The vibe is pretty chill, the owner is always friendly and has a great attitude no matter how busy he may be. I appreciate a good meal and a plus for a great experience when they go above and beyond to make sure your order and experience is good. The Garlic Noodles y’all are a MUST have. The corn with cheese is also delicious but I have to be honest everything we have ordered has been 5⭐️ worthy. Too see their menu is small but full of amazing flavorful food 🍱 makes my tummy happy. Sometimes I see restaurants try too hard because they have such a big menu and well not everything is good, but that’s not the case here. Their Thai Tea is legit bomb and their salted caramel coffee is delicious 🤤. Please try them out and don’t be impatient if you go in at peek hours, remember great food takes time to make so sit down and wait patiently.

I have been to over 100 pho places and I reviewed possibly around 10-15 of them. This place is definitely in the top 3. We ordered the Jurassic pho and it tastes fantastic. The meat balls are house made and they are from another league! The meat and the rib meat are super soft and tasty! The wide noodles is a good touch as well! We also tried their boba and it’s great and their charbroiled pork and it is super tasty! Very much recommend and I will come back whenever we pass by bakersfield!

Visiting this place a few days ago, this place has plenty of delicious and tasty soup bowls, including the Jurassic Pho bowl. I highly recommend eating here if visiting the area.

A Vietnamese bento! Freshness first! Flavorful options, with a kind of build your own bento vibe. I had the pork bento, which came with (my choices) noodles and spring rolls. The place wasnt busy at 2:30 in the afternoon. Prices were good, and the gentleman who took care of my service was affable and informative.UPDATE : stopped in to get some pho to go. Knowing that fresh textural contrast is critical in Vietnamese food, I was delighted to find that the package I brought home had some assembly required! For the freshest pho, the ingredients are assembled right before consumption. And, wow!! Was it yummy!

Today was my first time trying Saigon Bento. It’s near my work and I figured I would give it a shot since I like Pho.The place is set in an open way and felt very roomy. The place felt clean and cool. The menu on the screens above the ordering counter was simple and well laid out. The selection of Pho was very limited compared to some of the Pho places I normally hit up. But i sort of liked that it was limited and made decision making much easier.Also, and I appreciate this, I was ordering to eat in the restaurant and when the lady rang me up the Tip screen briefly flashed and I immediately had that sinking feeling that I was going to be expected to tip for an experience I knew wasn’t going to be waited on. But it quickly disappeared and she presented me with my total.I took a seat and one of those serving robots brought out my napkins, plate of condiments and my water. It played music as it approached and that’s the only reason I turned around. Fun.Luckily the woman who took my order brought out my bowl of Pho. It was delicious and I have zero complaints. About half way through my meal the lady stopped by to ask me if everything was okay. I said yes and that was that. I finished my meal and left. Overall I was very happy with this place. The reason for not giving 5 stars was the interior decoration for me, as it left me feeling a little underwhelmed. And also the price. But honestly now days it’s probably in line with a large combo from any fast food place so not too much to complain about. I will return and will recommend this place if someone asks.

Food was amazing, they also have this robot that takes your food to you. It looks like a cat.. so cool . Have nothing to complain about will be back again with my crazy gf lol

Amazing Pho!!!! Broth is full of flavor. The short rib plate was sooo yummy. Beef soo tender. Please try this place. This is the spot for great vietnamese food. Owner was sooo friendly and atmosphere was welcoming. Will be coming back again 😊

This was my first time here. As a pescatarian, there were not too many options for me to chose from, however the shrimp vermicelli was great.If you are vegetarian or vegan I would not recommend this place.

Great place, really relaxing atmosphere. had the jurassic pho, I highly recommend it especially if you want something that fills you up, the broth was just phenomenal like being violated by a burst of flavor, no regrets. the meat in the pho was so tender and it melted in my mouth, never had that happen before, it was awesome. They also have a little robot come bring your food, that took me by suprise, once you 1st see it there will be a smile on your face. so ya try it out if your trying to spoil the fam or are having a bad day and need a smile on your face.
