Red Palace Korean BBQ Restaurant in Cerritos

Hello everyone.Welcome to the Red Palave. First things first, get here early because this place fills up quickly. The service is fast here. I was impressed with how fast we got our food every time we ordered. I arrived here at 7 pm on a Friday to a full house and was seated in about 30 minutes (very fast, in my opinion). NOT RECOMMENDED! The service was just trying to rush us the whole time. They kept interrupting us literally every minute and we couldnt even talk without feeling rushed. The server grabbed our plate of meat and proceeded to dump it on the grill without us wanting to cook the meat yet. That was ridiculously rude so we left early. We were only there for an hour total when they have a 2 hour limit.

Came here for the 1st time and really enjoyed it. We left well fed. The price is what won me over too. $18.99/ person!( I have always wanted to try Korean BBQ with my kids but never felt it was worth the $27 - $35/ person prices at most other Korean BBQ restaurants, since they don’t really eat much anyways. And I wasn’t sure if they were going to like it. Glad they loved it.)We went around 3:30pm on a Sunday and waited about 10mins for a table.

Red Palace Korean BBQ exceeded expectations! The selection of meats was extensive and of high quality. The DIY grilling allowed for a personalized touch, and the marinades were flavorful. The banchan sides were diverse, enhancing the overall dining experience. The restaurants ambiance was welcoming, and the service was attentive. A top-notch Korean BBQ spot that I would highly recommend for both the food quality and the enjoyable atmosphere.

The service here is top notch! Very attentive and aiming to please! At some AYCE establishments, the servers kinda make me feel uncomfortable asking for more food. That is not the case here, the servers came by often and asked what meats we would like to try next and if we wanted any more sides.The marinades and seasonings for their meats are also very good. Of course the beef bulgogi was a staple, but the marinated beef belly was the table favorite because it tasted like a fatty kalbi.The sides were good too. Their kimchi is not that spicy and their daikon is tasty. I did miss the kimchi cucumbers and spinach.

This restaurant has great prices and great food! The food is better than Gen in my opinion and unless you really need a diverse menu the prices are much better. You cook on cast iron instead of a hot metal disk which gives the meat a better flavor. The only thing that would make my review better is if the restaurant served glass noodles and a different sauce. The meat isn’t the best quality, the cups had a nasty smell, and were still dirty. We asked for spoons, and received them with stains but the service was pretty good & quick :/

Good customer service, staff were friendly. Maximum of 2 hour stay. Eat all you can for $11.99. The macaroni salad is the best!

They had me at potato AND mac salad. Meats were great and service was very prompt for a late Saturday night. I will be back!

The food was not good the meats were of suppar quality the service was confusing the indoor lighting was bad and dont get me started on the restrooms very very nasty not clean graffiti on the dirty walls and they even had meat cutting equipment barely covered up not a good idea at all
