but theyre super friendly when serving. Dont try to get another waiter to assist you as they all have their own sections to tend to. If you do manage to flag down another waiter, they might tell your sections waiter to get what you asked or theyll tell one of the waiters who arent assigned to a section at that moment. Atmosphere gets 5 stars for being modern and welcoming. There may be a wait at times, especially during lunch and dinner. You write down your name and phone number on the list at the front. Feel free to go back and wait in your car as theyll call you. Overall, this place is good if you really cant go anywhere else or youre looking for a cheap place to eat. If you dont have to do any of that, maybe consider going somewhere else.

2023-11-14 04:23:46I believe this spot is an extension to Red Palace. The servers, the meat, the quality, everything was very similar. Overall, pretty good for the price and not as cramped. Very clean and the floors are not slippery; maybe not yet at least. Definitely coming back again.

2022-10-27 14:47:29We’ve been wanting to try this recently opened KBBQ. Service was amazing, all the staff was super friendly and attentive. We paid $20 for AYCE and enjoyed all the meat options we picked. They charge about $8 per order of some more premium items which seemed a little steep. We enjoyed all the sides just wished there were a couple more sides and that the rice paper wasn’t cut in half. Everything is still new and looks great. Will come back again.

2023-04-03 02:17:13This Korean BBQ restaurant is reasonably priced. The variety of servings are plenty. It is clean and the serve is fast. A must try if one is craving for Korean BBQ.

2023-04-05 03:49:23Good selection of meat for the $20 AYCE price. No tiered pricing, just an extra charge for premium items. They put the meat in smaller containers than other KBBQ places to prevent waste, which is fine since its AYCE. Service is fast if youre there early but kind of slow down once the place gets busy. The only real fault I can find is that their brisket sauce is too sweet and lemon-y. Otherwise, it was a yummy experience and would definitely come back.Oh! Lastly, they include gratuity in the bill (about 15-18%) but once you get the signature slip, theres a line for additional tip. So just FYI if you end up trying this place.

2023-06-25 01:31:48Let me start off by saying, the food was good (not the best for sure) but good. The service was eh. Im not sure if it was because they werent very busy or if they were just eager to give good service but they kind of hover. The seating design was flawed... I didnt like that there was no separation between you and the table on the other side of the partition... they could have made the partition a bit higher. It felt kinda awkward.
