All right guys I usually don’t do this but I can’t pass it up this time. I got some moldy black pepper chicken and it smells so bad I’ll post a picture right now I’m sorry rice Xpress, but this is not OK. It hurts to show you guys . And for rice express I am also sorry that you let somebody service this

Since our favorite spot closed down, we needed a new place for Chinese food. Rice wok has really good food for a fair price. Very common options plus more. The service could be better as they skimp on the sauces. The restaurant is a bit cluttered and could be cleaner.

There was an older lady that skipped my pregnant girlfriend for a 20 year old boy and mother who was sitting down and allowed them to order and pay if my girlfriend did not already try and order I would not go back here with my kids or even buy an item the owner needs to get better workers to be prompt or be cited for poor service customers who can bring them more service should be considered

The location is great in friendly El Monte Five points section of town. Its a cookie cutter place to eat nothing great about it. The service is just. They do what they need to do. Bathroom is clean and available to customers, dont abuse it. Not the drink choice is ok not the greatest. The food, the food is what all other Chinese fast food places should be compared too. This lace over panda express any day of the week and twice on Sunday. drop the mic and walk away.

Very rude ladies working there (like 3 of them). The last time I order take out I didnt get any sauce, napkins, or utensils. Not nice at all the way this lady with short hair asks what you would like to order. She goes with what you want? And you cant even ask if she got what you say because she says, I know, what else? It makes me feel like if Im asking for a free meal. And this is not only me, there were 2 more costumers saying the same thing but they were shy to say something in front of her. Not going back, Im gonna tell my friends and family to stop getting food from there because they already experienced the same thing, yes, already happened many times with the other ladies. Also, they serve however they want. Sometimes, they serve less food than others. And it keeps getting worse. My son went today, and they did not even say hi to him. The same lady w short hair just asked him what he wanted and the total to pay but very rude the way they ask.

Very generous servings. Prices are decent. Food is absolutely delicious. i took away 1 star because it didnt look clean. but i did not get sick from the food. so i will be coming back on the regular. 👍

Food was ok but they add vinegar to their Sriracha hot sauce on the tables. They also sell it for 5 bucks. Not sure if they add vinegar to the sauce they sell.

Worst Chinese Food I ever had 🤢, starting with customer service they asked you WHAT Do You WANT? Fried rice full of soy sauce, kumpao chicken with rotten zucchini and orange chicken to hard to eat. Never coming back again. I don’t recommend this dirty (can’t even grab a high chair because it was NASTY)

Rude people. I asked for a mango smoothie, it was 3.68 so I gave her $5.70. Then I waited for my change and she gave me nothing, all she said was wait the other girls going to make it .. so I waited and once the other girl gave me the smoothie I asked for the change. And she asked the first girl if she gave it to me, and she lied saying she did. Then assuming I didnt speak theyre language, they started calling me a liar and made fun that it was only $2.08. Then a male employee asked what was going on. And once the girls told him he joined them laughing saying just for $2 . I respected theyre place and had my baby eith me so I didnt want to start anything. At the end the girl only gave me $2 and said spoke English once more and said here ... long story short, it doesnt matter if it were $2 or $100, dont mock your customers nor assume that they wont understand you by the way they look.

Ive been here a few times and I must say that the food is delicious and generous! I can never finish a plate in one sitting, which is saying something. They serve their food Panda Express style but more authentic. I definitely recommend this place.

This place is so God awful. I walked in and was immediately greeted by someone who definitely had better things to do than to be working here on a Saturday afternoon.I ordered a 2 item entree (Orange Chicken/Broccoli Beef) They filled both sides with their nasty, greasy Orange Chicken and simply placed 2 small Florets of Broccoli on top of one side to be able to claim that they gave me Broccoli Beef. It was so gross, I wound up tossing it into the trash.This locale is definitely Quantity over Quality. Dont waste your time, or your money...

Food was ready but the guy didnt know how to charge us unless you had the exact change, really? Would continue going but I only have an hour lunch and too many times has this place disappointed me. Should give you guys zero stars but the food is good.

Ive had bad experiences here with some okay experiences. One of the bad experiences I had was chow mein being little spoiled. Sometimes its dry out. The fried rice sometimes can be a little stale BBQ pork is good though if I ever go there thats what I get

Cookie cutter Chinese food, whatever Holmes. This place is Fn great. Fresh food coming out ever so often and they even speak Spanish, no joke. If given a choice between Panda Express or Rice wok.... Rice Wok will always be my choice. They recently brought back the sweet and sour pork and its great!!!

I ordered online through Beyond Menu and the restaurant did not honor it. Do not order through beyond menu! When I walked in they said they never take online orders. Their manager said the same thing. I wish I could give them zero stars. I contacted Beyond Menu and they called me. I was trying to contact my bank to tag that charge as a fraudulent change. Beyond Menu said that the restaurant didnt agree with the charge and they wanted to cancel the order. However, when I went there that is not what the employees said. That makes them very dishonest. Thankfully Beyond Menu gave me my money back. Please beware!

The teriyaki chicken was dry, the siracha sauce is watered down in old bottles the chairs and baby seats were very dirty. The owner was just there on his phone taking up a whole table. I might not even return again

The cashier also serve your food to go and doesnt change gloves or wash hands in between orders. Touch the money place it on the cashier machine and goes directly to serve next order NOT GOOD HYGIENE

It was getting a little late for dinner and we were trying to figure out how to feed ourselves, so I booked a 1000 point Opentable reservation at 9pm here. I have passed by Bella many times, but didnt know what to expect. Except for the sign written in cursive, the exterior reveals very little about what lies inside. It was pretty dark inside, but I could still make out a large picturesque painting of a dock. There is also small bar against the back with a wrought-iron Bella sign above it. Now I know what the term neighborhood gem means. Whod have thunk there would be an awesome little Italian restaurant across the street from a Burger King?

Had some steamed rice & Chiken with teriyaki sauce generously poured over my rice & chicken & it was very good..the rice was not sticky,,the Chiken meat is from the quarter leg,,very most & is the dark meat..I used to butcher & member the cuts & deboning the quarter leg for resturant orders..the teriyaki sauce was a nice addition to my meal,,I recommend you try this place,, Ill be back here again.
