Saizon in Fresno

Wow! Food was flavorful! This place makes it fun trying new dishes. Two of us picked 5 menu items to share and plan on picking 5 new ones next time. The staff was attentive and helpful. Atmosphere like a nice jazz lounge. Very comfortable.

This place was fantastic. Went for a birthday celebration, and it was packed. Make sure you get a reservation. But the drinks and starters were delicious. We had a variety of things on their menu and enjoyed all of them. The desert was tasty and shareable. Will definitely be coming back!!

Not cheap, but definitely not expensive…Food is great, Lamb chops were outstanding. I can’t say that portions are tiny, but they are definitely not big.Beets salad was really interesting, I recommend it!Drinks are tasty and affordable, they are pretty unique and someone definitely spent some time to create that cocktail menu.👍You definitely want a reservation on a busy night, but we sat down at the raw bar, so waiting was 0m on a Friday night.

We went on a Tuesday to celebrate my birthday and I would recommend reservations. Its a fun vibe, kinda loud, busy, but cool. Great service and excellent food. Loved the spin on Mexican dishes, like the butternut squash empenada, and more. Octopus was well prepared, steaks were perfect and those carrots...yum! Delicious! Highly recommend this yummy spot!

I tried Saizon for a friends birthday, Im vegan, so I knew I wouldnt be able to eat too much there. We tried the cauliflower ceviche and cake with coconut ice cream. Both were really good. The service was really great, our server was on top of our drink order and the food came out timely. We sat on the patio, they have heaters, its a beautiful atmosphere.

Saizon was the perfect example of high class dining in Fresno. Our server made great recommendations of food and drinks. The lamb dish was great, the carrots were delicious and the choco taco was delicious! The place has a industrial and contemporary feel to it. I highly recommend making reservations as we went on a Tuesday at 7pm and the place was packed! My only complaint was the parking space was very limited for the amount of shops and restaurants in the area. Definitely come to this place, highly recommended and don’t be surprised when you receive the check 😉

The ambiance at this location is impeccable. The twist of Mexico City with California Napa vibes is a great way to get away and enjoy a delicious meal. We have gone a few times for dinner and once for brunch. The dinner options is great to go with friends & family to share. My favorite dish comes from their ‘dirt candy’ section the Batada. Additionally, their milk punch is a drink I tend to choose every time. Every experience has been a memorable one!

A very nice and vibrant place to have dinner or just hang out with friends and/or loved ones ❤️ It is hip and casual with delicious food that is shareable sizes. The food is a fusion of Mexi-Cali dishes that are served in mostly small plates that can be shared with others. I like that it is shareable since most restaurants in California (Or US) serve such big portions. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The manager is very helpful and friendly as well. This place gets really packed, so make reservations ahead of time. Parking can also be a challenge. Price is on the high side for Fresno standards, but if you are looking for a nice place with great ambiance and delicious food, this is one of my go-to place in Fresno, CA.

Get a reservation! The food is amazing but sitting in the side patio was not comfortable in August. My partner was sitting in front of the vapor cooler, so he was comfortable. Sierra & Ellie were great servers and took great care of us. Sierra also handled some demanding guests with grace and kindness.

Nov 25,2024Came here to have brunch for the first time ever. The atmosphere was nice and upbeat!We were greeted by our own waiter. He offered us stilled and sparkling water.Our order was shakshokah and an avocado salad!The shakshokah was sooo good and yummy! Very tasty with the toast! Hint: you can ask for more toast since they only give you 3 and to finish the plate, you need 7 toast in my opinion! But still the dish is good with and without the toast!We loved how the staff was checking on us regularly!Definitely coming back again! Thank you for the experience!
