That is an incredible vegetarian ramen restaurant. Dont miss out! This vegetarian ramen eatery stands out as exceptionally outstanding within its category, delivering a remarkable dining experience for those embracing plant-based options.Con: The fried onions on the sushi are overly fried. Theres bitter taste of it.Service was great too.

Service was amazing. Food was top notch. My son has been wanting to come here for quite some time and he was not disappointed. We are vegan and have only had vegan ramen one other place. It was nice to come to a fully vegan ramen restaurant that was so flavorful.Upon arriving, the menu was explained very well. On another note the cold water is delicious too! Haha! Either it was the best water we ever had or we were dehydrated from our visit to Griffith Observatory! My son says he will prefer to get his ramen without the smoke next time. He was glad he tried it as is, but thinks hell like it even better without.

Overall: 4.7/5 (dine in)This place is located right next to a smoke shop. Its a pretty small restaurant with a minimalist design. The food here is all vegan so it blows my mind how tasty everything was. We asked them to do the smoke down for ramen which was pretty cool to experience because you get to take off the top.Their soup ramen comes with soboro (soy meat & tofu), crispy onion, corn, arugula, and alfalfa. I cant believe how amazing this combination work. The only thing that could use some work is the soboro texture. It doesnt resemble ground meat as much as the broth is akin tonkatsu broth.No. 8 Red Hot Miso ($16.95): Delicious and spicy! The broth is full of umami and had so much depth. To think that this could be achieved with vegetables. I talked to the chef who said he believes there needs to be layers to the vegan broth in order to achieve umami. I 100% agree. I ate slowly and literally savored each bite. The noodles were one of the best I had. Perfect texture, bounciness, and taste. I finished the whole bowl but didnt feel heavy or get any uncomfortable bloating. I was so satisfied that I didnt crave anything for days.No. 5 Yuzu Sesame (16.95): How is this flavor even possible??!! Subtle Yuzu flavor but the broth was flavorful enough. Perfectly balanced bowl of heaven.Roasted Miso Avocado ($5.80): This was pretty good but not as amazing as everyone made it out to be.Mac & Beets ($8.80): They give a generous amount of crispy fried onions which is really what gives it flavor. The beet flavor is very subtle. It has the same texture and similar cheese taste as the Kraft boxed Mac & cheese. For the two appetizers, I feel like theyre good to try once but for the ramen, they got me hook-line-and sinker. You have to try this place at least once!

Really nice place, very chic and trendy, but still cozy and inviting.Service was friendly and helpful, food came super quickly.Food was delicious! Huge portions and very rich. Loved the flavors, everything was really fresh and you could taste each ingredient.Ordered just as it came, looking forward to customizing and experimenting next time.Hopefully they add a classic broth version, something lighter for lunches. But the soupless noodles look really good too.It was all really nice and I can’t wait to bring friends and family!

This restaurant is located in a nondescript building white a sign out front that says open. Seriously, the best ramen that I’ve had. I was on vacation and wanted some ramen and didn’t even notice that it was vegan and I’m glad that I didn’t because I probably wouldn’t have eaten there and what a loss that would’ve been. The food was phenomenal and the owner was very nice and down to earth. He talked about how this was his second location and he explained his journey from Japan to Boston to Los Angeles. If you’re a fan of ramen do not miss out if you have an opportunity to go.

Really impressed by this small but upscale and inventive restaurant. Chef owned and operated this is his second location. Their other is in Boston and very popular. They have the most creative ramen and sides and truly exquisite all around. A future vegan ramen legend in our own backyard!

My group and I came here in the later evening after spending a full day walking in the sun. The host was friendly and told us about a popular avocado miso roll and helped us with any questions. I ordered the ginger curry ramen, canned green tea, and split the suggested roll. The green tea refreshing af. The ramen was clutch with just the right amount of heat and spice, broth clung to the noodles with every slurp. The roll filling and tasty. Simply delicious. If I ever come back to the LA area, Ill visit here again!

We had such a wonderful experience! We all had the yuzu ramen and split an avocado roll. The owners were extremely nice and attentive, and the food was absolutely perfect. Ask for a side of chili oil if you like a little extra kick with you ramen. Highly recommend this spot.

Hands down the best vegan ramen we’ve tried!! We’ve been to their location in Boston, which is very popular among vegans and non-vegans alike, and we were so excited to see this one open up in LA. We ordered the original miso and the red hot miso, and both were incredibly flavorful and delicious! Exactly like what we had at the Boston location. Additionally, our waiter was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

GREAT VEGAN RAMEN PLACE!!! A typical phrase to say when you go to a vegan place thats good I didnt know its vegan. For sure, they did it here! I could tell that tofu was tofu but the soup didnt lack any flavor that non-vegan ramen had.We went on the first day they opened and the owner was their. They came from Boston to LA. Its actually the best vegan ramen Ive had in LA so I was glad they came. For first timer, I was suggested 2 steps: choose ramen then choose soup.Ramen has: (1) Ramen (2) Combo (3) MixSoup has: No 3,5,7,8,9I actually wanted to try yuzu which they say was very famous but accidentally swapped the bowl with my friends because we didnt know how theyre supposed to look like. So I ate the curry instead. It was good tho. I couldnt tell the curry itself was vegan. The smoking bowl is very instagrammable. I totally recommend getting some shots or videos of your bowl. Its very pretty!I and my friends just thought that our bowls were a bit salty. I wanted to finish the soup but its too flavorful to do so. Otherwise their ramen is PERFECT!!Free parking lot in the plaza area. They have short-time parking for pick-up in front of the restaurant too. Just a little drive from Ventura freeway, very convenience!! I totally recommend.
