Bruno and his team do a superb job. Fantastic food, hands down. My favorites include the chicken shawarma gyro sandwich and any of the protein bowls. Ask for extra crispy fries in one of the bowls with your favorite protein (I also ask for the spicy sesame sauce) and you are in for a treat. If you like lamb, this is one of the best places in the area to get it. Friendly, courteous service and a great lunch and dinner environment. Great to stop by during special events in the village as they always plan to have extra staff on hand.

It is a nice Mediterranean restaurant in downtown area of Claremont! I have been here several times! They have a good selection of kabobs too choose from. Furthermore, they have a good selection kabob sandwiches. The prices, too, in regards to this inflation, were decent, and not on the expensive side. The place looked quite clean. At the same time, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy the meal. The staff, working in this establishment, were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. So, I would recommend anyone, who is looking for a lunch spot, and enjoying Mediterranean Cuisine, to stop by this restaurant!

The chicken kabob plate is really yummy. The hummus is delicious and decorated with the pickled turnip. The crafted sodas make the restaurant unique and have different varieties. The cooler by the register has the usual Pepsi and water bottles and sparkling waters. The workers are super nice and helpful. The baklava and Turkish delights are soooo amazing. They even have catering.

Ordered beef kalamaki sandwich (pita) and a side of falafel. Personally didn’t like the meat flavor and the falafel were too crunchy (hard) for my taste. Sandwich size is small and had only few pieces of meat inside. Probably will have more luck with a plate or salad next time.

Fresh food. They take time to cook and present it to you. I am glad that the kabobs are not charred. Everywhere I had mediterranean diet, they always provide charred chicken which is not supposed to be eaten because they are carcinogenic. This restaurant was very good. Ordered Chicken kabobs platter and chicken shawarma platter. Their dessert was also worth to try. Definitely will go back!!!!!

When I visited, it smelled amazing inside! The location is colorful and looks so ALIVE. It stands out in a great way. First thing I noticed walking in - desserts! Things including chocolate nutty fudge coated with pistachio crumbs. They also have a treat with etable rose pedals. You gotta see my pics! So much color! Friendliness of the personel was great. Food was Ok but not great. Beaf and lamb was a bit overcooked. Tabuli salad was more stringy that my preference.. turnip were also reasoble ok. Fries were great but rice pilaf was almost OK. For a Med food place your fires cannot be the bestvthat you can serve. I would not come back. It wasnt bad., but it has so much to improve.

It is a nice Mediterranean restaurant. This restaurant is located in downtown area of Claremont. I have been here several times. Each time, when I have visited, the service was prompt and courteous. Furthermore, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy the meal. At the same time, the place was neat. Not only the place was neat, the prices, too, were fair. So definitely, if anyone is in downtown area of Claremont, I would recommend to visit this restaurant.

The Baklava was so great because it wasnt sweet or too sweet, you can tell it was made with ground local nuts and textured wellFalafel was green split pea which are my fave. I try not to eat fried food but a few things here and there are a must like falafel. Salad was great, I had the Maza plate. I appreciate their service the most. They showed me special love at a time in my journey I needed it most.

I always enjoy Sacas their chicken is great, we love the falafels and pickled turnips. Service is always friendly and they have some of the best soft drinks. Theres usually a little wait but nothing crazy. Im not crazy about their grilled veggies a bit too soggy for my taste. But overall love going with my family.

So I really like this food ! Today was my first time I been looking for some place that makes falafel well and not too hard to eat. This is the place for me. Flavorful nice helpful knowledgeable staff..they made my food fresh and correct ! Only few down sides are there no kids plates. The price is a tee wee bit much... and they only give one peda per plate . I did enjoy very much though.

Sacas has been hit or miss for me. As soon as I begin to look forward to it, I am disappointed. The lentil soup is good. The french fries are good. The sandwiches are flavorless. The salad dressing is super sour. It has no flavor. They seem to have trouble with special orders. It is so disappointing to come home and have the extra side not there. It seems like every few times, I am reminded why I dont eat there more often.

Came here for a quick falafel before my flight home. I love the food here and the soda machine is stocked with real cane sugar sodas that are just delightful! The people are friendly and service is quick. It is kinda small so hunkering down to do homework is not really an option, but otherwise awesome! I just visited Sacas for the first time today and was very impressed. I ordered the Falafel Sandwich Italian Style with a side of french fries and a square baklava. This is a casual restaurant where you order at the counter and can either eat inside or get carry-out. I ordered my food to-go but I did spend some time inside while I waited for my order to be made. The inside of the restaurant is lined with square tables and chairs, and a soda machine selling craft soda only. You will not find name-brands like Coca-Cola or Pepsi here. They also have high-chairs for toddlers and children. The restaurant itself is immaculate and incredibly well maintained. It has very nice lighting and a welcoming ambiance. There are also a couple of tables and chairs right outside of the entrance should you like to enjoy the outdoors while you eat.My food was made fresh after I ordered it. I did not have to wait long, maybe 5 minutes, before it was done. The reason that I rushed to write this review is because of just how good the food was. The falafel sandwich I had included falafels, spinach, pesto, onions, and pickled turnips wrapped in pita bread. It was incredible. I dont often review food, so I lack the words here, but this sandwich was very good and made me happy after eating it. I cannot wait to go back and try the other versions of their falafel sandwiches and platters as well. The french fries I ordered were cooked to perfection, golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The baklava was also incredibly delicious. They had several versions of it, but I tried the square one.Anyways, I can highly recommend this to anyone looking for some Mediterranean food near Claremont.

Cute little Mediterranean place. Prices are about what youd pay anywhere else and the portions are pretty filling. One of my favorite things about the place is the cool little craft soda fountain with those unique flavors.Pretty much only street parking and they have to share it with all the other stores in the area, but Id say thats the only real downside to going here.

I wanted a gyro but they dont have them at this place, so, I had the Greek style falafel sandwich. I was not disappointed! My tastebuds, tummy, and mind were VERY satisfied and happy!! My friend had the Mediterranean Salad w/ Lamb. I got a taste of the salad & Lamb. I was not impressed w/ the Lamb it was tough and tasteless. The salad was very good, though. I ate the food so fast I forgot to take a picture... We came by craving some dolmas among other veg/vegan delectables and I nearly exploded when I saw that they had vegetarian AND vegan plates.Dolmas, tabboleuh, pita bread, incredibly delicious hummus, fluffy rice, cooked vegetable mix and falafel. Next time I would love to try their fries. Food was ready in under 10 mins and fresh! The resturant itself is a little small so bringing a party over 6 may be a bit cumbersome, but definitely worth it.

Its shy of 5 because their food is good specially the falafel, but staff dont smile and I didnt like the fact they dont serve your food to the table. I think they can do better. The chicken shawarma is little dry and baklava is over priced (besides the fact is not home made neither fresh) I will eat there again but not my top choice. I recommend Skafs in Glendale or Eden Garden Cafe in Glendora. If you want quick pies like Laham ajoun, cheese, Spinach etc Al Amir on Indian Hill next to Super King in Montclair is great

So we were looking for a Mediterranean restaurant either persoan or one that had gyros. I asked what was their most popular dish and they recommended the falafel combos. Falafel plates for 3. I switched my tabouli for a cucumber tomato salad. Forgot i am not a fan of falafel! It was palatable however withe the sauce provided and eaten with pita bread. The girl at the counter was so kind, the best kind of counter person to encounter! We ate outside, being in Claremont on a nice day. I would go there again, only next time I will get the gyros that I planned to get!
