Been coming here for years but the prices keep going up and up and up, which is not good. Plus they have a very high turn over of people who work behind the register, who always try to charge for things that should NOT be charged for.... (like eel sauce) 😕 Other than that, good quality, fresh, and always on point.
Baked salmon was really good and the wait time was literally only a couple minutes definitely a good lunch break spot.

YES, seating area is small. What brings you here is the big flavors. Reminds me of small restaurants you see in Tokyo. My Beef Ramen was a delicious along with the sushi rolls. My husbands Chicken teriyaki was very good. One of the top Japanese restaurants. Priced right to try multiple dishes.
The place is great! Food and atmosphere is nice. Only issue is the femal cashier. I can understand a rough day, trust me... but she complaind a little too much.

Worst Japanese restaurant ever. They use INSTANT RAMEN (shin ramen) that you can by at any big grocery stores, frozen veggie and they even water it down to a point where the only taste left is spicy. Their teriyaki bowl is reheated too. NEVER AGAIN
Small family run restaurant with just a few tables. Food is outstanding and the staff is friendly.

This Sushi is amazing its a small business but you can tell the difference in the flavor of the sushi the soups are very good and the manager is very friendly and the working girls are very pretty and nice the chicken is also really good

For Japanese food the quality was absolutely sub-par. There are a half a dozen places to go within the area and as far as comparing this to Tokyo??? I will pass on this establishment in the future!

2022-05-23 06:04:59Im only giving it a 4 because the prices were a bit more than I expected and the food took longer than they suggested.Aside from that, the food was ABSOLUTELY delicious! They give very good portions as well! We ordered by phone for pick up, expecting the prices we saw on here but they had changes since Covid so I didnt hold it against them. I understand lol.Anyways, I would definitely try them out if yall can!

2023-05-02 14:04:18These people don’t know how to give service. No restroom for customers and they make you clean up after yourself. Literally the only place I’ve ever been to that the owner actually told us to clean the table and throw everything in the bin outside. Very rude people. The sushi is pretty bad too. I had a business meeting there and it was pretty embarrassing. Stay away from this place it’s horrible!

Ive been so sad that everytime I go to laughin there is literally 4 options for vegans... but happily I found this place, we asked for a grill and they grilled our veggies and tofu with delicious sauce. My only complain is that the chef was also cooking meat for my brother and instead of using half & half grill for both, he decided to just cook our food after the meat 😑 we didnt have time to wait to cook again..so I did not asked to remake them, but please consider asking your customers if this ok with them. Thank you

2021-05-29 13:56:08Having moved here from Long Beach, was looking to replace my favorite little Japanese joint. This was definitely not it. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl with shrimp tempura. First, the chicken was rubbery and dry, they didn’t even use sticky rice, just regular rice and the shrimp tempura was super small, greasy and had absolutely no seasoning. Will definitely never go here again. The one star is because they prepared the food quickly. But let’s face it, from what I’ve experienced so far, Corona is just a food wasteland.

2021-10-22 00:30:28Have drove by there many many times and finally decided 2 try this. Food was mediocre at best.. I ordered the cowboy bowl Teroyaki beef with Rice. There was more rice then beef.. should be equal halves. The sushi was old and Wasabi tasted old and dry.. Was Very Dissapointed with the food. It was so so.
