Place your order at the counter, then choose a table. There is a self-serve area with lots of fresh made bread and butter. The combo meal with your choice of a main dish, salad, and drink was great. Portion sizes were good. We upgraded from the basic salad to the one with cranberries and walnuts. The cheesy garlic bread is very tasty. When we were there, it wasnt crowded or noisy. Well definitely be visiting again.

Seems like a fast food place. The rigatoni bolongnese was not what you would think. It’s pinkish sauce. A lil spicy. I didn’t like it. They promised me bread with my take out. NONE. check your order before you leave.

Smallest proportion size I’ve ever had at a restaurant. You go to these places to get full. I received spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs I had to order extra. Came with (3) bite sized meatballs for $20. I’ve never seen such rip-off in my 30 years of dining.

Pasta dishes here are even better than those at fancy restaurants. They could do better with the breads and wines though. The atmosphere is mainly for families. They could play some music.

Order at the counter and find a table. self serve beverage and bread selection. food is delivered by a person or a robot . this is a casual, informal place which appeals to me. If you want something upscale look elsewhere. They have special combo meals which help keep costs down.

Very very disappointing. After reading a whole bunch good reviews I decided to go and take out. Very small portion plate of Spagetti-3 meatballs. You have to go serve your own bread thats the only thing they give. No napkins, no silverware, no cheese... no nothing. Very Pricey I paid almost $20. And tip because cashier has no fault. The spaghettis??? ...just spaghetti Not exciting or surprising. Sorry, I think a franchise fast food would have been a better choice.

Food is really good, service is marginal. Prices have gone up about 40% since the menu pictures, it’s still worth it! We enjoyed the food very much and will come back.

I have been coming to Rigatoni for over 10 years, mostly togo and recently had a few dine in experience. The food is great, and I have never experienced a pasta that is not cooked right, cajun chicken fettuccine is our favorite. The dine in experience is casual. You will have to grab your own bread and utensils, but it is cozy and comfortable.

Pay first family restaurant with friendly service. Had the Italian Sausage Fettuccini lunch which came with drink refills and three types of bread (balsamic vinegar, olive oil, ground pepper available). For around $11 after tax, its not a bad value, but I would consider Sweet Tomatoes as an alternative (for some fresh greens/variety in addition to pasta/bread).
