The name says it. The owner is Honest and Reliable, thus they are swamped all the time. I had to go to other mechanics even though Reliable is only 5 mins from my house. If you manage to get your car in, the owner will make an honest assessment, but one can only know so much about cars, I think hes good with Japanese imports, European imports you may have to find mechanics that specialized in these, which you should anyway. There are boba places and chinese restaurants and super market within walking distance while you wait for your car.
Really professional and truly honest and reliable mechanics..Canto, Felix, and Ding (i think..sorry forgot the last persons name) and the rest of the crew are just very genuine people and will do whatever they can to help you..they will tell you whats wrong with your vehicle and tell you how important or least important it is to get fix. They will not force it on you nor trick you on getting it done.
Went in off a recommendation from a family member. He couldnt be more right. These guys are fantastic and the price was right. My car runs like a champ again. If youre looking for an auto shop that wont jip you youve found it

Ive only been once for a significant oil leak on a late model vehicle that is known for being a difficult car to work on. I could have easily been taken advantage of as Im no mechanic and I was unable to determine the source of the leak. Kanto the owner is a good man who clearly cares. The work for my vehicle lasted all day BUT while I was there I witnessed Kanto and his team take the time to show customers the problems so they could see them with their own eyes, his team really takes the time to answer questions and inform patrons etc. He could have taken me to the bank, I walked away spending significantly less than I had anticipated. Kanto is an intelligent man with a masters in Mechanical engineering from USC, more importantly he was an honest and kind man. He has earned our business for life - even if I move to another city. Would have done 5 stars but there is always room for improvement.

I love this place...Kanto and Fernando jumped right in and fixed my car...first time 30.00 to replace a blown hose...NO CHARGE to diagnose...i am from Santa Barbara...to look at your car they charge 90.00 or more dollars...a few days after the hose...my engine light went on i went back and Kanto looked at it and cleaned out something NO CHARGE...they are so sweet...everyone you talk to when you are standing there raves about them...will always take my car to them when in Arcadia.

I work for aaa an I DO NOT an will not go to ANY AAA authorized repair facility.1. Owners pay AAA to have their shops recommended as repair facilities2. They are crazy expensive( Just because youre expensive doesnt mean that you could work ).Example one aaa place quoted member 550.00 to replace starter. I called these guys 350.00 + tax.So my good people if your reading this you know were to go. Incredible place with incredible mechanics

You dont ever feel like youre dealing with a sleazy salesman and he doesnt try to upsell you.I love that theyre just a couple blocks away from me, so if I need something taken care of quick, its easy and stress-free.Theyre also really affordable. I just had an overhaul done on one of my cars. It was quick turnaround time and the repairs are guaranteed for a FULL YEAR. Other shops Ive been to only do six months or before a certain milage. Love this shop! A good, honest mechanic is really a diamond in the rough.

All the guys that work here are really special people. They knew what was wrong and fixed it. They didn’t take advantage of us or lie. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. No Games, No BS, No Suggestive sales. Just good people helping people. We’re not from here and in most cases we would have been taken advantage of in some places. But not here. I would recommend this place to anyone. Give them a try. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did!

2018-07-24 21:37:18They began to work on my van from 9am. (Probably it was later than 9 because they were waiting parts got arrived.) They changed radiator, 2 belts, and coolant. When they contacted to me to pick up my van, it was 2pm which means it took 5 hours. BUT they charged for 6 hours of work. They did great job, but they charge over price on labor.

2016-09-03 13:25:39They are honest reliable and fast. I moved to Arcadia in late 2013 and needed to find a mechanic I could trust. I was blessed that these guys were around the corner. Now that I moved to West LA, I feel that I lost a vital friend. I felt confident with oil changes to a transmission rebuild with them. They are funny and polite. Always callind me Mr. And my last name. Fantastic place even though the first time I went and saw it was connected to a Valero.
