Great little pizza joint. The only reason for the 3 is that they dont offer plates, or napkins for dine in. It kinda makes for a messy eating experience. Its good stuff, just bring youre own plates, napkins and silverware. True Story.Update to owners response. Ask for more? I wasnt offered any to begin with. I sat at one of your tables and ate straight from the box that the pizza came in. Employees didnt go out of their way to offer any type of redeeming service. Im old school Italian. I shouldnt have to ask for utensils when Im in your establishment. Either you offer them, or you dont. I wasnt offered anything. The service was just bad.

Ordered the big mama for 2 of our daughters birthdays and they even wrote happy birthday on the pizza, which they loved. Pizza is not too greasy, which is great. Its thin, but not too thin. They put a lot of marinara sauce, which my daughters love. The crust is also very good. Its fluffy and crunchy at the same time and not hard like other pizza places. Its also family owned and staff are very friendly. Everything about this place is worth driving from Upland.
Ive been coming here since I was in Jr High ... Since 1992... Love the food and everyone that has worked there over years is wonderful. The new owners are awesome as well!
I came here based on higher rated reviews vs the surrounding competition and I have to say I was disappointed. For starters, a 12 pizza with 3 toppings should not cost $20 unless its absolutely mind-blowing; this one was decent, but not memorable. If Im going to pay restaurant entree prices, Id also expect the furnishings and ambiance of the establishment to match. The chairs and tables at Rosas look like they came from a high school cafeteria and the wall decor didnt seem to have any rhyme or reason to it. A TV was on in Spanish, confusing me even more in an *Italian* restaurant.. I had to request for a cup of extra sauce since there didnt appear to be more than a very thin layer on the dough. That being said, the marinara was good quality when I got enough of it to compliment the pizza. This might be a good place to come if youre ordering for a large family or group, but for an individual it did not meet expectations.

Good pizza here. At least as good as an equally expensive place out in Yorba Linda off YL blvd at Yorba Ranch. We have passed by frequently but never stopped by until someone who ate here many times told us it was tasty and worth trying. Its just south of VHS, and though business might be currently slow, the food was good and we enjoyed. They will accommodate requests for thin crust and they are not stingy with toppings. You get what you pay for.
Hole in the wall, but by far, one of the best places to get your pizza... Yes, they have sub sandwiches and wings, but I come here for ghe pizza, you can even buy a single slice. Ive been visiting this place since the late 80s, the recipe hasnt changed a bit, nor the ingredients, I will continue coming to this place until my last breath, I love it, my kids love it, and my friends love it too. The owners a cool Korean man, and the guys in the kitchen making your pizza are pretty friendly, and hard working.
Bah, pizza isnt good. Way to overpriced and this place needs some serious renovations. Also years ago the cheese was stretching now as of 2022 with different owners or whoever runs it now its not the same. I am sad to see that the quality of the cheese has changed. For over 20 years was so good now I will not be returning

Small neighborhood family owned pizza parlor. Pizza..lasagna..garlic bread...pizza by the slice..quick service and great prices. Easy access to parking..easy to see from street. Great prices..I definitely recommend dining here if you have not. Been eating here since I was a teenager.
Great PIZZERIA, I get there mommas size pie. This is a great tasting pie, always a great pie. I get one for my guys at work, this works to feed all of them. Just a nice little pizzeria thats local to my job. If you need a good pie and have a lot of friends to feed give them a call!!!!
The most spensive pizza in town, is ridiculous to paid 75 dollars for 2 large pizzas. Very very very very spensive compared with brand pizza places I will totally never never come back to this place I feel like they charged me that for the extra olives come on the pizza.

Dank thin crust pizza. Never much of a line, either way it moves quick. Its clean, lots of room, that have pizza sizes that literally wouldnt fit in a Mini Cooper, a couple video games. $5.80 for two giant slices of pepperoni
I give it 2 stars only because the food was really good. The bathroom has no lights. My wife and niece had to use the flashlights from our cell phones. Also we got some major attitude from one of the guys working there. Eye rolling was major with this guy especially when my wife asked for a refill.
This place is super special cause we used to come here after school in high school, the same owner same people working here. Their pizza is delicious new York style super thin . Love it!
This is one of my topTo go pizza places and I’m being especially honest since I’m not the kind of person to really review food unless its actually pretty good.
They could invest in some booths and some better tables, maybe some updated games too. The pizzas they make are really good though, and thier 28 pizzas are the biggest I have ever freaking seen!! I could barely fit it in my car!
Rosas has been in the same location since at least the 1980s. We used to get the large pies for band functions at VHS all the time. The quality just isnt as good as it used to be. It is still better than the mass produced pizzas like from papa johns and the hut.

Hole in the walls are often the best. This place rivals Lamppost pizza in prices and flavor. Not like apples to apples but like regular apples to caramelized apples. Youre going to like regular apples and sometimes youll want caramelized apples. And youll have a go to place for either.

While waiting for your laundry next door, hit Rosas for great value, taste, and super nice staff. Got a 10 meatball sammich smothered in mozzarella, kicky marinara, and banana pepper for 6 buckss. Boom. Ill be back, son.Cheapskate visitors should also explore the thrift shop, Vapor District, mini dollar store, get your nails did, and much more.

The lasagna is nice and cheesy and the sauce has a great flavor ; if you like lasagna or want to try something else with your pizza definitely order it! 2023-05-26 19:01:43I stopped in for some slices and drink because I recall Rosas was a Go To place back in the day. You can visit the restaurant today and still see all the decorations from 1992. The pizza is still good, tastes about the same, even if it has different owners from the last time I visited in 2015. The place needs a face lift, modernization goes a long way. I would go more often if I felt like the place had better upkeep in the back. Hope it continues to provide good pizza to Placentia.

When I got home, the lettuce was old and brown and was so water wet that the dressing wouldn’t stick to it. Lastly, the pizza had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I even asked and paid for extra sauce. I know this place has been there for a long time but they need to revisit their menu, update and clean their restaurant from head to toe. Sorry guys…. First impressions, epic fail!
