We checked the Yelp rating for this place at 4 1/2 stars while Silverlake in the Vineyards at Porter Ranch has a 3-star rating. We decided to come here to compare it. Yes, the taste here for its Signature Ramen is better, and the noodle has elastic with a good texture.
Their spicy tonkotsu is one of the best bowls of ramen in the valley, if not the best. Broth is flavorful and creamy. The chashu usually has a nice crispiness to it that I don’t find at other places. The egg is delicious. And the staff is always super friendly. Definitely try this place if you’re a ramen fan.
Theres only one vegan option on the menu, but it is good! Other soups can be made vegan if asked, but I would stick to their Cali vegan ramen. It was very flavorful.
I love their Ramen noodles. I often go here because I get my nails done at Attitude Nails in the same complex. The staff here are very nice. My favorite is the chef’s favorite with the combo. The Gyoza’s are yummy. And, they serve alcohol as well.
Getting ramen on a rainy (or any day) is perfect here... Add a Sapporo and its perfect.
I am addicted to the spicy tonkotsu Ramen 🍜 and spicy Gyoza 🥟…. I don’t have the self control not to drive 20-30 minutes for it… I’m ashamed 😓Everyone has their own preferences, did I hook my family on it… Yes… would I do it again… yes… so self control haha the level one with the new cook should be spicy enough for flavor. Maybe 1/2 if you’re a bit sensitive to the spice…
It’s a great ramen, but couldn’t be so sure of the taste … Too spicy. Was crying most of the time. I ordered the spicy number 2 (of 5). The server had already warned me that customers only order 1 or 2 (from 1 to 5 in spicyness).. I should have done the 1. I joked to her that on 5 people will probably die. Don’t think that is a joke anymore. Well, environment is nice, the tastes I could feel were all good. Broth seems high quality. The server was very friendly and kind. Maybe a little too much if I was to complain about something.. Despite the crazy spicyness of the spicy ramen, I recomend this place. Oh! Also tried a small salad and fried giozas; both were great!
Friendly staff. Ordered the dipping ramen (tsukemen) and it was lacking. It lacked flavor. I did ask for spicy and at least it was spicy. The broth was thicker than other tsukemen I’ve had but it just didn’t have a very strong flavor.The pork was prepared fine and tasted good. I didn’t get the impression that the noodles were handmade.
I love the way all of the employees are so kind to the customers. I ordered a milk tea and some spice tonkatsu ramen and it was a 9.4/10 I really enjoyed the spice and how savory it was. I recommend coming here on any occasion because the food is honestly amazing!
Highly recommend! Food was amazing. Very very busy at lunch so it does take 15-20 min to get you food. Worth the wait.
My favorite ramen place in the valley. Place Is small and gets very busy so plan accordingly.They let you choose spice levels and if you want more heat they give you sides of delicious sauces.

Just heard about the opening and had to come check it out. It was pretty busy because of the temporary 50% but it was definitely worth wait. The Tsukemen ramen was delicious. The chewy noodles paired great with the gyoza and chashu bun. Its about time we got a local ramen shop in the area. Would highly recommend it to anyone who eats ramen.
Everything I’ve tried was delicious. My favorite ramen in the valley. I get the spicy tonkotsu ramen, level 2 or 3. Side order of the chashu bowl is a good portion. It’s also well packaged.
Came on a rainy Thursday evening and it was pretty packed. Nearly a 30-minute wait but it was worth it. I got the Level 1 Spicy Tonkotsu ramen and it was REALLY tasty. A nice burn that doesnt linger too much. This was one of the more creamier tonkotsu broths Ive had. The extra side noodle was perfectly filling. The place is kinda small so it fills up quickly.
I keep coming back and can’t get enough of this amazing soup. I usually get he Cali-Green (vegan) level 2 and unless I mention I want spicy, 🌶 🥵 sometimes they don’t ask and it’s disappointing because it’s the spicy that makes this soup wonderful to me. But overall it’s my fav ramen place and so close to my home.

Honestly one of the best ramens youd get in the valley! After my friend had it for the first time she was hooked and kept telling me she would drive down just for Rococo. Everything weve had so far is yum!
Really blown away with the flavor and texture of the ramen. Very fresh and eggs were perfectly cooked. The chashu was delicious, and the spice level for the #3 level was superb. Left my mouth burning and my nose runny, but I was still able to finish the whole broth. Ill try the #4 level of spice next time. The staff are very friendly and polite, we were seated immediately. Overall, enjoyed our visit and I will make sure to visit more often and try the rest of the dishes on the menu.
I got the spicy tonkatsu ramen combo with chashu bowl. It was delicious! The ramens broth was creamy, with perfect texture, 2 pieces pork, and a boiled egg. The chashu bowl was good as well, a nice kid sized bowl with rice and pork. Very recommended!
First time coming this ramen place and I would definetly come back. I ordered the rococo combo with spicy tonkotsu ramen level 2 with chasu bun and my fiance the signature tonkotsu ramen with chashu bowl. Both combos came with yosu salad. I was not a a big fan of the salad but the rest were good. I will denetly make sure to ask what level 2 spicy is before ordering because for me it seemed like a 4 lol. And I always love spicy ramen. I shouldve asked. Other then that it was really good and would definletly recomend this place. Great interior as well.
I came here and had the spicy tonkotsu and it was delicious. It had the perfect amount of heat. I tried the tsukemen from my friends order and I didnt care for it too much but my friend liked it and its not what I ordered, so whatever. There is tons a lot more parking in the back of the building FYI.
I had the Signature Tonkotsu ramen, VERY GOOD! The broth was very flavorful and creamy. Noodles were firm with good flavor. The chasu was a bit fatty, just the way I like it, very tasty too!
We always go out and try ramen here and there this is especially close to out house so we decided to try them out. Food is good but not what you would expect for ramen. We ordered tonkotsu ramen and shoyu ramen. The pork chashu was good.but the shoyu did not taste like any shoyu that I have eaten in the past. Its good but its not shoyu. The tonkotsu taste like Pork chops soup in a good way but not something that I would order again. The shoyu I will order again. People were friendly and very accommodating. Good place.

Good quality noodles here. Tonkatsu has a strong flavor profile and the shoyu is on the lighter side. Both very good. Staff is friend and if youre a solo diner, theres plenty of spots available for you.

Ramen is good, spicy tonkatsu is the best one. A bit overpriced for the quality but it hits the spot.If you’re ordering takeout or delivery, they always forget at least one item whether it’s extra toppings or a drink you already paid for. Placing orders over the phone - they’ll hang up on you if the line isn’t busy.
For a rainy week like this the chicken Paitan Ramen is highly suggested. Its an upgraded chicken noodle soup. The red menu with black letters is hard to read but other than that Rococo Ramen has a cozy family atmosphere.
I love ramen and thats why I have high standards. First red flag should have been that the place was filled with people who prefer seanonless chicken.Once I got my food it smelled unpleasant and my chasu pork felt like it was cooked in a microwave. Not going back, not worth it.
Price way more expensive on the website than on the restaurant. Just don’t like to get screwed by surprise

Awesome casual ramen spot!! The broth of chicken ramen was so good! The chaschu buns were on point..Also the service was great..The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they can improve on the ramen noodles besides that it would be perfect. This is my new local ramen place when I crave for sure..
Absolute best vegetarian ramen Ive ever had - hit the spot. I took off one star because an egg in my ramen was an extra $3...for one egg. Overall, a bit pricey, but its delicious!

Place is really nice and clean. The workers were very friendly and chatted up all the customers.We had the spicy tonkotsu level 3. It wasnt that spicy for us Latinos, but level 4 is a huge jump up in scoville according to the menu. What separates this spot for us was that the pork is a bit crispier and that added flavor really intensifies the deliciousness.The chashu buns also had the crispy pork and awesome spicy mayo sauce.10/10 would recommend.

First time trying ramen and it was delicious. Our waiter was super friendly. They bring out the food so fast. Just sucks its small inside. Just wish they had a bigger place. If its packed you have to wait, but the wait isnt super long.
One of the best Ramen bowls Ive had. I would say the best was the spicy tuna bowl and milk tea. They tend to have a line so I recommend ordering online and just picking up to avoid the wait
Food as always is good. Unfortunately they were a bit overwhelmed at one point with people picking up orders. Need to come up with a more efficient system to pick up orders as some folks waiting in line for 10-15 minutes had orders that may have been bagged and ready for 10-15 minutes. Staff was very apologetic for the wait and did appreciate our patience.

I loved the spicy ramen I got a 4 out of 5 on the spiciness scale. The food was great, I loved the music, I like the kind waitress who served me. Waiting for a bowl a ramen though will be like 10 minutes though but other than that, Rococo Ramen is the perfect place to eat
We eat here or order take out from time to time. My daughter really likes it here. She ordered in advance through Grubhub for pickup at 8:15. She received a message before 8 that her order is ready. So she got out from school at 8 and we rushed over. When we got there it was so busy that she was told by the male server to wait 5-7 mins. After 20 mins I came in to ask about our order. As it turns out our order has been ready on a table, the server just didnt bother to check the first time. The food is good they just keep on changing servers....
Ordered here a few times and every time the soup is very salty,extremely salty. Everything else is great if they could just bring the saltiness a few notches down I think it would be perfect.
Ive been coming here since the rainy season began and it gets pretty packed during the evenings! Opens at 10am but already has a nice sized crowd! They have VEGAN ramen! I can come with all of my family and friends!! I absolutely love this Valley Gem! And will always come for the food but stay cuz of the friendly service💜💜💜🌸
The Chashu Pork Bun is bland and ordinary. But once you dip it in the Tonkatsu Ramen soup it went from ordinary to extraordinary. 😋
This was my first time going there so I cant really a if the consistency is always there. I had their rich tonkotsu Ramen or something like that but it was really rich indeed. The chashu was fatty and meaty the broth was fresh and creamy. Normally I get full with one bowl but I felt like ordering another one although the downside is I didnt feel like they added enough of the wood ear mushroom which I was a little disappointed but I will Definitely be coming again.

The ramen is great! The broth is rich and I love the noodles, especially the thick ones for the tsukemen. Though I have to say that, although I loved the tsukemen, some may not like it as my family was split down the middle about it. You definitely cant go wrong with the spicy tonkatsu ramen though.All the side dishes are delicious as well. My favorite being the chasu buns. Just thinking about them is making me salivate.The service is a bit slow, but it was a soft opening and there were tons of people so its nothing to complain about. The servers were also all super friendly and competent. Not much of a food critic myself but as a ramen lover I highly recommend this place as it doesnt lose out to those ramen joints 40 min + away from home.
Never knew about this place but I am glad I found it. I recommend thier signature dish its delicious. Good parking in the front available and there is some handicap near by. They dont have any outdoor seating during covid so order out is they only service available.
Good ramen at a good price with a nice interior. The menus could get a beauty treatment, especially the red ones, which are hard to read. The spicy ramen is also on a perfect scale of spiciness. Parking in front is a bit limited so try to park in the back. Overall a very nice experience that I would recommend to anyone who likes ramen.

This is honestly my favorite place to eat. Whether your with friends or alone the music and amazing food will make your day! Although its a bit pricy, the portions are large and the taste is amazing. 10/10
A solid ramen. It was probably the most thick, creamy, and rich ramen Ive eaten yet, and Im Asian lol so thats saying something. Service is good and food came within 15 minutes. The location isnt terrible. Its close to a neighborhood and a large shopping plaza. Sorta sketchy but not bad. If youre looking for modern, chill ramen restaurant, this is a solid choice.

Their signature tonkotsu ramen is comparable in taste to the ramen in Japan. The sweet and tangy chicken wings taste like the tebasaki wings famous in Nagoya. Good ambiance, warm service, and reasonable prices combine for a casual dining experience.

Level 3 spicy tonkatsu ramen combo with pork/fired tofu bun and salad. Bun and salad are nice break from the spicy rich broth and the fatty chashu. 10/10 with a ramune or iced green tea.

I found that the Tonkotsu ramen was too rich for my taste, but the Chashu was fatty. We liked the Shoyu better, but the Chashu included was very lean, so it feels like we missed out on the fat.Atmosphere was okay. Not a lot of people around 5pm. It was a bit dark though. Overall, love the food and will come back!

2023-11-28 12:21:32The food was absolutely perfect if you dont like spicy stay at level one maybe two the fried squid and takoyaki was super delicious but the service wasnt great we ordered our drinks didnt get them until our food was here the server didnt even remember we ordered them and for our side dishes we never got plates we had to eat on napkins but the food is worth it.

Walking in the vibes and the decor were both cool.The waitress took our order as soon as we both took our seats, and we got our appetizers quickly. After that, the lunch crowd started to come in, and service was affected a bit. I ordered the crispy rice & the tofu ramen, overall was ok. The broth of the ramen was on the sweet side and a bit too oily, I also didnt enjoy the spice rub on the tofu. The crispy rice was great, one of the best Ive eaten. Thanks!

2023-07-07 01:13:50I tried the ramen here and it was absolutely delicious 😋 . There was a lot of things to choose from and the noodles were impressive. I recommend the shoyu ramen which I ate. I recommend you to try this restaurant! The environment was also very clean 10/10 🍜

2019-02-26 00:54:42Good prices, excellent service! The waitress was very attentive and helpful while being very friendly and still giving us our space. Ramen was good, its the quality Ramen you look for when you want a good bowl. Not the best Ive had, but the atmosphere and prices make it worth it. Love the combo deal adding the pork bun or chasu bowl and salad too! Ill definitely be back again, maybe a new regular spot in the area

2023-03-14 20:11:36I believe this is the best ramen in the valley that I have had and Ive had alot. I cannot vouch for the chicken ramens but for the spicy Tonskotsu, spicy Gyoza, spicy edamame, and chashu pork buns they are the best Ive ever had I recommend all of these to my friends whenever I hear some ramen talk, There is no debate.

2022-10-31 05:56:06Would not go again.My family lives in the neighborhood and I went to try it for the first time. I live in Koreatown so the ramen I usually eat is from Sawtelle.The ramen I ate here was truly mediocre and overpriced.With the same money I could buy artisan, hand made ramen with multiple toppings, and free unlimited broth, pickles, and chili oil or garlic on the side.Here, the table was empty on arrival — first impression is that this place doesn’t rly offer customization. I paid $10 for 5-6 small takoyaki balls and then $17 each for 2 small bowls of ramen that consisted of 70% noodles, 28% SALTY salty broth, and 2% toppings (green onion, a touch of a single veggie, a piece of nori, and a tiny 1/2 egg) + 2 squares of pork. Lol and they didn’t even serve us plates with the takoyaki so my mom started to eat it on a napkin.The noodles (which was pretty much the whole meal) were well made. But that was it. The ramen as a whole was extremely disappointing. Definitely not worth $60 for 2 people.Honestly, I wish it was good — I was ready to come back frequently if it impressed me.

2022-06-14 19:59:53Good service, however very underwhelming ramen. I got the Chefs Favorite Shoyu Ramen, and the noodles are much too thin and have a slightly rubbery texture. The broth is extremely over salted, and the chashu (pork) is tough and much too chewy. Even the egg is slightly undercooked! Thought Id try this place due to the good reviews, but its nowhere near the taste of authentic ramen. Personally I would not come again.

2021-11-02 08:09:35We are regular customers here since the pandemic weve always ordered take out. Today we decided to finally dine in . When we arrived the hostess ask if we wanted sit at the bar since it was only 2 of us. She said the tables were reserved for party of 4 . After we got seated another couple came in n got seated in the table we asked to be seated n we were denied. That was a little messed up hopefully they can do something about better seating arrangements.Besides that the food here is always great. Its always busy so that must tell u a lot. Its a cute place if youre in the mood for spicy food. I normally get level 3 n its spicy . Never would i tried level 5 . I heard its fuego 🔥
