I always love a great KBBQ spot. I have to say the service was exceptional and we were well taken care of. The food was okay~ not the best but sufficient enough for an AYCE. Went here during lunch time and they had a special discount available.

I did the premium $39.99 which I think it was worth for the quality meats. Their pork jowl was so beautiful with lots of marbling. Their marinated finger rib is also recommended. If youre a fan of large intestines, I recommend getting at least two orders!Their radish papers were silky and just the perfect thin to not overpower the meat. Cant wait to come back!

The food is generally decent like most Korean BBQ restaurants. Nothing is really outstanding or out of the ordinary. The place is quiet and you can enjoy your food without distractions. The bill comes with gratuity unilaterally added, 20% for a party of 6. I personally despise and loathe this forced gratuity practice. The last time I checked tipping was voluntary, not mandatory. Would I go back? Its unlikely.

I haven’t been here since it was the previous Korean BBQ before RH BBQ 2. I believe there was some fire previously and hence RH BBQ 2 emerged and has been here since. Me and my family were trying to find a place that we hoped would still be pretty good without waiting too long. Luckily they did have the Yelp Waitlist, so I was able to get myself on there before I actually arrived at the place. If you haven’t tried Yelp waitlist, it is so useful and easy. You just put how many people you are with and you will get confirmation. Some places actually also send you a text. Anyways we are were glad to have stopped by, because we were able to find a seat pretty fast. The only thing I would say about this place is that it is a bit run down in terms of furniture. Overall the experience was pretty well.Before you start to eat, you are to choose if you are going to go for the regular or the plus. I believe the regular is about $26 while the plus was about $30. It was worth is for the plus as they do have certain meats that I believe are more worth it like the beef tongue. The rib finger also was pretty good, but just try to be aware on what they bring to you. Twice I had meat that I didnt order. I believe it might have been the iron steak, and the problem is that it isn’t a small piece of steak. You do not want to get filled with that. Also the shrimp that we ordered never came as well.. so I would just try to make sure you ask. Other then this, the food was pretty decent for what you pay for.Cannot really complain if you have access to an early waitlist and the price being quite fair. Until next time!

Edit: Google is vague with explaining price. The cheapest dinner menu is $29.99 per person. We paid $120+tax for 4 people.If you get the white boy as your main server, expect him to disappear after he gives you the first round of food. He was serving others, but never attended us after that first round. The other servers who covered him got tired of us and evaded us (we had to flag them down for everything). We werent even full, and then forced the last call after only serving us a total of 4 times (8 buffet plates total among 4 people).The food is good, but the grills are small and take a long time to cook (they put the grill to low-medium).One of the other servers gave us ice cream at the end for free, but I cant tell if thats part of the experience, or was a half-hearted attempt to inflate the tip.The place is cute and the food is good, but between the inattentive servers, small grill, and slow cooking time, you wont leave satiated.

Yummy KBBQ at an affordable price tag. Its a no frills place, and to prevent dine and dash youll have to give them your card before you sit down.It gets packed so make sure to check into the yelp waitlist early! I went on a Friday evening and the wait was about 1.5 hours.The sides include banchan like sliced radishes, kimchi and fish cake. You order a side salad, corn cheese, steamed egg, miso soup as part of the AYCE menu. The sauces on the sides include sesame oil + salt, brisket sauce and a spicy pepper sauce.The beef belly is my favorite and Id recommend that. It is cut quite thinly so it cooks fast and goes well with their brisket sauce.They do have outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. There is a designated parking lot.

At the beginning the pandemic, RH BBQ 2 started offering takeout while they were unable to offer dine in. I love their takeout because it always fulfills my KBBQ cravings and is super affordable! I’ve been here multiple times for their take out throughout the pandemic. I hope to come back for their AYCE KBBQ soon but for now I must share my love for their takeout. Super convenient and affordable way to get your KBBQ fix in.FOOD:My Order: Beef Belly Plate with Rice Paper and Fish CakeEach plate comes with one pound of meat, rice, 2 sides, and salad. They have different meat options such as bulgogi, brisket, short rib, and squid. My personal favorite is the beef belly because it is fatty and tender. The meat is always perfectly cooked. The packaging also is so compact and make it a great KBBQ meal to go. Whether you are craving KBBQ to go or AYCE, I would definitely recommend RH BBQ 2.SERVICE:The staff here is always super sweet and friendly. I recommend calling in your order ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. They are always on time with your food order and it is packed so perfectly as well. Came here for lunch special as I want to try something different than Thirsty Cow, and I regret that. Lunch special was $13.99, which was reasonable; however, the choices of meat, especially beef, is limited. They only have brisket, bulgogi, beef belly and marinated beef belly for beef. I tried everything in beef and marinated chicken as I do not eat pork.The marinated chicken was horrible that it has a taste of it has been in the freezer for weeks!! I wanted to throw up!I am sad to say that the bulgogi beef is the only acceptable meat. The beef belly was rough, and tasted like cardboard.I am sorry to say that the quality of the meat was in the lower end, which make sense as the price of the lunch special was cheaper than other places. You get what you pay for! Service was acceptable as well.

It is not often that one finds a gem in the wall, but here we are:A party of 10, desperate for Korean Dinner together, had sought Gens and a few other places prior, but eventually stumbled here.Despite the non suspecting appearance, what with being a restaurant along a few run of the mill shops as apposed to other locations that have grand spectacle automatically granted via their outward aesthetic, we arrived and waited a short time before entering.Our party had to be split in two, an unavoidable caveat as their tables are only so large. We also ordered soda and were given cans. I was unsure if refills would be free but the soda drinkers simply drank water afterward. And one order of pork belly took a bit of a while to arrive. These were the only cons.The experience was spectacular. Amazing. The atmosphere, albeit Small restaurant, was divine. There is something impressively elevating about it and we felt at home, relaxed, and entertained. The food, chefs kiss. The price, beyond reasonable. And at the end, we were offered a few cups of complementary ice cream, an extremely generous show of appreciation.There are many places that I visit here whilst on vacation, however, this shall probably be our go-to from now on. Simply too good to pass up, a 6/5.

I consider this place to be one of the best when it comes to Korean BBQ, the taste and quality of meat is quite great. I would have loved to give it 5 stars, but there’s only one small issue, the service…I’ve been coming to this place for 5 years, and one waitress in particular always seem to be in the worst of moods and shows the worst of attitudes. Every time she talks to you, she does it in a bad manner and angry mood. I do understand that people have problems and every one has their own issues, BUT, her attitude is the same all the time. If you’re coming with more than 6 people and a 18% gratuity tip is added, waiters/waitress should really work for it and assist you the best they can.As I point out the bad service from one of the employees, I also want to say that one particular male waiter is very nice and kind, he’s communicative and attentive, customers always appreciate that.

Outdoor dining they have a $25 & a $30 menu. Servers were quick. They did advise at the end of the meal they would charge us for 1/2 non eaten uncooked meat so they do watch that. Well after we paid, left a bit of a sour ending. But overall was good! :)

This is my favorite new spot for KBBQ. It’s small but the staff was really welcoming and friendly. The meat option is not too many but it has some items that are different than other places like beef tongue and pork jowl. They have variety of sauces that I never had before at other places. Definitely will come back.

The food was at best mediocre, and the service was appalling. To begin, my party of seven was seated at a small table, and each time we ordered, they only brought out one or two plates, which is absurd for a table our size. It sure didnt help that their grills were ineffective and it took an eternity to cook the meat. It was a nightmare waiting 20 minutes for the meat to cook, only to have the waiters and waitresses act as if they didnt hear you and constantly forget your order when you ordered more food. To make matters worse, they never came over to our table on their own accord to assist us, nor did they appear to care. Finally, the worst part is that the owner complains about her credit card policy not being more transparent and that if she could, she would better enforce it, but we were the only table that was asked. How many times will you make the same excuses?It was difficult to get a direct response from them because they dont want to explain things clearly. When you order, they dont tell you about the portions, and theyll bring you the least amount of meat possible while forgetting many of the things you ordered, but they do remember to kick you out on time and demand your money. When you are upset and have complaints, they put on a brave face and talk nonsense. They make no effort to resolve any issues, which perplexes me because if youre not going to make a good service effort, Im not sure why youd include a gratitude fee. If you want us to tip you for your poor service, you should try harder and put in even an ounce of effort, or, to be honest, at least try. You could go to any other Korean BBQ joint for the price youre paying because this one is a ruse. Im sure its not a big deal, but this is my first and final visit because there has to be a better option available to me.

Just came for a birthday celebration and it seemed to be pretty busy. The prices were definitely on the cheaper side (we ordered their higher tier AYCE @ $35/person), but to my surprise, the meat quality was pretty good. Ordered plenty of brisket and kalbi, and they were all good.The downsides to this place is that the options are limited. There were decent options for meat, but personally, I do like certain proteins to not be marinated. They also dont have any sauce other than salt + sesame oil, and some sort of soy based sauce. Definitely on the odd side for not having any sort of fermented soybean paste or gochujang. They were willing to provide some gochugaru, which worked for some of the sauce dipping to be spicy, but definitely bummed about not having soybean paste.

This was my first time, I would have preferred more sauces for the meat. I think for $25 per person they would have chicken breast and not thigh which takes longer to cook. Which you are on a time limit at your table. The sides were decent, as well as service. They have a very attractive waiter named Jackson. Would I return to this restaurant is still on the fence.

The meat was amazing. It was a little busy when we got there and even more after we left. But it was really good that even my two-year-old daughter was eating some of the meat. The only thing though is they mostly had soda we just went with water.They did take a little bit of time bringing the meats but it was understandable because it was very VERY hectic and they were still able to keep up with everything, at least trying to.The hostess was really nice for helping out w the servers especially w us. If you dont have a lot of patience, then dont come here, demand and be rude when the staff is doing their job.

We had some issues with the seating because the person originally handling the seating didnt speak English very well and had been sitting people randomly. A couple people grew upset, myself included but, the owner came out and handled the situation quickly.Our server was gracious, still forgot a couple things here and there but, was attentive enough where it didnt matter.The food was great with the sauces and the sides provided.Overall. With the exception of the seating mishap, definitely would recommend this place.

I would say food was decent, customer service was horrible. I barely ordered and a lady server already had asked for my card. She briefly stated that she will not charge card until were all done eating. Didnt think anything of it because Ive been ive been to the place several time already, But this was the first time my card has been ask prior to even getting my food. Make long story short, when I asked for the check, she had already charge me for the meal and ADDED HER OWN $30+ TIP without allowing me to see my total balance. Unless you are making a trip or a Car reservation that requires giving them CC in advance, DO NOT GIVE your CC even if they asked for it.....(I dont think the owner know about the get down). BEWARE!!!

Im giving 5 stars for customer service and for affordability. My boyfriend and I spent $48 here, excluding tips. We ordered 6 different meats, water, beer, soda, 3 sides of rice, and rice paper. We arrived at 8:30pm and were seated right away. The waiter came around every 10 to 15 minutes to check up on us. The quality of meat was 4 out 5. Not a bad place, Id come here again.

Started coming here during covid as my wife and i loke korean bbq. I unkowingly became great friends with the owner and I am proud to have met him. Everytime i have came to get food to go or dine in he and his staff has treated my aily and I with so much respect and kindness. I will forever be a loyal customer to this restraunt and I recommend this place to anyone. Quality of food is amazing and the matinates are the best ice ever had.

Dont judge by the photo! (They now have indoor and outdoor dining which isnt shown.) This very popular all-you-can-eat Korean bbq place needs no introduction to the locals. Servers are great, constantly checking to see if you need more food!! Come hungry, you wont be disappointed. Highly recommend a Korean beer to complement the various meats, including, of course, Bulgogi.

Have been coming once a week for several months now. EVERYTHING has changed for the worse. Service is absolutely terrible. Its bad when the bis boys pay more attention than the waitresses and manager. Was finished with the first order of meat for at least 10 minutes before we were asked if we needed anything. Was finally finished with our meal for at least 20 minutes before we were acknowledged, and asked if we needed anything. Really?! Promote the bus boys, service would be 100000 times better!!!! Definitely will have to find a new place for our weekly family dinner!

They offer limited indoor and outdoor dining. We went there with a small group of 6 on a Sunday evening. The wait time was less than five minutes due to the outdoor dining. The food is good. We ordered beef bulgogi, prime steak, beef brisket, steamed eggs, miso and tofu soups, rice, etc. My favorite is the beef bulgogi but everything tasted delicious. Their service is also above average. They take your orders and bring your items quickly, change the grills, etc. I recommend this place. 👌

The guy I think is the owner is gracious and accommodating.Ive reviewed it before so this is the covid-update:Right now its outdoor dining. They sanitize your whole table before you sit down which makes the ban-chan bowls slide around like air-hockey.I think their bulgogi got better, it used to get a bit spongey which still taste great, but now its more like the regular meat which I really like.I think some of the kids went off to college or something but theyre current lineup is fast and attentive. None of that waiting for a teenager to remember hes on the clock... I was happy to overlook it before but Im glad its better now.Im just rambling now I guess but if youre trying to decide if you should try it - yes, you should try it.

It was my first time here but I was told the prices had increased. (Menu with prices in photo). My 4 year old joined us and they wanted to measure his height to see if he qualified for kids price. Hes 4!! And an inch taller than what they deem appropriate for kids price. The server was nice and charged us a kid price for him but basically your kid has to be 3 or under to meet their height requirement which I thought was ridiculous. (Its a marker line drawn on a wooden post that itself isnt that tall).My date said the spicy pork bulgogi was garbage. It looked like shredded/ground meat that mostly stuck to the grill and the stuff that came off stayed mushy. The food itself was ok, nothing to be raving about. The best was the steamed egg.Lastly, you have to leave a credit card with them when you get sat to avoid dine-and-dashing. So parents if you drop off your older kids for dates or outings with their friends, I guess leave your card with them? I dont know, I thought that was in poor taste. Leave an ID, but my card?Take sneakers. I kept slipping and I was wearing dressy flats. I know kbbq will have slippery floors but this one took the cake.

Good price for what you get but i wish they had more soups and stuff. Its mostly meat on the A menu so if you want soup or other stuff youll want menu b or c. However they have a 5-10$~ increase per menu. Staff is nice and change the grill without you having to ask. The manager is always there and might take your order himself some of the time. There are a few workers there who dont speak English so if they ignore you, dont be offended find another server theyll help you.

Horrible experience! Will never return. The food is fairly blend. The service is extremely poor. Like what others have said, some of the food we asked for never came and some came an hour after we made the order. I treated some friends and money wasnt a subject so I ordered the most expensive $25 per person package E or whatever it was. Needless to say Im extremely underwhelmed. The place do look trendy and lots of young people. I asked to see the manager. The manager finally came after an hour or so since my friend and I refused to leave, He did apologize and said hell give us 20% off. I already paid the check in full and I told him that its not a money issue but I was just really displeased with the service.

As a student that enjoys Korean BBQ, it is a cheaper option. The wait line is long so, I recommend getting there early or calling in ahead of time but, it is worth the wait. There is a variety of meats and sides. My friend groups order the brisket, curry chicken, and beef. I like rice paper on the side to wrap my meat in it and dip in the many sauces they provide. I like the spicy sauce compared to other KBBQ places I have been to.

A lot of people are ragging on the service, but it is one of those things you have to take in context. Each table cannot have a dedicated server, which it seems like reviewers are expecting. You get the food, sides, and drinks in a fairly prompt fashion, depending on what time of day it is, lunch has better service than dinner on average. The food (soup, salad, etc.) and meat is always excellent, the sides have some nice variety with good standards in place. I visited Bulgogi House on Christmas Day so Im not sure if my experience is typical or not. They were severely understaffed as there were only 2 servers working in the entire restaurant. This resulted in extremely poor service. It also sucks that they dont have a call button.I did like their side dishes. They dont give you a lot at a time but you can ask for more. The spicy rice cake is especially good. Their meat is also okay. The only thing I disliked was the kalbi aka short ribs. The marinade didnt have great flavor and the meat was very tough. They will ask you how spicy without clarifying but they are referring to the soondubu.They have the big beer tower and quite a few big screens.
