Good option for stays.Marriott has HORRIBLE pillows. I was extremely tired from traveling but the pillows were so bad I couldn’t sleep even then. They deflate to a limp piece of cloth.Nice location, next to a lot of restaurants. Rooms are clean and have a good kitchen. Bathrooms have a big shower.

Excellent location at Main Street Cupertino with tons of dining options. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Hotel is fairly new and well kept. Free breakfast is reasonably good. Parking is free at the garage behind. One tip: Do not leave your car overnight at the parking spots in front. There are no clear signs, but we had a warning ticket one night.

This review is long overdue. I stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights when there was an extended power outage at home earlier this year due to winter storms. Everything was more than prefect: service, ambience, amenities, buffet breakfast, and location.

Very decorated, clean and newly renovated. Even though there is an event opposite the hotel and I still able to sleep soundly. Great place to stay with lots of eatery nearby

The front desk staff (some) seemed unwelcoming or rude. One name that I recall is Laura, who we spoke with while changing our checkout date, to cut our stay short by a day as we didn’t like their attitude, and while checking out, she was the one we had to see again. Otherwise, it’s a nice and clean hotel and looks well-maintained property. The breakfast crew was very hospitable. So, thankful to them and housekeeping. The location is good, undoubtedly. Hope the front desk staff understands the basics of the hospitality industry, which hotels and restaurants are. I was there for vacation with family. Pls call me from the hotel higher management, if you want, and I can explain more.

Everything was great except for the bed. It was extremely firm and the pillows were way too soft. I ended up with a headache most mornings because of the bed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

My family and I come here every year to stay since my kids are in Scouts. The hotel in conveniently located next to Apples Headquarters and several of the hotel guests are Apple employees.The hotel has a free breakfast which is very good. if you eat breakfast, say “Goodmorning” to Rosa. she is the person who helps clean-up the dishes and always has a smile on her face. The breakfast buffet includes making your own waffles which my kids love to do; add some Nutella and bananas and you have a great waffle :). Breakfast is buffet style with scrambled eggs bacon sausage and other typical foods like oatmeal yogurt bananas (and other fruit) cereal bread bagels muffins hard-boiled egg etc.We always get the room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. it works out perfectly for our family. The sofa is also a bed so you could squeeze 6 people in the room if you had to.The room comes with an electric stove, oven, microwave owen, dishwasher, all the utensils needed for basic living (fork knife spoon plates bowls toaster coffee machine refrigerator pots and pans, etc). it is basically a small furnished apartment.the hotel has a gym which is actually a pretty decent gym, a fire-pit and BBQ grilling area in the back of the hotel near the parking lot. Parking is free and in a parking structure (which always has parking available)Most importantly, the hotel has a laundry room with about 6 washers and 10-12 dryers. we just finished a 2.5 week trip and it was great to get all the laundry done in about 2 hours. detergent and bounce sheets are free !Within 30 second to 1 minute walk, there is a Philz coffee, meet fresh (bubble tea), Ippudo (noodles) and several other restaurants that are suitable for most people. Across the street (about 3-4 minute walk is a bowling alley. about 4-5 blocks away there is a Safeway grocery store as well as a 99 Ranch supermaket. So this is a fantastic place to stay. Citibank is just across the streetThe only thing i think could use improvement is the internet speed. given that it is next to Apple, i would think internet service would be faster (maybe it is a paid upgrade service or something-i will have to look into that)Would we stay here again ? Well we stayed here last year and we are back. my kids love staying here so we would absolutely stay here again 👍👌Thanks Rosa for always being so friendly and cheerful in the morning when everyone else is still half-asleep 🙏. I was there for vacation. Very Nice, quiet room with good amenities notably free parking, late check in and out, kitchen, good for longer stay, loved the luxury shower .

Room ventilation was pretty noisy. For the room which faces car parking, opening a window adds a lot of noise from the AC units below.

I have a very bad experience at this hotel. They hold credit from my credit card for almost 2 weeks after I check out, and I already pay all the balance. I tried to communicate with the agency but no one can give an answer why it is happened! Very very bad customer service and I spend a lot of time to deal with them about just release my credit but actually till now, there is still problem! Never come back again!
