Had an early-ish dinner and we were the only ones in here shockingly because the food here is absolutely delicious. We ordered Chicken Satay as our appetizer, and Citrus Chicken as well as Chicken Pad Thai, portions are big, so youll definitely be bringing home leftovers.

If we were locals, we would be regulars! The garlic mini ribs? Absolutely insane. In-freaking-sane. Caramelized garlic with soy! The service was excellent, the food was amazing. Ive never had Pad Thai with such a noticeable tamarind flavor, and I really enjoyed it! I highly highly recommend you give Rod-Sap a try! Great food, extra clean, clean bathrooms that smelled great, and a beautiful decor. Thank you for making our last night in town special💜

This food is unusually delicious. This is a cut way above other Southeast Asian restaurants in a 30 mile radius. The food is simply more authentic, the chef is excellent and the service is wonderful. This is the place for a feast with friends.

The best tofu bites with peanut sauce is like crack for me. Its soo good, i also enjoy the green chicken curry. The atmosphere is very relaxing, i could take a nap after eating. The staff is always accommodating and nice. Great place

Enjoyed a delicious curry 🍛 fried rice 🍚 dish here. The portion size was ree-deek-ku-lus (in the style of my beloved Naija family lol 🇳🇬). Definitely hit this place up, especially if you’re waiting on your laundry load across the street at Wonder Wash. This establishment gets the NaijaQT©️stamp of approval ✅

I havent tried enough of the dishes to say more about the food but thus far its been excellent food. I always measure the greatness by the pad see ew and pad Thai--very good. I intend to stop by on my way home from work several times a week since its on my route home--Im terrible at making myself dinner after a long day at work. Great experience and nice atmosphere dining-in. Ive been looking for a more local Thai place and I found it!

They still serve some of our favorites from when it was S&L Thai from years back. The Citrus Chicken and Spring Rolls are some of the best around to eat in this neck of the woods. The Sliver Noodle plate with combination meat and seafood is great also with some of their homemade sauce for the spring rolls mixed in is excellent. Best Thai food outside of a few places in the city if you want to drive and spend the gas....

As a Thai, I can say this is the best Thai foods you can get in Fairfield area where padthai is real padthai and fried rice tastes like fried rice. (Many restaurants seem to serve oily and soaked padthai which indicates that they dont cook it properly). Its closest to authentic Thai cuisine you can get in This area (unless you want to drive to San Francisco for a better one or even true Thai foods in LA)

So good!! The portions were great, and customer service was top notch! All the food was hot, served quickly and our water glasses were never empty. Food was also delicious, will be back for sure!

Nice quaint atmosphere. Clean and the bathrooms too. The citrus chicken with fried spinach was delicious and the crab fried rice was so good even without soy sauce. Iced Thai tea and coffee were so refreshing. Will come again.

Amazing food & good service… most Thai places taste watered down but Rod-Sap’s flavors were great! We had the red curry & pad kraw praw, both really tasty. But the spicy chicken wings were insanely good- must try.

Came here for my birthday and ordered Calamari and Chicken Thai Fried Rice. Service overall was really good and the food was even better. Once my order was placed it didnt come out fast but didnt take very long either. Will definitely be coming back for more!

We tried wings, basil Thai fried rice, fried tofu, vegetable egg rolls, pad Thai and drunken noodles all were very tasty. I liked the basil Thai fried rice the best. The staff was very attentive and nice.

This place is awesome. Got the papaya salad, pad Thai, and Panang curry and they were all out of this world. If I lived in town this place would be a staple for me. If I ever pass through again, I’ll be coming back here for sure.

The best Thai place in Fairfield and arguably NorCal! The owner is so friendly, the food is incredible, and the Citrus Chicken is worth tasting before you die! Havent had a menu item Ive disliked yet and I eat here a lot!

Delicious food and large portion sizes! I have been to several Thai restaurants in Vacaville, Fairfield, Vallejo, and the Sacramento area. Rod-Sap Thai Lao is one of my favorites. They cant be beat for quality, quantity, and price.
