1st timer. Business trip. Flying out of Burbank airport - very convenient to pop in. Order from cashier or from computer screen (no cashier)Miso soup is good - very flavorful and lots of seaweed.Poke bowl - 9/10 - one of the sushi pieces seemed to too soft. Hopefully I am all good later but the bowl was tasty overall. Lots of ginger.Ask for a fork if you need one. Comes with chopsticks.

If youre staying at Marriott and wondering where to eat, that has good food, good prices, and good staff, Sansai Grill is your number one answer!We kept coming back, and whatever we tried was perfection!Best part, if you there is an ingredient that you cannot/dont want to have in your sushi, they easily remove it for you and are very friendly answering all your questions!

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had and I hate leaving these reviews. It was just that bad.We ordered from a food delivery service. To our surprise, the delivery person only brought a portion of our order. When we asked them where the rest was, they said they confirmed that the bag they gave him was the complete order and so he left. Luckily, this place is literally a block away from our office. We called the restaurant and let them know we were coming since the driver refused. Why they would let the delivery person leave without the full order is mind blowing to me.Once we arrived, they were rude, unapologetic and just nonchalant which told us customer service means nothing to them. We went back to the office and to our surprise, the order was completely botched. We paid extra for add ins such as extra egg, extra crispy onion, extra protein and sitacha. We ordered ramen and they gave us miso which is cheaper and doesn’t have all the extra toppings. The food was also cold.This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had with food delivery and I do not recommend ordering from here. Luckily we were able to get our money back through the delivery service but this type of “order fulfillment”, if you’re even bold enough to call it that, is unacceptable and sad. It had to be said. That’s all.

Solid spot for lunch. Chicken is usually good, its a little expensive for what it is but always happy with the meal in the end. The salads are perfect and make you feel like less of a glutton.

Very good food. Had the salmon bowl and it’s great! Comes with rice and your choice of salad. Personally I think the oriental salad is the best. Service is great and orders are ready on time for pick up. Would highly recommend.

First time customer, the layout here is quite nice open, the menu goes on and on. Huge selection, choices for both vegan and meat eaters. I had a lunch cury bowl that comes with a salad, it was very filling. The plates have two salads, you wont leave hungry thats for sure. Clean wash rooms and the parking here is free. Its about 3min back to airport if you miss the light.

Sansai as a franchise is great, this location is sneaky and so loses stars. They charge a 4% fee if you do not pay cash. No one carries cash anymore. The real problem is that they do not tell you, if they had a sign it would be different. Effectively it feels like I am paying 14+ tax on my meal. See receipt.

I had never had Sansai before and after hearing so many people rant about how I was missing out, I finally decided to give it a try. My overall experience was awesome! I walked in a bit nervous because I was very hungry and I had absolutely no idea what to order. Luckily, I was helped by Janette. She was very sweet and patient and helped me pick a meal based on the feedback I would give her. The place was very clean and neat. What I loved the most was that the food was delicious and I didnt have to wait forever lol. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for helping me Janette!!!!!

I had the chicken bowl lunch special, which comes with teriyaki chicken, rice (I chose brown rice), choice of salad (I picked the kale salad), and either the potstickers or California roll (I got the potstickers). A pretty big portion and it was delicious! This is a nice option to come to when you’re either coming or going from Burbank Airport.
