Food is 5/5. I ordered pho and it was delicious, family ordered some other dishes and they were also very good. Id give it 5 stars but our server only checked in on us once to take our orders and had a foul attitude. After that he sat down and was on his phone the whole time. We were the only ones in the restaurant so its not like he was busy running back and forth doing other things. This ruined the experience for us but if you dont mind the bad/lack of customer service, its a clean restaurant with good food.

Hi hungry fans, today I visited Saigon One Vietnamese Restaurant on Carpenter Road. I ordered the Duck Rice Plate. A nice portion of Duck, Rice and Bok Choy. It was tender, juicy and with a Black Bean Sauce. The take out order was ready in ten minutes and the staff was pleasant. They have another restaurant on Oakdale Road in the Plaza where CVS is. So those hungry should order halfway through your shopping at Costless Supermarket and your order will be ready when you leave the store. Happy eating and stay safe and well.

We were sat at a dirty table and booth seats. We had to request them to clean it. They dont have a working machine for smoothies or shakes. They were also out of Boba. The Thai tea tasted like I put a spoon full of sweeten condensed milk in my mouth. We were give 1 plate of veggies for 3 bowls of pho, one was an extra large bowl. When we asked for more we were told no. As well we asked for more cilantro and onion and was told no because they cook it in the soup.....when they serve it you can tell the put it in fresh after. Cheap place and horrible furniture. NEVER come here unless you want rude service from the manager and nothing even when you will pay extra for the items. Oh and dont expect them to check on your table at all. Not sure if Id want them to with their sour looks on their face.

Great traditional Vietnamese spot. All of the favorites with decent portions and well prepared. My personal favorite is the lemon grass chicken but nothing on the menu disappoints. Restaurant is clean service is friendly and wicked fast. If i had to find an issue with this place my only complaint would be they dont have beer 😜

Whole family decided to eat at this place late after & the place was not busy at all. My family was greeted rudely by a bald guy who was wearing tuxedo with eye glasses.when asking to utilize the restroom. The waitress (tuxedo guy) was very rude to customer. This place needs to go through customer service training especially the tuxedo guy as it appears that waitress (tuxedo guy) continuously displaying bad customer service. Food are nasty! Save your time and go somewhere else…

I’ve came here multiple times, I like the food, but customer service ruined it for me and I’m not one to write a review on a place but honestly I’m dissatisfied and won’t be coming back! Good riddance.

Update: staff has been great. Food is always delicious and the quality has been fantastic. I reviewed and stated it needed some work on customer service, but its been great for the past 2 years of me ordering from them. Im glad they are working on their performance and politeness. Highly recommend this place.
