One of the best sushi places in town. Try the Sakura Roll, it is delicious! Staff is always friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back again!

This is the second time here, and its take out. The indoor looks nice which makes me want to dining here if any chance. Servers are friendly, theyd put the customer info on file which makes me feel more closed to them. Its a place good for friends, couple, and maybe little family cuz the space is not that big, but with comfortable environment. Food quality is good too; I had lunch special last time and special roll (Las Vegas Roll) this time. Im satisfied with both, which means I will visit again to try different dish/sushi roll.They provide many sushi and combination option. Recommended to you guys.

Sushi 🍣 was delicious. We ordered Amy roll, hot hot hot roll, T-Rex roll as well as baked mussels and fried calamari. My favorite was hot hot hot roll and Amy toll. My hubby was the Amy roll and baked mussels. Fried calamari was okay prefer less tempura on it, but still good appetizer. Service was awesome!!!!! Definitely will come again when in the area. Definitely recommend for date night or date lunch. Or just a place to go out and eat. No wait today so for us was perfect.

Delicious dinner. The sushi boat is awesome and totally worth the money. We had a fantastic time and the service was wonderful. The establishment is clean and intimate. I recommend this place for casual dining or even a cute date night spot before a movie. Will definitely be back!

This place is a diamond in the rough. The prices are super reasonable the fish looks and tastes fresh. The fish flesh is nice and springy so if it had been frozen it wasnt frozen long. The staff are polite and prompt. Im excited to go back and explore the other rolls this place has offer.

I love this place. Always drove passed cause I lived so close but didnt bother to enter until my friend took me. I dont know why it took me so long. The staff is always so nice and the place is always kept clean and organized. Ive tried sushi else where and none can compare to this place. At least in my opinion.

My Daughter came from Irvine, CA for visit. She wanted to eat but, in this area of 91402, we are limited to Chain restaurants. I had heard of this place so we went there. What a grand surprise that the food was great and not brought in from a commissary. This place is cozy and neat to have a conversation while dining.The service was superb and the staff was friendly. There is a lot of parking available in the front and back. There is a Security Guard in this shopping center, a real comfort.Give it a try and I am sure you will return over and over

I was expecting more from this place. I read a lot of reviews and the day I went the server didnt even give us plates. The sushi rolls were good until the Sunset Roll came out it tasted too dry. If I return I hope to have a better experience.

This place was a great find in the area. I enjoyed eating my meal, delicious by the way, and not be pestered constantly with how was everything?, can I get you anything else? California restaurants have a bad habit of forcefully pushing guest to order fast and eat fast to make ready for the next paying customer.

This is one of the better mom and pop places you can find in the SFV. The pricing is decent, and its never too crowded to eat when you come here. I would say this is a good spot for a nice little date if you are casually dating someone, or you could come here for a quick bit on your lunch. The service is usually very fast and friendly, and they are very kind to usual customers. I come here often with my mom or family, and they always treat us like family. I gave this spot 5 stars because for what they offer and what they do, they do it well and I have no complaints. Will remain of my favorite go-to spots when Im hungry since its also less than a mile from my house. 😁 I would definitely recommend this place!

I thoroughly enjoyed this place. I brought a friend of mine to this place as a surprise for her after work. The service was very nice. Very clean and a nice fishtank in the back. The food was very fresh and delicious. Ill definitely pick this spot to eat at again when Im in the area

The restaurant used to be a great place to eat but now its terrible. The female waitress was unfriendly and never really tended too us. I had a child with me and wanted a table instead was placed at the sushi bar instead one of the other tables that were available. Right in my face she said their was no tables available yet their were two available. Instead she gave it to another couple with children as well. The quality of the food is poor along with the quantity. My child ordered a full adult meal yet that didnt even satisfy him. If it couldnt satisfy a child how can it satisfy an adult?Also the staff was also drinking on the job. Its sad this used to be a great place that I came with my family. I rather go 30 minutes in L.a to eat great filling Japanese food. I wouldnt even wish this place on my enemy.

Great little whole in the wall sushi spot. Fresh sushi Everytime I eat or order from there. Can never go wrong with there Udon soup, spicy tuna or teriyaki chicken for the kids. Friendly service, and fair prices.

This review is about both their food and customer service. It has been a go-to sushi spot because its the closest one to my house, but after tonight I have decided to never return and to drive further for better sushi and better customer service.Food: Its hit or miss really. Mostly miss these days. I would always call in and get the Philadelphia Roll, to the point where the person over the phone would automatically say Philidelphia Roll without me having to say anything. Sometimes they put too much asparagus in them and it tasted too leafy. I take it out myself. The price is also twice as expensive as other sushi places around the valley.Customer Service: This is why I will never return. I called in tonight to order my Philadelphia Roll and Spicy Tuna Tempura. It took them forever to pick up the phone. It rang at least 10 times. I know they have had issues with their phones in the past. Anyway, I showed up, paid for my order and left. When I opened the box I realized there was no Philadelphia Roll, but a California Roll instead. I love Philly Rolls so I had to return to get it. I figured they would give it to me without having to pay the difference because it was their mistake. When I showed up and told them they had made a mistake they still wanted to charge me. The woman said, You told me on the phone you wanted the Spicy Tuna Tempura. To which I replied, Yes, I did say that. And I said that I wanted a Philadelphia Roll, not a California roll. She responded, Oh, and still refused. I ended up taking the California Roll because I didnt want to give them anymore of my money. Even if I have only ordered take-out I would always give them tips and asked for them to return that as well.More than anything, I was really disappointed that I came all the way back because of their mistake and didnt get what I had ordered originally. That is very poor customer service. I will never be back and will not recommend this place to anyone again.

I work off Van Nuys and Roscoe. Now, normally, I am super picky and extremely fearful of trying new places. What can I say? I am a creature of habit. Anyway, I had a craving for sushi, so I Googled sushi bars near by my work. I needed a place that would be easy to get there and back within my lunch hour, and I was feeling adventurous that day! I decided to try something new! Upon my search results, I asked my employees if they had eaten there before. Most of them hadnt been. I decided to try it for myself based on other reviews by other people. The parking lot was annoying, but lets face it- parking lots SUCK EVERYWHERE. So I didnt count that as an issue. The sushi bar was easily found. +5 points for being able to locate off the busy street of Woodman. The hostess was incredibly sweet and very helpful! I only ordered a spicy tuna cut roll, a rainbow roll, and an order of veggie tempura. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my order to go. It did not disappoint! The fish was fresh and smelled amazing. It tasted equally delicious. The veggie tempura was yummy too! I will return. And very soon.

Its good the environment is nice but the other reviews are right they arent exactly friendly towards Google to be honest my gf and I came in the first night and asked about the menu on google and they got mad and said they dont put anything we told them and they really want you to look at their menu instead which isnt a big deal but updating ur Google account isnt a big deal either. So its worth a try and to find out for ur self I guess.
