This place is always my go to when i can find one, usually in malls.Good quiality food, generous portions, with some spice.Way better than panda any day of the week!

Should have gone to panda express across the walkway. The counter person dumped leftovers that was being sold to a previous customer back in the steam table food tray. Tables are dirty, seats are ripped a part. Food after all is somewhat acceptable. Would not be my choice next time visiting The mall.

Ive eaten here for the past 15 years when I come to modesto. The food is always hot and fresh. The service is excellent.

The food is good, but customer service is poor!!!! They literally turned down giving me warm water for my baby bottle because they wanted 25 cents. I had a credit or debit card, no cash. They would not run my card or give me water leaving my 7 month old crying and me searching somewhere else to find water. Keep in mind I had bought a meal and drink before my baby began crying for a bottle. Thankfully, the mexican restaurant next door was willing to help this mother with no warm bottle water out. :-)

Better and cheaper than Panda. There is a great deal more variety of different types of Asian food, from noodle soup to regular Asian dishes. The chef will prepare most any food item you want. Food is fresh and served hot. The portions are huge.

Avoid this place like the plague. I order egg rolls and they were under cooked. How is that even possible? Broccoli & Beef were missing the vegetables. If I could give no stars, I would.

Today as we sat in the food court, one of the employees was biting her nails and then proceeded to serve food in to go boxes. Very unsanitary. When the employee was told this was occurring they acted like nothing was wrong and proceed to be rude.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The quality, and taste of their chicken, is the worst Ive ever tasted. I literally threw up when I got home from the taste still being in my mouth.

Love their coconut shrimp, jalapeño basil chicken. Its not authentic but its better then panda express or any Tai food place in Modesto. I love real Tai food but this is just as good as it gets here. If I want real Tai food I will go to Sacramento.

Ruby Thai Kitchen produces great tasting Thai fast food. I finally took the time to ask the difference between Bam Bam Chicken and Jalapeño Chicken. The Jalapeño Chicken is a little more spicier, so, IMO, better. After ordering, I sat down to a nice dinner and a little people watching.

I like to eat at the Ruby thai restaurant in the Mall from time to time. They have good wonton soup, and good noodles. Its a little pricey, but still affordable.

Be aware they don’t change there gloves after transacations not taking virus seriously especially when working with food YOU MUST AND NEED TO BE CLEAN THATS WHY YOU HAVE SELF SERVE CERTIFICATES

The food was terrible I was very disappointed in the coconut shrimp it tast like vegetable oil & the rice had no flavor plus they charged 28$ just for 2 plates 2 drinks way to expensive for that food then decided to take an extra 5$ my receipt says $28.27 then on my account they charged 33$ scammed me for a extra 5$ will never go back yuck

Food taste nasty! Some of it is not Thaifood! Food taste plain, salty and nasty again. And all those people arent even Thai! I heard them speak a different language which is not Thai or Laos.
