Walked in, friendly, fast and sincere service. Lemon water is great! Ordered 2 Cesar salad with chicken and a medium sausage pepperoni pizza. Salads were delicious and huge. Pizza is made from wholesome ingredients, dough is tasty. Our pizza was a little burnt and crispy for our taste. Overall, good food. Would order again with a note not to burn it. Service was excellent.

Came here twice over the weekend and it was great pizza(big pizza snob & gf said she would drive there for the pizza (we live in lower LA county). Owners are very nice as are the staff. First night we ordered the margherita & meat pizzas and ate the amazing coffee/chocolate gelato after. 2nd time just a margherita.

If you think you like pizza, and I did, let me tell you something. You have never had any pizza like Rustic Fire pizza! Absolutely phenomenal pizza! Cooked the right way, with fire and stone, top notch ingredients, thin and perfectly cooked crust, not soggy at all, the end crust a very nice size and brushed with what I believe is an olive oil blend. I ordered the pepperoni, sausage and mushroom, but with the white garlic sauce instead of the normal red sauce, and its hands down one of the best pizzas Ive ever had. The restaurant is well appointed, ample seating but not crowded. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, my friend and I were looking at the menu posted, and the cashier came and handed us menus so we didnt have to try and stare at the overhead sign, offered to get us drinks while we decided, and made sure to point out their specials. My friend got the buffalo ranch pizza. I didnt try it, but he said it was fantastic as well. Once we finished, with about half our pizzas left over, I started to get up to get boxes, and one of the ladies making pizzas near where we sat saw me, and before I could even say anything, she asked if we were ready for boxes, they even looked at what we had left, selected the right sizes and brought them to our table. I cannot recommend this restaurant any higher, and it was WELL worth the money, and I will definitely be back again to try another pizza!! Thank you Rustic Fire!

Fantastically delicious food and the service is impeccable. Im from N.C. and I first stopped in in August while on a road trip with my niece. Ive talked about the chicken pesto cauliflower flatbread so much since then that when I returned in November I had her route our second road trip to pass through Paso Robles tonight so I could eat at Rustic Fire again. It was just as good as I remembered. If you have a chance, try it out. It was worth me coming from N.C. again. 😂💙

We were surprised how much we liked the food! It seems like it will be a chain with packaged or premade food. The vibe is very casual. However, our salad was fresh and full. We obviously tried the world famous cheese sticks and were not disappointed. Everything was delicious. Was a bit expensive, but overall, we would come here again.

So nice we had it twice! On a trip from LA to Big Sur, my wife and I stopped here on the way up. The food, atmosphere and service was so great that we stopped here again on the way back. I think one of the main reasons we loved the pizza so much was the drizzle on top. My wife had basil pesto and I had chipotle pesto which gave the pizzas a very unique taste. The second time I didn’t have the drizzle and kinda wished I did, so I would recommend trying the drizzle on the pizza.

The service, recommendations, and great wine conversation from the staff was perfect.... We started with the cheese bread sticks which were delicious with their house marinara. Then, we shared the cesar salad. Creamy, cool, crunchy, and delicious. But the star at the end was the hot prosciutto flat bread sandwich. Look at the pics and see for yourself. That sandwich melts in your mouth...... FN delicious... This was a mere stop by and check out place because we wanted to enjoy the sunset with some wine. What a great place.... Kudos to the staff and people making this delicious sandwhich!

This is such a wholesome spot! The service and staff are delightful. The have a smile on and have a way to cheer your day. The food is on point and the beer/wine is wonderful. Try the Greek salad, one of the best Ive had in a long time. We loved it so much that we will definitely come back again. They are doing something great here keep being you guys!

Really good pizza. We ordered the Thai chicken small size pizza and it was delucious. It was perfect when it was hot. Staff was very friendly and organized. Took about 15 mins to get our order. Place was not that much crowded. They might also haveoutdoor seating which they didnt have on the day I went there buz of the cold.

Someone told me they had world famous breadsticks. I agree. Unfortunately the 4 cheese pizza doesn’t compare.I’d rate four stars only if it wasn’t for the lively environment. Rustic fits the bill, aged brick walls; and warm colored tile sets. Complemented by wood beams and makeshift incandescent bulbs. A beautiful display of their deserts that makes me regret not trying one.But don’t be fooled by that description. They aren’t old. They have a nifty soda dispenser. One of those touch screen ones that makes you realize sprite had more than 3 flavors. And even mini tvs at some booths. I don’t like noisy places but this one was rich in the the warmth of satisfied customers and families enjoying time after a long day. What more could you ask for really? As a traveler, it was a nice pitstop for dinner. I’m going to miss the breadsticks

Spent a weekend in Paso and happened to stumble across this place since it was down the street from my hotel...and Im very glad I did. Everything I ordered was super YUMMY! We got the carnivore all meat pizza, and was freshly made and warm. We also tried the gelato and the employees were awesome enough to suggest their warm chocolate chip cookie along w/ the gelato. The place was packed and very reasonably so...I will make sure I stop here every time Im in town.

Best pizza place Ive been too and Im extremely picky. Hands down best cheesesticks and the tastiest pizza. An explosion of flavors for each bite. The pizza crust is incredible! The pizza and salad were very good. This is counter service so you have to order your food at the counter and then go sit down at a table. When we arrive the restaurant wasnt that busy and the gentleman at the counter assisted us by taking our order and telling us to just go sit down and he would bring everything to us, very nice. They also carry a nice selection of some local wines.

Ive eaten here a few times and its delicious. The pizza is fresh so expect a little wait. Have some italian cheese while you wait . They have local wine and beer and Gelato. There are tons of Tvs to watch sporting events as well. The family size salads are huge. Ive eaten the bbq chicken pizza, the works, a pepperoni and the veggie and they were all tasty. We eat here with just 2 of us and yesterday we had 7 and it was enjoyable each time.

The pizza here is just OK and rather expensive. They skimp on the cheese here and the service isnt anything to write home about either. I came back to this place to give them another chance after the owner talked to me about my review. I ordered the Italian sandwich (pictured), which I thought was mediocre until I wound up with one of the employees hair in my mouth. It was a bit pricey and was thin on the meat portion...there was no cheese on the sandwich. They did apologize for the hair in my food and gave me a gift certificate for $30, which I may or may not use. The service was still not great and it took a long time for the sandwich to come out. I have downgraded them from three stars to one star.

The food and the service here, never disappoint. Each crust is sure to be a worthy option for your pizza mood. Most recently, I tried the Thick crust and was quite satisfied. Typically, Ill get the Rustic Neapolitan, its one of my favorites (insert Italian Hand Motion here)!The employees are welcoming and caring. The ones behind the registers are always meticulous with taking and confirming your order. Even the ones bringing the food out to you, make sure you have everything you need, before they walk away.Ive been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience with this restaurant. 10/10! Very disappointing experience. We waited nearly 2 hours for pizza that tastes like cardboard! Seems like delivery orders are not a priority. The pizza itself is mediocre. We had to microwave it because the cheese was getting hard. They use minimal cheese too. The bread does not taste good for the price. Original review in 2019:Delicious pizza! I get the gluten free. And the gelato is DELICIOUS, too! Portions are small, though. They provide little spoons, to make it last longer.Update in Dec 2021:We went here recently, and our experience wasnt as great, as in the past. There prices seemed to have increased. They are high! It would make more sense to charge such prices, if it was a regular sit-down restaurant, but it is not. They only bring you your pizza, they dont actually serve the tables and bring drinks, etc.My pizza was not cut all the way to the middle, so I had to tear every slice with my hands, and being gluten free, it did not hold up well to tearing.The tables are packed in, so there is not a lot of room to walk over to the soda machine, to get your drink. You kind of have to walk through the maze of tables, if theres someone in the way of the small walkway. Perhaps they have so many tables, because it gets very busy and packed in there. But that tells me that they should probably be in a bigger space/building.The water from the soda machine tasted really strong like chlorine! And we could even taste it in the soda/fountain drinks.Also, in the womens restroom, there are only two stalls, and one of them was out of order. And there is a large space between the handicap stall that is open, to where you could see out and people could see you inside, if they were looking.I hope they take a look at this review, and make some changes. This has been a favorite of ours, for some time, but not so much now.

Taste was okay but portions are tiny for the price and the photos make it look like you are getting more food. Pizza was fine but dont get the breadsticks, Its $7 for 4 tiny breadsticks. My sandwich was also made wrong, I asked for no tomato and to have the spinach not cooked and both requests were ignored. The sandwich was soggy and I couldnt finish it. The employees were nice at least.

We just ate dinner at this high end Michelin wanna be restaurant. Food and drinks were good but left starving for a real meal. Good thing we came by rustic pizza. Our tradition for the beer fest is having Rustic fire pizza for dinner. It never disappoints. We had the Carnivore and the Works. The pizza was delicious. Service has always been great. We will continue to eat at Rustic Fire whenever we are in Paso Robles. It can get crowded here, but we always order to pick up. They also have a great beer selection.

Family style, local pizza+ more. We had an OMG moment. We ordered a veggie and a BAsil chicken panini. Its a flat bread, hot out of the pizza over stuffed with a salad . Its hot, crispy, fresh and crunchy. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. As the sandwich cools the salad starts wilting which is ok, the panini is changing in your hands. Excellent service, friendly staff. I had the medium chicken Caesar salad. The greens were perfect, plenty of fresh leafy romaine with just enough crunchy. Lots of the small circle croutons and the right amount of dressing for me (not too much). The chicken was good, a smidge more would’ve been better but I’m full with how they serve it. I loved that the romaine is mostly on top with the goodies at the bottom! The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable…order at the counter but they bring you everything. I’d definitely choose to eat here again.

I will say that the salad was great, the breadsticks were perfectly crisp, and the Neapolitan pizza had a beautiful blend of flavors and textures. However, just because the food exceeded expectations, it does not mean the customer service and management of the establishment should go without feedback.I, myself, have managed a restaurant and understand basic customer service. Unfortunately the workers here do not. The person taking our order had gotten our order wrong - which happens. Mistakes happen. My concern is that no one had taken responsibility and instead blamed us for the issue, bringing us an itemized receipt (which by the way, we did not receive after ordering) and saying that we cannot make anything that isnt on the screen and there is just two personal pizzas on here. Again, mistakes happen, but there was no apology, no Im sorry for the inconvenience, or any attempt to provide us any resemblance of a resolution. My first impression was that the atmosphere was great. It was certainly football fan heaven as they have a ton of screens showing games as well as individual screens at booths where you can pick your own program. This pizzeria was a fantastic stop on my trip to Pismo. Its environment is very welcoming and the food puts other pizzerias to shame. We where driving from Monterey to Santa Barbara and just happened to stop by to try the pizza, best thing we did. The pizza was fantastic and the customer service was impeccable. We live in Tampa FL wish we could have you open up a shop close to us at least until the next time we will let everyone know about the great food at Rustic Fire.

Everytime I visit Paso to see my gf, I go here with her. The owner John is a great guy. The beer is great, especially the UDBA from Firestone. The pizza is great! I usually get the chicken/shrimp pizza. Its not cheap but worth it. Definitely worth a stop.

Stopped by on our way to Soledad and was very happy with the experience. We ordered the four cheese pizza and it was delicious. We were offered samples of their gelato and it was very goooood! After finding out we were on our honeymoon the gentleman gave us some to take for free.

My wife and I enjoy stopping into Rustic Fire to share their Neapolitan pizza and Italian salad. The thin crust pizza is perfectly cooked to a crisp crust in the wood fired oven. The restaurant is a bit noisy so, weather permitting, we sit at their outdoor table.

Who doesnt like what they have on the menu? Premium, well put together food, they will split the orders and let you half and half your pizza etc etc. Grab a large salad and split it with one or two people + something else. Lots of beer and wine... Cant go wrong here. Always a courteous staff as well. Try it.

Waited for an hour and barely any food had left the kitchen, let alone ours despite making a reservation. Do not recommend if you have any kind of schedule or enjoy getting food in a timely manner. They did however provide a refund for the meal.
