2023-11-19 04:15:33What a great Farmers’ Market! Amazing selection of vegetables, fruits, bakery goods, cheeses, and several food trucks. The shawarma from the bright green falafel truck is a must-try. Large parking lot makes it very easy to spend a couple of hours at this awesome market!

2023-09-14 00:21:37The best and biggest farmer’s market in the surrounding area. A lot of great options and very friendly/helpful people that will suggest recipe ideas. I’m learning how to cook without using convenient/packaged/processed food.I can definitely feel it if I skip a week. It also feels good to support local farmers ❤️

2023-06-19 22:36:26We visited this market for the first time this weekend and I loved it! It is set up in a huge parking lot of the college of San Mateo. There are a ton of vendors selling locally-grown organic vegetables, freshly picked berries from farms nearby, baked goods, coffee and flatbreads. You can get amazing views of western Hillsborough hills from there. Highly recommend this place. Don’t forget to bring cash!

2022-03-31 19:23:40Great location with a view but has some inclines so be aware if you have a mobility issue. Plenty of parking but it gets crowded before 9:00 a.m. so get there extra early.Mostly produce with some bakery vendors. Was hoping for more crafts and homemade body products as well as juice. There were food trucks and the day I went, a symphony.

2022-04-05 07:13:52We can meet various vendors (veggie, coffee, bakery, flowers, kimchi, frutis etc) at San Mateo Farmers market. You can enjoy grocery shopping with great amazing view. Especially, i love this mushroom shops from San Mateo Farmers market. Mushrooms were fresher and bigger than other location(farmers market).

2023-08-06 23:23:57Great farmers market. Parking can be tough at peak times. Lots of great quality food here, and things you dont regularly come across. Prices match the quality/scarcity. Definitely worth checking out. Even just to go and enjoy the views - man has CSM changed since I was a student there

2019-07-30 04:35:41Best Farmers Market in the area. We go mainly for the breakfast and the coffee. Then shop for produce. Great location with a gorgeous view. So many vendors you can spend half a day here! They recently moved their location on the campus, so just follow the signs for the market or just follow the caravan of cars! ;) Great way to start your weekend.

2022-08-14 05:35:48I arrived by 9:20ish, and the parking was gruesome. I would recommend getting there before nine or face playing musical chairs for parking. There is a beautiful view of the bay from the college, so that was nice to see. The farmer market itself was pleasant as well. There are some inclines but nothing too exhausting (even for my mother, that gets quickly tired). There are plenty of vendors and options, from food trucks to orange juice stands, there is a lot... Some vendors are overpriced, and some are selling at a good value. I probably spent about 2 hours here.
