Saneh Bangkok in Pleasant Hills has quickly become my absolute favorite Thai restaurant, and its easy to see why. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is inviting and vibrant. The staff were nothing short of phenomenal, providing attentive and friendly service that made the dining experience truly exceptional.The cocktails were expertly crafted and perfectly complemented the meal. Each drink was a delightful blend of flavors, showcasing the same attention to detail that went into the food.Speaking of the food, it was simply amazing. The specialty menu, in particular, stood out with its innovative dishes that still retained the authentic taste of Thailand. Every bite was a burst of flavor, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented.Saneh Bangkok is a gem in Pleasant Hills, and I can confidently say it will be my go-to spot for Thai cuisine from now on. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food, excellent drinks, and top-notch service.

Saneh in Pleasant Hill is a Thai food gem! 🍛 The beef pad see ew and red chicken curry stole the show for me. 😋 Highly recommend trying them out.

WOW I’m so happy I tried this new place! Very flavorful but not too heavy or overly salty. All of the dishes really surprised me!! I’m not usually shocked by new Thai restaurants since a lot of the foods are pretty standard, but DANG this place really blew me away!I tried the pad pak ruam, Kai jeow puu, and gra pow gai. All of the dishes were great but the crab omelette (Kai jeow puu) was AMAZING. I’ve never seen this at a Thai restaurant before! Real crab meat and deliciously fried eggs 😋.The spicy sauce was also properly spicy.A little bit on the pricy side but decent portions and the flavor felt worth it to me. Will definitely be back!

The best Thai we have had to date. We are the Pad Thai, Shrimp Fried Rice, Massaman Curry (SO good), and a specialty dish - all were insanely good. We wouldn’t change anything to the food - it comes out when it is ready and is always hot, ingredients taste fresh and the flavor is impeccable. The service is amazing - they truly care and want you to enjoy your food and experience. We have three kids under three and they are so kind in accommodating us. We will come again and again. Highly recommend!

Was recommended this place by a friend and it did not disappoint! Let’s preface this by saying I don’t usually like Thai food, and I only eat it because my husband craves it once in a while. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when I ate here because it was really good! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend (even for the non-Thai food lovers like myself)!

Beautiful ambiance and amazing food. Best I had in Martinez/Concord/Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek area. I always order pad see ew to test a Thai restaurant and this one was the best I had so far. We had Saneh taco which was unique and very good. Taro puff crust was flaky and amazing. Curry was perfectly balance. Will be going back to try other items in the menu.

This place is a great addition to the neighborhood.Update: Ive since had a third meal. It was late in the evening, about 30 minutes before closing and the staff was courteous and didnt rush me at all. The kitchen seems to have found their flow and the food is excellent quality and flavor.The kitchen is still working out a few links, but for only being open a few weeks, the two meals Ive had here were very good (one lunch plate and one shared plates dinner).

Yup! There’s a new restaurant in town! Saneh Bangkok in Pleasant Hill. Pleasant Hill is such a quiet and beautiful little city!The food tasted authentic and the portions were pretty generous. You know the food is good when two picky 7-year-old girls enjoy eating it. They loved the Kai Jeow Puu (Thai omelet) with chunks of crab meat, Pad See Ew and the Sam Chun Tod Nam Pla (crispy pork belly) bc it was like eating fried chicken but yummy fried pork instead.We enjoyed the Tod Mun ( fish cake), Kao Pad Prik Pla, and the green curry with pork was so good and comforting with the rice. The pork wasn’t dry and the curry had the perfect flavor and spiciness.The service was really good. The staff were patient and helpful as well, especially when I had two 7-year-old nieces with me, and they were quite loud and silly but fun!

Best Thai food Ive had in Pleasant Hill to date! Tom Kha and Pad See Ew were fantastic. As a frequent visitor to Thailand, I was very impressed. The entire staff was super friendly and always smiling. My server Fi Fi (hope I got her name right) was so nice. Definitely coming back.

OMG. This place was amazing. Very recently opened. The food, the ambiance, the service. Everything. But ESPECIALLY the food! We had the Pad Thai (with shrimp), Pad Pak Ruam (with tofu) and fried rice with chicken. This was in the top 5% of all Thai food I’ve had. Veggies prepared to perfection, as was the shrimp. Loved the sauce /flavor of the Pad Pak Ruam (and the pad Thai). Honestly, this place was just wonderful.

SO FIRE. BEST THAI IVE HAD IN AWHILE. I got the roti & dip & the beef rice dish. roti is one of my favorite appetizers so I’ve ordered it at a lot of places, and this place NAILED it. The beef dish is fresh, the meat is not fatty and very flavorful. Highly recommend!

Really tasty and authentic Thai food. And the servings were ample. Plan to take some of your meal home unless you are a big eater.
