Honestly I used to come here often but after having such bad customer service today. I am so Disappointed. I was going to buy 2 Roasted Duck for my event the next following day. But never mind. I will go elsewhere. The lady was so rude. I ask for the duck sauce. Instead of the sauce she gave me. She asked for .50$ but since i already paid. And did not have cash she refuse. I was with a toddler and pregnant. Like come on for .50$ you lost 70$ worth of food and probably even more. And my roasted pork belly was burnt.Nope Never Again!!!I’ll save the Gas Money too.Good Luck on everything.Happy Lunar New Year!!!

I actually came back for it for two consecutive weekend because it was so good that I could not have forgotten it.The price was not high, but the dish came with a decent portion. Also, their shrimp wontons really had one shrimp (not grounded) in them!Will definitely come back again next time drive by Pleasanton.

Delicious transitional Chinese BBQ food! Most of time, there is a long line! But their service is pretty fast and they set realistic expectations about the wait time, which I appreciate! Customers are usually happy to get their food faster than they expect! For example, today when we ordered, they told me, the wait time to get the food would be about 25 mins, and we got our food within 20 mins!The staff can speak good English, Cantonese and Mandarin!You can get the food to eat in the food court or at the tables outside!Our family comes here at least once a month! Love their food!

Got the combo bbq with soy chicken and roast pork. Decent portion and it was really good. Also got the spicy pork ear, i don’t really like the sauce, it has strong mala (sechuan peppercorn) taste to it but i bet it’s good for someone who likes mala pepper.

Food was good in general but the wait for way too long. Seems like they are short staffed? The noodles portions are huge. But the duck was only ribs and bones and fat. The manager was nice enough to give us more when we showed her.

The restaurant’s staff has a very bad altitude to their customers! I called them saying they gave me the wrong items and they kept complaining that I didn’t verify the order immediately. They didn’t treat my complaints properly.

The only reason this is not rated at one star is that the roast duck was delicious.However, we only got two limbs, some back pieces, and little breast meat from a whole duck purchase. The restaurant said you got a small duck. Well, even a small duck should have two legs, two wings, and enough breast meat.The bottom line is whole isnt whole. I have been ordering and enjoying roast ducks for a long time from another supplier, so I know what to expect even from a small duck.Maybe the restaurant does not do this to regulars, but they just lost an opportunity to make another regular out of a new customer.I am including a picture from one half of a whole duck.

I wish I could give them no star or negative 5 stars!!! Horrible customer service!!!! The man who served us must be the owner of this place! I don’t mind if he doesn’t have a pleasant expression on his face but his attitude was not acceptable!!! We tried to pick the duck we wanted and he said, “ No picking duck!” We were ok with that at first. After couple minutes he handed us the duck in the box. We were wondering where that duck came from???? We didn’t hear the chopping sound and we didn’t see any ducks was being taken down from the rod where they hanged all the ducks! We felt that we were being taken advantage of! The duck was really light in weight too! We were skeptical and asked him why he didn’t give us one of those that was displayed on the window! He then said that we didn’t have to buy it!!! We decided to return it and never come back again no matter how good the freaking duck is!!! These people have to understand that they are running a business in the US⋯⋯NOT CHINA!! Don’t be rude!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Very good duck and other meat dishes are also tasty (roasted pork and soy sauce chicken). Cheap quality rice and just ok noodles. Uncomfortable seats. I would only recommend food take out. Price are reasonable.

Best Peking duck place in Livermore/Dublin/Pleasanton area!!! You should expect to wait a bit during weekends (this place is very popular). Their shrimp wonton is really good, has a lot of sesame seeds in it (it is house made).You should try this place if you are visiting SF outlet or near Livermore.

Roasted duck was not evenly marinated and was served cold. It seemed to be the leftover from yesterday. The soy sauce chicken was not cooked enough and it has a layer of meat on the bone that was still not edible. The checkout lady was rude and impatient. My wife and I had upset stomach after eating lunch here. Will Never Come Back.

Theres always a very long line. The price is decent and the food quality is good, nothing spectacular though. This is a typical Hong Kong style eatery. Long list selection of food. Good place for lunch or a quick pickup dinner.

OMG!! it is so hard nowadays to find good quality, yummy chinese BBQ, and this place hits the spot. So when my parents and i stumbled upon this spot we were obsessed. For me personally, I love the roast pork belly and or the char siu/bbq pork. While its a must for my parents to get the roasted duck. Like I mentioned earlier - it is so rare to find a Chinese bbq spot that has such good quality and taste. If yall are in the area then make sure to stop by to order 1/2 lb to-go or order one of their rice dishes. Due to the pandemic - theyve converted everything to takeout. So either order in person and pick up or call ahead of time then pick up.tips: card/cash accepted, bathrooms available in the food court, outdoor dining with the plaza available, causal dining

I really like their roast chicken and duck, however I am very disappointed with the food I ordered today.The duck is not as good as usual, the Deep Fried Quail and porridge is really terrible. The quail taste not fresh and really tough. The porridge taste kind of sour.I’ve been buying from them so many times even it takes me 45 minutes to drive here. I’m not sure what’s wrong today, but I might not come back for a while.

Check to make sure you have all the sauces before you leave. Every time we buy food from there they always forget something. No brown sauce for the roasted pork belly or no hainanese sauce for the Hainanese chicken rice. Its a 20min drive so its frustrating to come home with something missing. Later checked the food and asked for hainanese sauce but the guy told me it doesnt come with sauce as if its Ive never had the dish before. Had to argue to finally get the sauce. The food is always good there but not the service. Also they charge for extra sauce that cost only pennies even though you are giving a $20 tip..

😋😋 for me and the famThis is not ur typical fancy restaurant so get out and dont even go here and u will just complain...bring ur ignorant rear somewhere else.Its a small spot so it can get crowded hence the long lines, but when theres a line u know its Great!!!The Peking duck, BBQ combination, pork belly and 🐔 are what we usually get from here. But weve tried their vegetables entree to noodles and soup and they were 👏 thanks for filling up our tummies 😆

One of the best place to take some hard-to-find traditional Chinese snacks and grills. The tripe with chilly oil is my all-time favorite. A must-to-visit place for every week. Call them to order in advance of your arrival to avoid jumping at the end of the long queue.

Chinese bbq restaurant. Dont be intimidated by the whole ducks hanging in the front window. A sign of authenticity. Tables turn over quickly in this fast paced eatery. Seating is tight, but that is typical of the segment. Great service. The (A8) spicy beef shank slices were very well marinated and had balanced flavor. The (D11) spicy beef brisket noodle soup has large pieces of tender beef. The meat marinade is often off balance by the five spice in other places for this dish. Not here! The beef seasoning was perfectly balanced. Allowing the freshness of the beef to come through. The soup stock was equally well balanced in flavor and mouth feel. I eat at A LOT of noodle soup places of different cultures. A very competitive segment. 5 stars is hard to attain and they earned it without breaking a sweat. The chefs here have real talent! Went there today to buy roasted duck and it was missing the main piece (the leg). Every half portion of roasted duck should come with a leg and this one did not. They are ripping customers off by giving only all the pieces with mostly bone and saving the meatier pieces…check your order when ordering and see for yourself.

Mmmm... their roast duck is a hit or miss... but when it’s a hit, it’s one of the best duck I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and hopefully you get a good part of duck. Other entrées not bad.

I tried it again after a few months and the food was even worse than before! It was rated three stars before, but now its not even worth one star. The food I bought today is basically inedible! a few months ago, I gave a “3” stars, but today’s food was very bad! I can’t eat! If other restaurants are open, don’t come here! On Sunday, I ordered the Shredded Chicken Cold Noodles and the Roast Flavor Platter. The Shredded Chicken Cold Noodles are refreshing and delicious, the sauce has a unique style, and their special spicy oil has a multi-layered texture. The barbecued pork and roast duck in the platter are even more amazing. God, the barbecued pork smells like dried meat and tastes very juicy. The lean meat is not burnt. The roasted duck skin is crispy and the meat is fragrant. It is even more delicious than Quanjude. I heard that the chef once won one Michelin star. The review, next time I will try the beef noodles

I tried the crispy large intestine, pig ears, and barbecued pork platter. They all tasted good and the price was reasonable.Pickup is very convenient during COVID. When I heard that the lady boss who answered the phone didnt speak very good Mandarin, I felt that it should be quite authentic. I was not disappointed. I hope the standard can be maintained!Great Cantonese food! You know the flavor wont disappoint when the person answering phone calls barely speaks mandarin.
