Nice and clean inviroment.. sushi was delicious and beef udon ..I recommend it ..pricey on some sushi but hey ..you live in California what do you expect ...

Ok place for lunch.While having lunch I saw the owner working on fish behind the counter. I hope the owner knows what he is doing with his bare hand handling raw fish and touching many surfaces like scrubbing the counter too, opening the freezer, touching faucets…

Staff was very nice and food is delicious. Take out only (no indoor dining yet). I got the Lion King roll and California roll. Took about 20 minutes once ordered.

Fantastic Japanese food - the best Ive had outside of Japan itself. Casual dining provides a comfortable setting (not too fancy), the sushi is top tier, and the other offerings are excellent as well.

I liked the ambiance. Enjoyed my paradise role and house sake in sunlight.What I didn’t like is that my paradise roll was floating in mango sauce and the ginger was very strong. The roll tasted ok.

Sachi Sushi has the best food in the world. The service is great. My husband and I look forward to our Titanic and Golden Rolls. We also like the crab on top. It melts in our mouths. We definitely recommend Sachi Sushis delicious food!

We ordered one tonkatsu. It is terrible. I felt I ate nothing and no meat. Worst tonkatsu I ever had.Maybe better with other menu but not tonkatsu. Hardly find meat between covers.

The food here is delish! The staff was very nice on the phone when I called my order in and they had the food ready in about 20 minutes on a busy Friday night. When I picked up, they were very polite. The pan fried garlic noodles are really good and we loved the rolls we got. We found our new favorite Sushi spot!

Excellent sushi for a cheap price! Pretty good service and attentive as long as you sit up in the front of the restaurant. You get your food in a timely matter and the waiter is great. The waitresses need some more practice though with ordering and keeping track of orders.I highly recommend ordering to go! So good and super fast on being ready for pickup within 15-20 minutes no matter how large your order is!Been going back to Sachi Sushi for 3 years. I have other places, but this place is great!

I didnt care for anything here at all. My husband was given the wrong order, and when they took it back they took my food too, which wasnt wrong. By the time we finally got our food, about 10 minutes later, everything was cold. We werent given plates, and had to ask for more than 1 bowl for soy sauce.The only thing that was okay was the deep fried tuna roll, but it was still just mediocre. Servings were small for the price. I would not recommend coming here for good sushi or japanese food.

Some of the best sushi Ive ever had! They have amazing staff that genuinely care and give the restaurant a wonderful energy. The fish tastes incredibly fresh and the servings are very generous! A must visit!

Fish is fresh. Nice presentation. Little heavy on the sushi rice in the rolls. Average taste. Waitresses are there when they want your order, but dont return frequently after you receive your meal. Also they arent great explaining the menu or offer any menu recommendations. Giving it 4 stars because Sachi Sushi is kid-friendly: Has high chairs for babies and toddlers, but no diaper changing table in the womens restroom. Sit in the back away from the sushi bar if you have kids because there is plenty of room to park a stroller or two. Close to the restrooms too.

This place is the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. Service is outstanding, food is super fresh, and workers are super duper nice! I’m very picky about sushi restaurants, but Sachi Sushi is so good! I would totally recommend eating here if want good food!

Horrible service; I wait almost an hour one time for my sushi and there were only 3 other customers. One server is very rude, she threw our silver wear on the table. Not much of a selection of sushi rolls either. I found a much faster and better sushi place in walnut creek.

The sushi was only okay. When it came to the table it was nicely presented. However the raw fish wasnt very cold. I have eaten better sushi elsewhere. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. I like Okawa much better!

The food is good but Ive been here twice 10 minutes before they are supposed to be closed and they are already closed. They close at 2:30 pm I got here at 2:20 one time and 2:15 another and they have the closed sign up and the door locked and the people working there are inside. The second time several other people also were there to eat but the workers ignored everyone. If you say that you close at 2:30 then close at 2:30. Going to find a different sushi place

Terrible service, and a rather small selection. I went a couple of times, but after repeatedly being ignored, Ive given up on this place. The food is too mediocre to come back for such terrible service. Sadly, there arent many better options in San Ramon--youre better off going to Walnut Creek, which is only 15 or so minutes up the road.

Found a maggot in my soup about 3 months back. I will never go back. And they had the nerve to offer raw sushi after that. No thanks!!! So fore warn you this place is not clean and has bugs..yuck!!! MAGGOTS

This place is such a Hidden Gem in San Ramon. The sushi is awesome and the ambiance is great. Tucked in a little corner in a strip mall off of San Ramon Valley Boulevard.

A bit disappointed, all staffs spoke mandarin, the prawn tempura is not fresh and veggies tempura not taste nice :(I used to order the tofu in Japanese restaurant is cold and taste soft and yummy, but this one is burn my mouth while I got a bite and its over cooked for tofu I think :(Hope the staffs would not just hide and talking with their coworker and neglect the customer what they need.

From the outside it seems small but the place is spacious, the food is delicious and the rolls attractive, they offer different varieties of sake-based cocktails
