We ate in the dining area and was promptly greeted and promptly served. Their drinks included San Pelligrino from a glass bottle which was a plus. I understand the push to get folks to dine while gambling by having a (35%? I forget) substantial discount vs sitting down and eating but I would suggest either pushing prices up a little higher to serve very high quality ingredients or pushing prices down and dropping the farm fresh local high quality vibe. As an example, the Mongolian beef bowl was good but for $30 after tax and tip the meat slices should not be small, thin, and tough.

Okay, been here a few times and things seemed a bit better. Today Im meeting friends to watch college football, one TV works, ones off, ones on 24 hr news mix. Lol, waiting for them to clean a booth, its been 30 minutes, now 2 more groups are waiting. So disappointing.Still no improvement in food or service, but the prices have gone up! Had some truffle fries and a beer, only $24. Hopefully theyre using some of the $$ to fix the televisions that dont work and upgrade the cable, which for some reason only one or two people can operate...🫣

We had a amazing time at Sammys, great food, amazing service and fun times. Haily was so awesome, over and above service she made our whole night and we have little kids and she made sure we had a nice table in a great area. She is Amazing our first time at Sammys and we will definitely be back.

Made reservations.Requested a table since I use a rollator.I am 78 and have difficulty walking .When arrived, told it was open seating and had to eat in booth which is on a platform. When food finally started to arrive, waitress plunked my husband’s order in front of me and hurriedly left . I had ordered the flat iron steak not a pasta dish . Never saw our waitress again until she brought out my steak about 20 minutes later.Others at our table were half way through their meal. I had asked for medium rare and it was raw in the middle. I only had a regular dinner knife and try to cut the steak but it was so dull I couldn’t. Asked for a steak knife and was told they didn’t have any other knives. My son had to cut my steak for me and he had difficulty. No apologies for anything. Prices were high and there were no extras like rolls or bread. My steak with fries was $34. It had little flavor. Took it home and recooked it.

I was not happy with the service or the food at this restaurant/gambling hall. We stood at the entrance for some time before being seated.. our waitress disappeared for awhile before taking our order.. our food didn’t take that long to get to our table but the food was extremely bland. The exception was the “waygu” burger.. that was tasty. But even so, the burger was $20 and my short rib plate was $18.. total rip off. A BLT was the same price as the short rib plate. If you look at their menu online, you won’t find any prices. There’s a reason for that. Overpriced, bland food being served poorly. Save your money.

Service was friendly and attentive, not quick, but we werent in a hurry and were allowed to comfortably visit while eating. Food was pleasing and flavorful. So far, everything weve tried on their menu has been delicious. They do offer a full menu late night (in case breakfast is desired).

Came here around 2am. Our server Justin is was very accommodating. The food was very yummy. I liked the atmosphere, it wasnt too loud and the big booths were very comfortable.

The service sucked but I think it was me. Corbin, the bartender seemed to avoid me. I watched two people next to me order after me and received their food before me. I ordered a margarita pizza that was soggy in the middle and no flavor I sent back..it was disgusting...Ive had it many times. The gentleman next to shared his cheese pizza with me that was full of flavor and cook correctly.

Ordered the wagyu beef burger medium rare. Half of it came out still mooing. It wasnt even charred or cooked on the outside. I pulled out some of the rare, uncooked meat. Meat has to be pretty raw for me not to eat it, but this was raaaaw. The bartender saw the uncooked meat that I pulled out and commented about it, but she did nothing about it. I was starving so I ate what I could but left the uncooked meat on the plate. Nobody did anything about it and they charged me for the burger and beer. Dont order anything medium rare there and expect it cooked.

Amazing food that came out hot and fresh and fast! Its definitely beats Jack in the Box at 2 am. Well definitely be back! Amazing restaurant!!
