John is the best worker there!! Absolutely the sweetest and funniest and helped us out a lot when we needed to reset the machines. Gave us the good vibes and wished is the best of luck and cheered us on in our struggles. Hes the 🐐Wouldnt of been as fun without him :)

The staff is super nice. The place is just worn down and not being maintained well. We paid $37 to bowl. Our first lane wasn’t working and took 5 minutes to get up and running. But then the bumpers weren’t working so they offered to move us to another lane. Moved to the other lane and the bumpers still aren’t working for our 4 year old. And they did admit at the front that they don’t work all the time when I paid to play. But for how much you pay, I would expect better maintained lanes. The seating is all ripped and repaired with peeling duct tape.

I wish I could give zero stars. The womens bathrooms were closed so I asked an employee at the front desk if it was ok to use the single male/female bathroom that was there and they said yes. I go in and I start doing my business. Suddenly an employee unlocks the bathroom unexpectedly (no warning) while Im in the midst of using it, yells at me for being upset that they just got a full show of me, and leaves with the door still unlocked. I told the woman at the desk about it. She was very rude and seemed like she was ignoring me purposefully. I never received an apology or explanation. The employees here seem to make it their personal goal to make sure you leave feeling terrible as well. They really do not care about your physical or emotional well being. Also the games are busted and barely work most of the time. For your physical and mental safety, for your money, and for the time youll never get back, do not come here. It just a dumpster fire and a disgrace for an arcade.

One of the bigger arcades Ive visited and I was very impressed!.. The staff was friendly and the prices are affordable for the bowling, billiards, and arcade. Its well kempt and the prize room has something for everyone! I wish my family and I discovered this place sooner. We will be back soon!

A Fun game night for all ages! it is Like chuckycheese on Steriods lol. Loved the Air Hockey & playing games all together like the car races. Some food & drinks. Way to much to do ! I will have to go back weeeeee

Its okay. I liked the arcade itself; the problem was the prices. Its ridiculous the money you have to pay to play a machine. Points go away fast. We payed 7 games for 66 bucks. Rip off.

Ive been to many round 1s and this one is a bit different. The store has changed twice in one year, from cleaner carpeting to better machine layout and just overall a good look. The food here is actually pretty good and if nothing there is good enough for you the mall is right nextdoor. This place has bowling, pingpong, karaoke, claw machines, arcade games, billiards, darts and a bar. Ive celebrated many a birthday at round 1. Thanks for the memories

I came early so bowling was empty. Nice process and the cashier was great.. Thanks. Arcade points go fast so keep a watch on the numbers. Next trip Id like to try the karaoke rooms.

Oct 28, 2023 - they are running a full house with no working bathroom. Do not bring small kids and expect to have restroom use. They are directing people who need the bathroom to use the one out in the mall, so a bit of a walk for little ones.
