We were so impressed by the size of our room and the kitchen, at a price very similar to others in the area without the same amenities. The free breakfast was great, and Patti in the breakfast area was SO kind. Everyone we encountered was, actually. It was a great stay, really great area with lots of food options a few blocks away, and very easy access to the I5. The only things we wished for are free parking and a hot tub would be the best addition to the pool. We will 100% stay here again given the chance. Thank you!

I recommend this hotel. The room is very nice, spacious, with a full kitchen. The location in Burbank is excellent. Safe, close walking distance to restaurants, and ready access to tourist attractions. Front desk was pleasant and helpful.I gave a three for service because housekeeping didnt show up as promised on our second day here. Not a big deal for us but thats why the three stars.Breakfast? Standard fare. The usual, nothing special.I would definitely stay here again. I was comfortable here. Easy underground parking. Also has a pool and gym although I did not make use of them. You cant really go wrong staying here. Very nice.

Great stay, kitchen is nice. The toaster didn’t work but hey, things break and if you don’t say something, it won’t get fixed. The breakfasts hit the spot and offer variety day to day. Staff is incredibly respectful and helpful

Family came to visit dad on Veterans Day. WWII Vet, 101 yrs old.We requested two 2 bedroom suites. A couple of family members could not come so they were kind enough to down size one of the suites to a studio and upgraded the other suite.Huge room with plenty of space for everyone.Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Will come againShanon and Roberta

The hotel isn’t too far from the town center, only a few blocks away. I like having my own amenities like a kitchen making it feel a little more homely than a standard hotel room. The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and service was good. Breakfast wasn’t particularly great, and I hate places that use plastic knives and forks and plates. Otherwise a great stay.

Hotel is modern and decor feels up-to-date. Nonetheless, hotel manager informed me they will undergo full remodel by end of 2023. Staff are friendly and help make the place feel more like home in a long business trip. Anytime I have to work or stay in north LA area, I’ll definitely reconsider this hotel. One downside is they are located next to freeway. They could also improve their breakfast offerings and did make improvements from my time there in March through June.

We had a great experience here and made even more special by Miranda and Maryanne at the front desk. They gave my wife Birthday balloons for her birthday as well as chocolate/nuts. Thanks to the both of you.

Have been waiting for a survey from Marriott but one never came so I am left with this forum. The hotel is a decent clean hotel. No free parking but at least it is self parking. Online check-in does not work even though mobile check-in confirmed “checked-in” when I was actually not checked in. I checked in September 12. The lady at the front desk told me when I checked in in person that mobile check in is not set up for the hotel. If mobile check in doesn’t work don’t send me an email telling me to check in on the Marriott app.The studio room with a full kitchen was nice and roomy but the AC was so loud, it could wake the dead. It woke us up every time it cycled on while we were sleeping and the soft bed didn’t help with falling back to sleep either. The AC was so loud, it drowned out any noise from the street. We didn’t need the earplugs that the hotel provided to help with street noise, the AC took care of that. They should have said that the earplugs are provided to help with the noise from the AC.Our room was on the third floor. The water pressure in the shower was dreadful. Rotating the shower head to the stream setting, the highest water pressure possible, there’s barely enough water shooting out to rinse your hands of soap let alone the entire body. Rotating the shower head to the rain shower setting, the lowest water pressure setting but the most water coming out of the shower head, with the shower head pointed at me, the water dribbled straight down! At least now I have enough water to rinse off but it took about 10 minutes longer than it should have. The WiFi did not work. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, free WiFi is a perk but instead it was a joke. I go downstairs to ask the young man at the front desk what the trick is to logging onto the WiFi and he gives me a phone number to call and talk to THEIR WiFi service provider! He said the WiFi is down and the router needed to be restarted but I needed to call because it was not the hotel’s fault and not his fault that the WiFi was down!! Really? So how did it become MY fault and I am left to call and resolve the issue? Apparently I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t connect to WiFi. The same front desk guy told me I was the fourth person to complain. Just for kicks, I called the number and the WiFi service help desk guy asked for a bunch of specific questions for my device so he could add my device to the system so I could log onto the WiFi. What??? So you’re going to collect this information from all hotel guests? Are you joking? And no, I’m the hotel guest, you work for the hotel. If a promised service doesn’t work, it IS your fault and you need to fix it and not pawn it off to the paying hotel guest. Some competent person at the WiFi service provider must have fixed the issue overnight because WiFi was working as expected in the morning. The free breakfast in the morning, some scrambled eggs, turkey patty and the obligatory morning pastries, cold cereal and hot oatmeal was not impressive. Not nearly as good as a competitors free breakfast. It is a good thing we only had to stay one night.

Update: One man at the front desk was quite good and reasonable. I’ve revised to 3 stars. The hotel is somewhat dated and could use updating. Some front desk staff are incompetent, rude, and inconsiderate. I don’t know where the positive reviews are coming from. They do not sufficiently recognize Marriott Elite members and are dismissive of room issues and concerns.

The best part of this hotel stay was the proximity to everything in Burbank for restaurants, entertainment, drinks etc.,The room we stayed in had an extremely noisy A/C unit which disturbed our sleep throughout the night every time it kicked on. With it being a hot weekend (90+ degrees), we tried to keep it at 78 degrees to minimize it turning on.We ended up checking out a night early (in which the hotel desk clerk said we would have to pay a Check out early fee). The cost per night does not match what the hotel offers in regards to comfort.
