2023-07-10 22:57:40This is a Vietnamese restaurant. It is on Las Tunas Road in the Chinese community, opposite a large Chinese supermarket, and there is a small parking lot next to it. The traffic is very convenient and the parking is also very convenient. The lobby of this restaurant is very oriental, full of red wood tables and chairs. The indoor light is not very cool, and there are many dining seats. The menu is available in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. The taste of the dishes is more delicious, I especially like the spring rolls here. Serving too much is also good. Moderately priced, not particularly cheap.

2023-11-29 01:29:39Traditional Vietnamese food with no frills. Casual place with an extensive menu selection. Its not fancy. It it does deliver in taste. Comparable to some ma and pa Vietnamese places in OC. Decent spot in the SGV area.Came back here at the end of November. 2023. They renovated the space. It looks modern. The service was more friendly and pleasant this time around. Food and service, in my opinion, improved noticeably. 👌

2023-12-07 05:57:55My boyfriend and I came here for the first time and shared short rib beef pho, grilled beef with vermicelli noodles + fried rolls, and beef spring rolls. A variety of fresh garnishes and sauces to top the dishes were served as well. All dishes were flavorful and excellent. We also appreciated how welcoming all the staff are to diners. I happily will come back to eat here again! :)

2023-07-18 04:14:02Apparently I ordered the wrong thing: Phở Gà Đặc Biệt. But I didnt get what was so Đặc Biệt/special about it, except for the 2 quail eggs. The size of the bowl was hefty though, normally I only grade my noodles on the noodle:meat ratio, but his place didnt have enough broth. Lack of chicken variety (what about the gizzards?) Just breast meat, no thighs or wings. Worst of all, the noodles were clumped together, even after you try to move things around in broth, they still felt clumpy.Tried one of their sodas too, and it was somehow flat. How does that happen?Service... Nevermind they thought I was going to share a single bowl and the same drink with someone else, we cleared that up right away. The lady at the front was super cold. Like just took my money and that was it. Very transactional. Come on lady, you aint the only phở provider in town.

2020-01-01 22:26:54This was our second time at this location. The first was 4 years ago. Then and now Pho was delicious and decor is simple. Parking seemed ample in the lot but it shares a lot with 3 other stores in strip mall. Fried rolls were light, crunchy and meaty.l before. Unfortunately they were sold out at about 6PM on a Monday night when we went. We were so sad. Water took a while to get. Food came out quickly. Strawberry smoothie was good but my daughter thought it tasted like medicine. In general we really like the place but the recent service and sold out fried rolls really bummed us out. We woo be back but we may head to the Alhambra location which was closer to us anyhow.

2022-02-16 20:19:27This place has the potential to be really great. Right now its being let down by service and lack of refinement. We had egg rolls, which were really awesome. Really crispy and had great flavor on the inside. We also had two different pork dishes. The chopped pork had better flavor then the whole chop even though they were cooked the same. Also the rice was undercooked in parts. The sauce it came with was ok but could of use some more acidity. The service was the big let down. Took a while to get seated and get want attention. The was only one person who was acting as the bus boy and host. Not sure if they were just having an off day but our experience was not great. Might be willing to go again not sure.

2023-01-03 21:16:04This place is great and often packed.Pho is very good - broth is rich and tasty. What’s better is the bun rieu and bun oc. So tasty.Thit nuong is also great. My son loves the pho thit nuong. He gets his soup noodles and his grilled pork (instead of stealing mine).Cha gio (fried egg rolls) is s tier for sure. Last time we were there they sold out, so get it if you can.

2022-03-16 20:14:14This is a nice alternative to the Golden Deli. I got the #17 Pho Xe Lua $10.95 and the #10 Cha Gio Spring Rolls $9.95. Both were exceptionally tasty and the service was friendly as well. Free parking in lot.
