Went for my first big girl dinner since working so much and they knocked it out of the park. I believe our servers name was Walter? It was 2 nights ago. EXCELLENT service ! We ordered a 2019 merlot bottle after trying a couple of samples to get the right one for the night with the help of our server. My fiancé also ordered a raspberry cosmo that was nice. For dinner we ordered a USDA prime cut -Oscar style with the Au Gratin potatoes. When I say perfect was an understatement! Even bread and butter came to the table. This food was so delicious and the steak was pink and cooked to perfection! It was by far the best dinner I’ve had in a long time. We ended up sitting outside because too many of the small tables were still getting cleaned and it ended up being the move ! The sunset, the wine, the food. All perfect and will be coming here again in the future. Definitely on my recommendation list from now on.PSA: this is an expensive restaurant where everyone works really hard so please be ready and willing to tip for good service. We tipped 22% on a 232$ bill. Please be polite and respectful about their pricing. Everything is worth what it costs.

Its not recommended so much. As I had reservation, the restaurant was not full and still have to wait for over 10 minutes. Salad that I ordered was cold, almost frosted, the dressing was not special at all, Avery basic salad that cost $15. Exaggerated. The steaks that were recommended were average. Service slow.

My food was amazing! I got the Caesar salad, 11oz filet (medium rare), and the loaded baked potato. Every single thing served was just as expected. Cooked and served beautifully. The pinot noir I had was delicious. The complimentary bread and butter served was the best Ive had, and the butter is whipped to room temp as it should be! My server, Jacklyn, was very sweet, attentive, and personable. She took time to learn and remember my name, which you dont get everywhere. Shes a gem, and by far one of the best servers Ive had in a while. You do pay a premium for food here, but the serious service you get with it makes the price worth it as well as the food. So good that Im returning this very evening.

Great customer service, from the hostess and waiters. The food tasted great while at Ruth’s Chris, but after returning and about 4 hours of sleep I woke up with chills and diarrhea. My two kids also had the runs throughout the night and until the next morning. We definitely got food poisoning eating the food, which was probably from my kids 4oz steak as my spouse did not eat any of it and was the only one okay. Asked for a well done steak for my kid and it came out closer to medium well. There was definitely some pink.As I mentioned, service was amazing and for the most part food tasted good while there eating. Ruth Chris please be cautious of what is actually being served because myself and kids were hurting for the past two days.

The cremini mushrooms were sauteed and seasoned to perfection. The garlic crusted sea bass was cooked to perfection and each bite melted like butter in my mouth.Hannah and Dezerae, the hostesses, were professional, warm and did an outstanding job ensuring every one was properly greeted and seated.I left my credit card, and Matthew luckily noticed and called after me. Matthew then rushed over to me to personally deliver my card. I profusely thanked him again, in addition to a substantial tip, for the excellent service.I highly recommend this location because even though it is elegant, it still has a relaxed beach community vibe, and the staff, like Matthew, Hannah and Dezerae, go out of their way to ensure excellent customer service!

Ruth’s is my ultimate favorite steak restaurant. Here are my go-to items:Ruth’s Chopped Salad – easy dressing and easy blue cheese.Filet – medium rare, served on a piping hot cast iron, so that I can cook the rawer pieces if I need to.Sides – mashed potatoes and mushrooms.Plus their bread is great – warm, sourdough-y with a side of butter. I know I can come here and get exactly what I am expecting, and everything is always cooked/prepared toperfection.Also, the dirty martinis here (Grey Goose) is my favorite – served with bleu cheese olives, wow!

The service started out on a bad note but got better as time went on. Our host sat us at a dirty table TWICE! The 2nd time I mentioned it to him and he brushed it off and sat us down anyway. Our server spotted that the table was not cleaned and quickly provided us with a clean table cloth. With Covid running around youd think the host would be more careful. People do drool while eating and I dont want to eat behind someone else drool. Anyway, after that the service got better. Our waiter Felix was very knowledgeable and recommended the filet mignon which was very good. Actually everything was good. The atmosphere was nice. We ate outside on the patio. Mind you this location is not on the beach, it is just near the beach, so no real scenic views. It was a pretty good evening and we had plenty left over to take home, so the portions were great!

I recently made a reservation at a specific table for three at 4:45 on a Saturday. I arrived at 4:35 and the table was not available. There were almost no customers in the dining area and virtually all tables were empty except for the table we reserved. The table we reserved was given to someone else. Once we were seated at a table, we waited for 20 minutes before a server came to our table. The lousy service was bad enough, but we couldnt believe the pettiness of some the charges on our bill. Each cocktail showed the menu price of $17.00 or $15. But on the bill, each cocktail had an additional service charge of $3.00 added to the menu price ! I asked the server why that was, and he said that was a charge for MAKING EACH COCKTAIL ! The total bill for 3 people was $343!!! Why an extra charge for merely pouring the drink into the glass ? This felt abusive and wrong, and since the three-dollar charge was not disclosed on the menu, it felt like petty theft stealing from the customers.

Ok, quality of food is excellent BUT: the place has to train the service-staff. They were willing and motivated but honestly did not know some of the basics: if you bring deserts to share then there should be additional plates and spoons, espresso some people like with sugar, drinks should be served fast,… . A place like Ruth’s is expensive therefore they should also invest in their workforce. Again all very kind people but lacking the experience you would expect. Atmosphere not good for groups >10 people (it’s like sitting in a big meeting room). For smaller groups better. By the way also no one asked about dietary restrictions which should be a standard at places like Ruth’s.

I recently had my first dining experience at Ruths Chris Restaurant, and unfortunately, it left me with mixed feelings. While I thoroughly enjoyed the meal itself, the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members soured my overall impression.Upon finishing my delicious meal, I decided to unwind at the bar area and enjoy a drink while having a conversation with my mother. I happened to have her on speakerphone when an employee approached me and insisted that I step outside if I intended to continue the conversation on speakerphone. This encounter baffled me, as it was quite evident that I had already completed my meal and was simply enjoying a post-meal drink.The unnecessary interference and lack of understanding from the staff member left me disappointed. I couldnt comprehend why they would bother a customer who was clearly finished dining and posing no disturbance to other patrons. This incident marred what could have been an enjoyable experience and will likely be my last visit to Ruths Chris Restaurant.While the quality of the food was exceptional and lived up to the restaurants reputation, the unprofessional conduct displayed during this incident cannot be ignored. It is crucial for any establishment to treat their customers with respect and courtesy, especially considering the prices and reputation associated with Ruths Chris.I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better training and customer service within their team. I love coming here for Happy Hour. Im very picky about my shrimp but their Spicy Shrimp appetizer is something I order everytime. Its got amazing flavor and a generous portion with 8 shrimp. For Happy Hour you get the same portion for half the price. The staff is always kind and welcoming. Ill continue to enjoy Happy Hour here in the future

Having been to many locations across the country (but first time in this one), you begin to pick up on the subtle differences between them. The joint is really big, even by high-end steakhouse standards and theres a lot going on all the time. Plenty of seating outside, a large bar area, a couple of large dining rooms and racks of wine bottles can overwhelm the uninitiated. Service is quick and efficient and the atmosphere screams opulence. The only issue is the steak itself which should not vary much from one location to another but often does. A medium-cooked steak should look almost identical everywhere but was not the case here. It also lacked the flavor one expects from a cut of meat of this caliber. Will return to this location on the next trip but with the expectation that the steak will be better executed.

High-end, steakhouse chain with 500 degree plates (like, the plates are literally 500 degrees to keep your steaks warm). Came here to celebrate the sis getting a job, and made a reservation for 6:30 on a Sunday. There’s free garage parking, which is nice because street parking would be next to impossible. There were a fair amount of other groups celebrating birthdays, and the dress code is business casual. No midriffs are allowed either, so I had to keep my coat on to hide my crop top. We were seated at a booth, and the chairs were high but you really sink into the booths, so the table might be a bit high for you.For food, we did enjoy a nice three course meal. The complimentary bread they serve was also fresh and warm, and worth noting. We got the calamari which was like sweet and sour version seafood version of the typical Chinese dish. It was nicely fried and not rubbery at all. I got the crab cakes which came in three, although note by this point I was full of bread and calamari so I feel like I should’ve just gone with the appetizer size which comes in two. It was nicely cooked and had plenty of butter, so I can’t really complain though. The creamed spinach we got as a side is considered a classic dish and was very creamy, but the shoestring fries were a bit disappointing as they were bland. The way it’s served also is awkward because fries kept falling into the table whenever we tried to take some out. The steaks were good and the only difference between them was the cut - the seasoning is all the same. For dessert, we ended with the chocolate duo which had chocolate mousse and chocolate lava cake. The mousse wasn’t too sweet but had too much whipped cream on top. I preferred the lava cake with the vanilla ice cream, although it was pretty small. I also wish that they cleaned the tables in the middle of courses the way they do at Morton’s so that we don’t have to see the remnants of food accidentally dropped (that’s a minor point though). Service was nice and they did come around a couple of times to refill waters, although they were slow to bring out a fourth set of plates and utensils since there were only three set up already but there were four of us. Bathrooms are in the back right behind the large wine wall, and there’s no free WiFi. The little mints they have are like the chickfila mints, so def grab a couple on your way out. Overall it’s a typical experience you’d have at a steakhouse like Morton’s or Flemings; pricey but solid food and service.

Ruths Chris reminds me of those formal steak restaurants in New Orleans. Where you buy the steaks and sides separately. Its the type of restaurant you spend hours at per visit. I liked it.. but, its not a place you would go to all the time. Particularly nowadays, when people do not eat as much red meat. Great drinks.

Everything tasted great! But I must be food poisoned! Its almost 2 am and Ive been to the bathroom more than 5 times. Still feel sick to the stomach.Ambiance was awesome. Free parking garage with amble spaces. Service was great. We were always checked on. And our water was topped off multiple times. But I dont think Ill ever return to this location.Edit sept 2017: went back another time to give it another shot, still disappointed. This time the food was good but service was bad. I love Ruth’s Chris but this is the worst location in terms of customer service. Like the absolute worst. I’ve been to the Pasadena, Beverly Hills ( closed now), Hawaii, and Palm Springs locations and these guys at marina del Ray sucked. I kept having to flag down the wait staff, it took them too long to get anything done for us, our server barely checked on us. Shouldn’t have left a tip, but we did even though none of them deserved it.

I came back for second time at this location, my experience was very good compared to my first visit. The food was exquisite, the service was awesome, the manager Erick was very attentive, not only with us, but with the rest of the guests. We really had a good time! I highly recommend it.

Went here around 5:40pm on a Tuesday May 2, 2023. The restaurant had quite a few guest, but was not full. The bar area had many guests. I Was seated immediately. Got attention immediately. The calamari was perfect in an Asian sauce. The ribeye steak was perfect as I ordered it, medium well. It was very flavorful. The restaurant and its ambiance was wonderful. My only concern was that the steak was to salty. It was like salt was spilled on it. A chef has to take in consideration that ex excess salt is a health concern. When ordering your steak, let it be known that you want no salt, minimum or light salt.

Perhaps I was expecting much better service overall, I frecuent other dinner houses similar level of prices and from the get go I was put at the last booth in the dining room, took about 20 minutes for the server to get to us, another 15 to get the drink served to us, I feel that the busser and the lady serving the water did much better job than the server, manager totally absent during my experience at this place showed up at the end, one thing for sure will never go back there, BOA it is much better choice.

The $9 Happy Hour options were amazing! We all shared Spicy Shrimp, Zucchini Fries and a Steak Sandwich. My bourbon cocktails were very good, as well. The HH starts at 4:30 (and goes to 6:30, I believe); get there early if you dont want to wait in a line. They have a nice outdoor seating area, too. I will be back!! This restaurant has an incompetent manager, and consequently, incompetent waiters. There is a lack of attention to detail here. You can see it in the dirty sconces and the improperly cooked steaks.After under cooking my wifes steak and over cooking mine, the manager didnt bother to offer anything other than to take the partially eaten steaks back to the kitchen to cook them more.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced. To start off we were seated literally next to the waiting area after having a reservation. Second, it was my friends birthday and I had written in the comments that it was her birthday & they 1) did not even say happy birthday 2) and just put confetti on the table and just said “who is Savannah?” And just handed her her birthday menu & walked away. We asked to be moved to a different table & the waiter only took our order & did not check in with us at all throughout our entire meal. We waited for a really long time to receive any help. I honestly felt like we were not being taken seriously as customers just because of our young age & this just felt disrespectful considering the pricing of this restaurant. The food itself was good, but the customer service was very poor. I would also like to mention that the restaurant was not busy. For fine dining experience is just as important as the food and this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever received.

This was our 1st and only time to visit RCSH. Our waiter was fantastic! The timing of courses was great and the FOH manager visited our table to welcome us. However, we witnessed two guests being told they had to remove their hats and that seemed unnecessary. One table the husband removed his hat and his wife put it on, that was acceptable for some reason. The food is way overpriced and for that reason we will not return.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We went to this place during the Dine LA Restaurant Week. While the New York Strip is one of the three options for the entree, we were told that they have been out of it since last night. This situation is not been reflected on the menu, there is no other substitution either. We were nicely accommodated with the seating and we were able to speak to the manager, but we still left without ordering.It is only the third day of the Restaurant Week, and it is a steakhouse, but it is out of steak. If you are going, I would recommend call and check first, maybe next day they will be out of Filet as well…

I would rate this place between 3 and 4 stars. This was a stop for a quick bite on a Saturday afternoon. The service was nearly immediate as the place just opened for the evening. The crab cakes were very delicious, although the presentation could have been a little better for a $29 smaller-size dish (the plate looked messy splattered all over with the oil the crab cakes were made in - maybe it would have been better to prepare them in a separate dish). Lets just everything was horrible except my steak! Dishes left over from previous table was not taken until a Manager came by 30 minutes after our order was taken. We waited 20 minutes before the server even acknowledged us. We didnt see him until he brought us the bill. I had to call the front to get a Manager to the table. Salad was so soggy and had been sitting for awhile. We asked for bread so many times and ask the busser to take the dishes and he wouldnt take it and said he would get a Manager to do it. Wow. I want to start off by saying, I normally never write reviews and especially not bad ones. However the service was so horrible at Ruth’s Chris Marina Del Ray, I am making an exception. Although we made a reservation a week in advance, we still had to wait 20+ minutes upon arrival to be seated. Not a big deal. What was a big deal, was waiting 20 minutes for drinks and 30+ minutes for food. Our server KNEW she was taking an absorbent amount of time to get our orders and then our orders took even longer. From there it snowballed: my meat was cooked wrong and of course, she didn’t check on our table for another 20 minutes (probably because she was servicing a large party constantly). So I waited for her to take it back and by the time I got it, everyone else was done with their meal. We took the rest of our food to go, and didn’t even bother to eat dessert (which we were really looking forward to, as it was my husband’s birthday). I think our servers name was VANESSA. She saw us about twice the entire 2 hours, apologized every time and knew she was giving horrible service, yet never truly cared to fix it. 3 TABLES came in AFTER us and left BEFORE us. We felt so disrespected and disappointed. Completely ruined our experience and we will never EVER be back. There are several much better steak houses with 10x better service! 5-10 minutes away.

The most grotesque and disappointing scene I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant that is supposedly considered “up scale”. A beautiful young family entered the restaurant, obviously there to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. They were there about 15 minutes before they were approached by the manager who hovered over them for several minutes asking them to “take a walk” and accused them of smelling like “weed”. At which point the mother of the group vehemently defended her tribe and was obviously extremely offended and embarrassed. The mother was so befuddled by the blatant target and disrespect by the manager that she literally walked around the restaurant asking others if they smelled like weed. Every single person agreed that they did not smell anything. I smelled her myself and she smelled fine!The entire restaurant stopped and witnessed the horror show as it was on grand display and truly gut wrenching to experience. The worst part was that the bar staff laughed stating, ”I thought it was me” Implying they clearly smoke weed before or during their work shifts. I was dumbfounded to think a place like this would be so below standard in how they actually care for their patrons. First of all, weed is legal and with a bar staff full of young kids who get high before during and after work, how dare you target a happy family and embarrass them just because they are young and for whatever other reason you thought you could get away with that kind of discriminatory behavior. Not to mention, when I left the restaurant, there were young kids adjacent to the restaurant balcony CLEARLY smoking weed.Shame on you! It was truly uncalled for, heartbreaking and extremely disappointing. The family all packed up and left shortly after the encounter and I don’t blame them. Ruined my entire experience and perception of this place.When I confronted the manager about this, he told me this is Ruth’s Chris “policy” to handle matters this way. On Saturday September 10, 2022, The 8 patrons in my party were seated and serviced by a server named Lindsay.The service was poor at best and Lindsay was not very personable. In addition, as the meals were brought to the table, many side dishes were left behind. In addition, I order a “Classic” meal which came with appetizers, a 16 oz ribeye steak, potatoes and spinach, and a mini cheese cake for the dessert.During the calamity of obtaining all of our side dishes, I never received my dessert.When this was brought to Lindsay’s attention, she indicated she would get my dessert but failed to do so.Lastly, the total bill including gratuity was $946. Our party guests paid $600 in cash with the remaining balance of $346 to be divided in two and placed on two separate credit cards ($173x2).However, Lindsay took the cash and credit cards to the cash register and returned after a few minutes with two credit card invoices; each totaling $265. ($265 x 2 = $530) for a total bill of $1130.00.When the card signers caught these inflated figures and brought them to Lindsay’s attention, she attempted to down play the incident and indicated she merely made an accounting error.Our party had her correct the bill and re-run the credit cards.Needless to say, we will NEVER return to this restaurant. Lindsay really knew how to ruin our family’s birthday dinner.

Made reservations weeks in advance, the day of had to change our res for 2 guests to 3 because our babysitter canceled last minute. I called the restaurant a couple hours Im advance to request the change to 3 guests, which they did without hesitation. I am not sure if this location is a reservation only or if they accept walk ins but it seemed a little long to wait considering we had a reservation, totally understandable however given the busy night however.The overall ambiance of the restaurant was definitely lacking. We were sat outside in a corner near the edge of the restaurant perimeter. The place overwhelmingly smelled like gas from the heat lamps which is a huge turn off at a high end restaurant when you are trying to enjoy your food. Not to mention the other smells from the parking garage which is quite close too. I was completely disappointed and distracted by the location of our dinning it almost ruined the experience.To start, the server took a little while to greet us over 5 minutes. Our server was still great and attentive. We ordered the calamari which they were out of the entire week we were told. No big deal, shortages aren’t uncommon. We did opt of of appetizers given that was the only one we desired. For entrees we ordered from their prefix menu which included two lobster tails, Châteaubrand steak, two sides and a desert for two. Our daughter had the medallions and shrimp. Our salads and soups were rang in wrong and the runner was annoyed at the mistake when we asked he correct it. We did not enjoy having him attend to us. The salads were delicious. I do not recommend the Lobster Bisque, it had a very bitter taste which the server admitted he did not like either and offered to change it out. The rest of the meal was delightful. The Châteaubriand steak is known to melt in your mouth most exquisite however, it was a little chewy and on the rare side. (We ordered medium) The highlight was the Blueberry Mojito and the Lobster Tail.Overall the ambiance wasn’t great, not what I was expecting from this chain, the other locations are phenomenal, I hate to say it, this one is very average. The entrees were fabulous and cooked just right. We will not be back to this location however, would consider giving it a second chance.

The place is really nice but feel like it was a little bit over hyped. We had no problem getting a seating around 6 pm when we got there. Our server was really friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and various meat selections. It took a while for our appetizers and food to get to us. I had a weird, uncomfortable experience dining here last night. TLDR: Dont go here.The kitchen couldnt get our steaks right. Both steaks were ordered medium rare, but one came almost well done, while the other came so rare and deep red it was practically uncooked. The waiter had the kitchen cook the rare steak properly, but the filet that was replaced then came rare, and definitely nowhere near medium-rare. My sister reassured the waiter it was fine, meanwhile bringing the steak up to medium-rare by quickly cutting it into pieces and cooking them face-down in pieces on the hot plate.Then the waiter forgot to bring an espresso to the table with our desserts and said he forgot it and asked if we would still want it. And when a different server brought the coffee they wished us good luck with all that caffeine. It was a really weird meal.The strangest part was that the older manager with a shaved head came over at least twice to see if everything was alright. We had multiple issues during our meal. He didnt acknowledge it or apologize. He stood there waiting for us to bring it up, as if talking it through with the waiter wasnt enough. He just stood there staring at our table relying on our politeness to not bring it up.In the end, I was surprised the manager never apologized. And while I understand some people dont like saying sorry, he didnt even knock off $3 on the a la mode. Like he did NOTHING. It was just such a weird, disappointing customer service experience.

We all ordered steaks with sides (NY strip, Filet Mignon and more). The steaks came out delicious (tad overcooked) on ALL steaks. All of us ordered Med./Rare, but all came back Medium. However, no one complained and asked for a new steak (Man, dont you hate when that happens?). Always that one person who sends their steak back and makes the table feel guilty eating first.I have tried many high-end steak houses and Ruth Chris is definitely up there. Perhaps not the level of some uber high-end steakhouses, but the quality and service is definitely noticeable. The parking is easy in the multi-level garage. The decor and atmosphere are pleasant, especially the large booth seating. If you enjoy outside seating, they have propane heaters . Highly recommended

My family went there to celebrate one of my sisters birthday. They had decorated the table in advance, which I thought was a nice touch. Ordering was fairly simple and basic as everyone took turns ordering, no issues there. The problem is when the food came out, my sisters steak was way over cooked instead of being medium, as she requested. She asked for a medium steak and, almost 30 minutes later, a borderline blue/rare. Sending it back yet again it then came back as burned again, which is crazy. Our server disappeared for a really long time after the food came out and we practically had to beg for a drink refill as we were apparently forgotten about. They wont get the dreaded one star as I actually enjoyed my meal but the crab cakes that my Dad ordered were pretty bad and the whole fiasco with my sisters steak is just ridiculous, especially since its a steak restaurant. EDIT: Was reached out to by management and I was allowed to explain the situation to them. Am raising the review from a 2 to 4 as the manager showed genuine concern to fix the situation and ensure it doesnt happen to another customer again.

We had a 9pm reservation near closing time and the servers acted annoyed. that we came in so late. They called over the manager (Robert) who really did nothing to amend the situation. Came here after a coworker suggested with high expectations for my birthday dinner, while the food was great the service was subpar. We had reservations at 7:30 PM and showed up on time right at 7:30. After being seated our waiter did not talk to us until after the water man filled our glasses 3 times and it was only after we reminded someone else that we still hadnt been serviced! By the time our orders were taken it was already 8:15 and we had already been waiting already for 45 minutes, after we finally had the chance to order it took about 15 minutes to get our salads and the another 10 ish to get our steaks which is not too bad of a wait. However when we finished our meals he offered us a free dessert on him because it was my birthday so we agreed to the free dessert and to our suprise it took another 45 minutes for the dessert to get to us ! It was about 9: 45 before we got to leave the restaurant and our reservations were at 7:30. This was probably one of the worst birthday dinner experiences that I have had to go through. I would not reccomend service like this to anyone no matter how good the food is .. definitely not worth the 153 dollars spent when I could spend half that somewhere wher e things can be done in a timely manner.**UPDATE*** They said they would give me a gift card and its a year later and I still havent received it. And the only reason I know this is because... I went on my birthday and guess what its my birthday mgain!. I was treated for Christmas Eve at Ruths Chris Steak house by my daughter and her boyfriend, who live right across the street on Maxella and have been here before as well as myself. First off, I ordered a cosmopolitan drink that was so intense with lime it had to be sent back.Three of us ordered the filet. I asked the waitress what color is medium with this chef, she said pink. Which since I am quite a good cook myself I agreed. Two ordered medium, and my daughter ordered medium rare. All three steaks had to be returned. Medium was rare, and rare was raw. A steak is never the same when has to be cooked more. the mediums left a lot to be desired and my daughters went from raw to well done. The manager tried to rectify the order for my daughter and sent someone else over to see if she would accept another steak, which she reluctantly agreed. But the meal was by then ruined and we were all turned off. The manager did try to compensate with a round of drinks but it was unacceptable that a an upscale restaurant, noted for their steak has a chef that apparently does not know how to cook a steak to specifications.I dont think that my daughter or her boyfriend will be returning any time soon.Very Disappointed

My team and I were in LA for business from we had Colorado and made reservations. The ambiance was beautiful. We were greeted by Ericka who did an outstanding job waiting on us. The water kept being refilled by the staff. We were never left thirsty. Her smile and personable conversation was amazing. Service was quick and at the perfect tempo. The food was some of the best Ive ever had. Salad, horseshoe fries, and their ranch is to die for. The Steak was grilled and seared to perfection. The manager, Mr. Robert Rose is a first class act. Rarely do you receive both superior food and service at the same time. Here you will receive both. It was a stressful week and my life has been pretty rough over the past few weeks. My friend recommended this place to bring my brother to celebrate his birthday. I was excited to see the table decoration and menu personalization they offered. This Ruth Chris is located on the second floor of the Villa Marina Marketplace. There is free parking available on Maxella Avenue. The hostess greeted us nicely and sat us right away. The bread is toasty, and the whipped butter is full of flavor. I thought the chicken breast was going to be a solid breast with no bone, but it comes with bone. It’s stuffed with cheese and the skin is crispy and golden brown. I didn’t like the creamed spinach much because I felt it was too salty. The garlic mashed potatoes were good and the brussel sprouts too. They both were full of flavor and the brussels sprouts didn’t taste watery or were too hard. My brother got a cheesecake for his birthday and it was nicely decorated. I was amazed at the service and good food they offer. I want to come back to try the other dishes.
