Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Rancho Mirage

Although a chain, its always a great, reliable restaurant when you want something. We didnt take additional of it, but the happy hour deals look great. The impossible burger was great. The unlimited fries were as yummy as ever.

Ok for late evening eats. Food was good, service was ok. The waitress forgot one of orders completely but that’s ok.

As always, nice food quality. Although the service was a bit slow, we enjoyed our time here. Only ask to the restaurant is, why do you charge so much for tab games? Please keep in mind you will be charged a lot even for few minutes. A lot of burger varieties available and wait time was 0 on a weekend. Service was great, sweet girl. Restaurantwas packed with diners. Bartender guy is always there. Super steady service with him.

This Dead Robin needs new management. The restrooms are filthy and it has been like that for a long time as the filth is accumulative. It has a crust built up it been there there so long. If the restrooms are filthy the kitchen is filthy also.The drains are leaking under the lavatories and urinals, the floor is stained and cleaning supply are store under the opened sink area where little kids can get to them. Very unsafe and unsanitary conditions. All of these things are against county code.What is the white stuff in the floor in the corner and along where the wall tile meets the floor tile?The Health Department needs to do an unannounced inspection. What is the current Health Department rating???Please read my other reviews to see that I am not someone who just complains about little problems. Normally I will ask to see the manager and thank them for a job well done by their staff but time didnt allow for that as we were in a rush to get back on the road and this restaurant was bad for a large national chain.

Had a Tavern Burger with Garlic Friesand a chocolate milkshake. The 4 oz burger was a perfect size, as I cant eat a large burger. The fries were tasty, though left some greasy oil with garlic in bottom of dish, which gets all over if not careful. The shake was awesome! Service was excellent. No complaints at all. Ate in the lounge area.

The food was amazing wings chicken sandwich was like a cloud the ranch is amazing i personally dont like thin crust pizza in general but it was good. Since there wasnt many tables our service was really good drinks covered and food on time we actually had to wait for it to cool down. The atmosphere was a little dead but i kind of prefer it that way, but all in all family loved it.

Give me the wrong order!!!I ordered a red Tavern double burger and a southern charm with Orion rings for to go.When I grab my order and on my way home. I found they give me just one normal burger with French fries! Totally not what I ordered.

This visit reminded me why I havent gone back in so long. The food was good not great, the burgers were soggy the fries were bland overcooked and burnt. The desert was ok. The cups and plates needed an upgrade I cant believe that they received an A grade with those dishes. ( someone needs to loose their job.) The wings appetizers were good but the Yukon chips that they laid on were dry, and unnecessary. We waited forever for our first refills on our drinks. The waiter was very nice and pretty much on top of things for the exception of the refills. The bottomless zucchini fries i had were very under cooked and soggy. I dont see myself going back again for the overpriced burger and appetizers.
