Ordered the pork belly bao, grilled pork spring rolls, beef pho baguette dip, and shakey shakey beef with garlic noodles. Had been wanting to come here for months and it was even better than I imagined. Staff was super friendly and nice on top of it all. I want to try everything on the menu- can’t wait to go back!
This place is spectacular. I just happened to stumble on this place with a few friends each of us getting a different dish, and each one was more outstanding than the next. A truly authentic experience, great service, and worth a drive all the way from joshua tree just for the food. I’ll be back!
Wonderful restaurant, lots of nice vegan choices. Had the Vermicelli Noodles - V with mushrooms & tofu, and Thai Tea. Lovely atmosphere with outdoor dining.
I have gotten the pork belly bao and the Vietnamese Pho Dip sandwich and both were bomb! A more recent visit I got the vermicelli noodles which were scrumptious! Service was quick and their is ample parking in a lot adjacent to the restaurant. They are fully open with indoor and outdoor dining. Definitely going to make a return visit to try out more menu items. The outdoor area is dog friendly and they had a water bowl out.

The food here is always good. I like the crazy rich bao pork belly, the brisket, and the pork spring rolls. The restaurant has an outdoor seating area and indoor dining area, along with a small parking lot. We have also taken food to go, and both experiences were good.

Ate here three times in as many days. Stayed in Laguna for a week, and this was far and above the best food I had. Great vegetarian/vegan options -- if you come at night, make sure you try the golden state curry with seared tofu steak. The lemongrass soup was fantastic and is served all day. Waffles were a bit chewy for me. Had the Chao skillet w/tofu -- jackfruit was interesting, sauce was sweet and delicious. Bread that came with skillet was kind of eh. Still, if I lived here I would eat here once a week. Give it a try!
This location is a must visit!!!! The meal was absolutely fantastic. The veggie sandwich was super filling and I dipped it into the veggie broth which was super tasty!!! The patio seating was super cozy and plentiful. I hope to visit again.

This place is amazing! The ingredients are always fresh. The pho’ and green rice will keep you coming back. Family owned and operated with love cooked into every meal. Great menu options to choose from along with some gluten free and vegan plates available. If you are in Laguna it’s a must try. Fast and easy, walk up place your order, sit down relax and wait for some tasty grub.

Absolutely fabulous food. My wife and I ordered garlic vermicelli noodles, rainbow salad, and baguette chicken sandwich. All entrees were completely fresh, with an amazing blend of tastes. Wow!
I was staying at a hotel close by, and ate takeout dinner twice. Tasty food at a decent price. Incredibly friendly staff on both visits. I would highly recommend this restaurant
The grilled pork and shrimp spring rolls were excellent. Chicken spring rolls not exciting. The Pho was great. Wine by the bottle was extremely well priced and good.
Great food right on PCH. Patio is really comfy, even with a bit of road noise, especially on a mid-summer Sunday evening. I had the Golden State Curry with seared tofu steak. Curry was nuanced and delicious, and the tofu was nicely grilled with a pleasant texture. Presentation was very enticing. Cant speak for the dishes everyone else had, but the Shaky Shaky Beef and the Spring Rolls looked terrific. Everyone really loved their food. People here are helpful, friendly and professional. I will be back.

Sensational and authentic. The dishes are all good. We had the crazy rich bao and the crispy egg rolls plus pho baguette dip. The French bread is specially made to keep it crisp and not too doughy!Love the French influence in that!

I wanted to love it. We desperately need tasty food in Laguna. I couldn’t eat mine after a few bites.No delicious Vietnamese flavors. It was bland, cheap ingredients, too salty or too sugary( dipping sauces). No veggies except the pickled ones,once again too sweet. Huge disappointment,it was like eating from a food court. So sorry for the bad review but I’d want to know before going.
The Pho beef dip will change your life. Everything else I’ve tried is good too but this is just next level. Wish the owners many years of success.
Friggin love this place and appreciate that this is in a nice location away from the center hub and has parking spots available! Its a huge plus that this is the only Viet restaurant around here but their food is real friggin A!Their garlic noodles are light and not greasy, their tofu bites is a huge delight and their 420 rice is phenomenal!!
Not very good Pho. Broth was underwhelming and flavorless, noodles has an undercooked texture. They might have other dishes that are good.

This is a great Viet option for the area. The menu is limited but the portion sizes are very good (for the price). Friendly staff and rapid service (for a Saturday afternoon). Parking is limited and tight.

2023-10-17 17:49:34Please have respect for yourself, your mouth & your belly. This restaurant is delicious we ordered everything on the top 5 special menu and every dish hit. The flavors really tasted like I was really sitting on a beach in Vietnam 🇻🇳. Also the papaya salad if you can handle spicy.

Food is super good, plenty of seating and parking too. Everything was made fresh and large portion sizes. Heres what we ordered: Vermicelli Bún w/ chicken, two pork belly sliders and two grilled pork spring rolls. Their sliders are a must-have, they are pretty much our favorite thing on the menu.Update: we went back for mothers Day and had the pork belly lollipops and also the chicken wings. All dishes were super duper tasty.

The ingredients are perfect and the bread has that crunchiness that is one of the most important touches to an authentic banh mi sandwich.

2022-12-11 03:41:34The food was okay, my wife thought the pho was good, but if you have ever been to a mom and pop shop youve had better. You also have to ask for the normal accompaniments, bean sprouts, jalapenos, lime, etc. I assume this helps them save money and cut down on waste.Speaking of money, I spent close to $90 dollars for five chicken wings, one bahn mi, two apps, and two pho. Not mind blowing but definitely way too much for the quality of food. Youre paying for the neighborhood youre eating in.Based on the price, food quality, location, etc. I will not be returning.
